COMPUTATIONAL STUDIES OF SIRTUINS IN THE TREATMENT OF TYPE II DIABETES MELLITUS
Ageing in humans refers to a biological process of life engaged with physical, psychological, and social changes. Different species of animals age at radically different paces and occurrences of diseases. Drug designing approaches related to an aging factor, Type 2 Diabetes mellitus has been reported in the present study. Resveratrol and human Sirtuins (1 to 6) are docked against Type 2 Diabetes mellitus HNF-1a motif with PDB ID: 2GYP using Hex 5.1. Resveratrol and Sirtuin 6 shown good results and can use as anti-aging drugs against Type 2 Diabetes mellitus
MOLECULAR ANALYSIS OF STREPTOCOCCUS THERMOPHILUS SUPPORTING PROBIOTIC ACTION TOWARDS DRUG TARGETS
Streptococcus thermophilus is a Gram-positive facultative anaerobe with probiotic action. Nearly 2070 genes arepredicted in complete genome out of which 566 genes are related to hypothetical and uncharacterized genes. Thepredicted gene percent obtained by characterization of complete genome of S.thermophilus is 72.67% with 25functional categories. There is high number of transport, protein synthesis, binding and cell envelop proteins thatdon’t have pathogen responses. The genes ptsK, glgP, malQ, lacZ, amyL, scrB, etc are related to energy metabolism(with biodegradation and synthesis of polysaccharides) are found in chromosome CNRZ 1066. The genes such asglgP, malQ, lacZ and amyl had shown direct interactions that has not found direct link with scrB gene. All theproteins are observed with more the 50 percent identities that are present in homology models
UNDERSTANDING OF PROTEIN INTERACTION NETWORKS BETWEEN NORMAL AND CANCER CONDITIONS USING SELECTED ATTRIBUTES
ABSTRACT Finding of expression and networks between cancer causing proteins are the principle and basic level of understanding in control of cancer. The present network analysis was provided an understanding of protein networks for selected proteins/genes AKT1, ALK, BRAF, EGFR, HER2, KRAS, MEK1, MET, NRAS, PIK3CA, RET, ROS1 AR, ER, FGFR1, FGFR2, PIK3CA, PR and PTEN oncogenes. The study showed that two genes, AKT1 and PIK3CA are largely associated with both lung and breast cancers
Isolation, Identification and Antimicrobial Susptability of Bacteria from Arpa River, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh
The isolation and characterization of bacteria from the Arpa River water (Bilaspur, India) could give a better knowledge of their variety, distribution, and possible influence on antibiotic usage. Several species of bacteria were found and their potentiality against antibiotics was determined as a result of this research. Isolation entails collecting sample water and cultivating the microbial culture in a suitable medium. Bacteria were separated from microbial cultures and subjected to biochemical assays, antibiotic susceptibility tests, and microbial evaluation studies. The goal of the research is to determine the types of microorganisms found in the Arpa River as well as to expand our understanding of the river. The potential of microorganisms is assessed in this study. The antibacterial activity of isolated microorganisms was tested using five drugs. The bacterial colony exhibits a zone of inhibition against various antibiotics, including amoxicillin, ofloxacin, streptomycin, and ciprofloxacin, but not against Cefixime & L.A. The antibacterial activity of five different oils and extracts from plants were determined using the well diffusion method
Prediction of Effective Mobile Wireless Network Data Profiling Using Data Mining Approaches
Abstract Mobile network analysis has a huge potential that provide insight into the relational dynamics of individuals. Machine learning and data mining techniques provide the behavior patterns of the mobile network data. The data transfer during all the days has produced good results in transfer of data starting from Day 1 to Day 22. Hierarch ical clustering of the datasets for all the 1634 data examples in the mobile t raffic dataset. Co mplete linkage dendrogram has been produced between 0 and 4.64. Two clusters have been produced from the present wireless mobile t raffic datasets
