Counseling services are usually provided by counselors to specific target groups such as students, parents, and the community. However, the aim of this study is to look at the challenges of counselors themselves to obtain counseling services. This study is a qualitative study in the form of semi-structured interviews among eight counselors with more than 10 years of experience. The scope of the study revolved around exploring the challenges of obtaining counseling services. Data were analyzed by using the thematic analysis method that has been recommended by Braun and Clark (2006). Mental Health with Gender Differences in Internet Pornography-Viewing-Disorder (IPD): Analysis in Educational Guidance and Counseling
With rapid technological advances, users worldwide have access to various data and content on the internet, including pornographic content. The availability of pornographic videos on the internet harms the morale and image of adolescents and adults of both sexes. This study aims to determine the gender-specific relationship between pornography motivation, sexual arousal, and sexual satisfaction with Internet Pornography-Viewing-Disorder (IPD). This type of research is quantitative. Convenience sampling was used in conducting the approach, and 202 participants filled out the distributed Google forms. The respondents of this study were online pornography users from Malaysia and Indonesia. Data was collected using an online questionnaire through social networking sites such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive data analysis. This involves processing and presenting data in descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. This study provides an essential understanding of the role of sexual arousal and the desire to experience pleasure in viewing online pornography. The research results show that these factors have a significant influence as a motivator for individuals who engage in these behaviours. More specifically, these findings suggest that men are more driven by sexual arousal and the desire to seek pleasure when accessing online pornography. The implications of this finding are very relevant in educational guidance and counselling. In seeking to help individuals who engage in online pornographic behaviour, counsellors and educators must understand that sexual arousal and the desire to experience pleasure can act as powerful motivators. In counselling, it is necessary to consider how these factors can influence individual behaviour and psychological health
The effect of online pornography on pornography motivation, sexual arousal and gratification and its link to tendencies towards internet-pornography-viewing disorder IPD
There has been a recent surge of research about behavioral addictions; some of them focus specifically on internet pornography addiction. However, despite all efforts, it is still unable to identify when engaging in this behavior becomes pathological. Thus, this research was conducted to identify the effects of online pornography consumption between pornography motivation, sexual arousal and gratification on the tendencies towards Internet Pornography-Viewing Disorder (IPD). A total of 202 online pornography users were involved in this study through snowball sampling technique based on an online questionnaire that were distributed to online channels such as e-mail lists, and social media websites (e.g., Twitter, Facebook and WhatsApp) that specifically targeted to online pornography users. Results shows that there was significant positive correlation of watching pornography on all sexual attitudes on the tendencies towards IPD. Meanwhile, having sexual arousal while viewing online pornography reported as the main indicator to IPD. The results showed effects of watching online pornography on pornography motivation, sexual arousal and gratification which can be considered having reinforcing effects for the users. Thus, the results are in line with theoretical assumptions on IPD’s development, in which reinforcement received by Internet-pornography use is related to cue-reactivity and craving reactions

Managing Tibia Metaphyseal Bone Defect in Total Knee Arthroplasty
INTRODUCTION:
Bone defect in the tibia metaphyseal region can
present a challenge in both primary total knee
arthroplasty (TKA) and revision total knee
arthroplasty. In our experience of managing
tibia metaphyseal bone defect in total knee
arthroplasty (TKA), we use bone cement alone
if defect was ≤30% width and ≤5mm deep,
cement and screw if depth was 5-10mm, and
metal augment if depth was >10mm or width
˃30%. We would like to report the results of
simple algorithm which can provide good or
comparative outcome for tibia component in
both primary and revision TKAs
