Three-nucleon force effects in the analyzing powers of the dp breakup at 130 MeV

    Get PDF
A measurement of the analyzing powers for the 1H(~d, pp)n breakup reaction at 130MeV polarized deuteron beam energy was carried out at KVI Groningen. The experimental setup covered a large fraction of the phase space. Obtained tensor analyzing powers T22 for selected kinematical configurations have been compared to theoretical predictions based on various approaches: the rigorous Faddeev calculations using the realistic nucleon–nucleon potentials with and without three nucleon force (3NF) models, predictions of the chiral perturbation theory, and coupled channel calculations with the explicit degrees of freedom. In the presented configurations the results of all predictions are very close to one another and there are no significant 3NF influences. Not all of the data can be satisfactory reproduced by the theoretical calculations

Study of Z Boson Pair Production in e+e- Collisions at LEP at \sqrt{s}=189 GeV

The pair production of Z bosons is studied using the data collected by the L3 detector at LEP in 1998 in e+e- collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 189 GeV. All the visible final states are considered and the cross section of this process is measured to be 0.74 +0.15 -0.14 (stat.) +/- 0.04 (syst.) pb. Final states containing b quarks are enhanced by a dedicated selection and their production cross section is found to be 0.18 +0.09 -0.07 (stat.) +/- 0.02 (syst.) pb. Both results are in agreement with the Standard Model predictions. Limits on anomalous couplings between neutral gauge bosons are derived from these measurements

Integral Education Based on Tauhid for Forming Kamil People

The fundamental premise of both the Indonesian national and Islamic education systems is to form intelligent, faithful, and pious human beings or students. This study aimed to analyze the concept of monotheism-based integral education that can lead students, teachers, and school members to recognize, understand, practice, and enjoy Islam as a real view of life. This study was a literature review of previous research articles published between 2017 and 2021 and available from the lens.org. The results indicated that monotheism-based integral education is a conscious, structured and systematic effort to succeed in the mission of human creation based on the guidance of revelation and that this monotheism-based integral education can successfully produce kamil people. Keywords: integral education, based on Tauhi
