It correlates with innovation driving mechanisms for spatial development, while the digital government policy context in the agency. Capital development aligned with digital government and increasing participation in line with digital government When comparing factors influencing innovation mechanisms for spatial development, compared by standard multiples regression coefficients. (Beta) It was found that innovation mechanisms for spatial development were most influenced by the implementation of digital government policies. (Beta=0.375) Digital skills of personnel in the agency (Beta=0.296) statistically significant at 0.01 All independent variables analyzed. It can explain the variation of innovation mechanisms for spatial development with statistical significance at the 0.01 It can be explained by a percentage. 35.5 (R square =0.355

This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to investigate the dynamics of leadership, management, and performance in the context of drug prevention within schools under local administrative organizations. The research pursues three main objectives: (1) to examine the key elements of leadership, management, and performance related to drug prevention in these educational institutions, (2) to analyze the direct, indirect, and combined influences of leadership on the management and performance of drug prevention efforts, and (3) to formulate policy recommendations for influential leadership development models tailored to enhance the management and performance of drug prevention initiatives. Quantitative data were collected from 400 personnel within educational institutes under the Sisaket Local Administrative Organization, utilizing stratified random sampling and a questionnaire with a high-reliability score of 0.978. Concurrently, qualitative insights were from 12 purposively selected educational institutes in the same administrative context through the focused group. The analytical toolkit included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, structural equation analysis, and content analysis. Key findings indicate the appropriateness of utilizing trait-based, behavior-based, and situational leadership alongside Principles of management to construct a comprehensive structural equation model. The performance emerges as primarily influenced by Principles of management, all statistically significant at 0.01 level. In terms of policy suggestions, the focus centers on fostering a knowledgeable and collaborative team, developing leadership skills through cooperation, and creating an organizational culture that supports learning and development. This integrated leadership development approach is the picture to significantly impact the effective management and prevention of drug abuse in schools under local administrative organizations

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted from the government management policy in higher education to provide distance learning. This study analyzes the development trend of educational management research publications in e-learning education. The research involved qualitative methods with bibliometric analysis—the data source from the article database in Scopus from 2019-2022. Two points are obtained as the result of this study. First, based on territory, the authors who wrote the most publications on education management in universities during COVID-19 were Aleshkovski, I.A. Gasparishvili, A.T. Krukhmaleva, O.V., reaching 3.5. As a result, with the criteria for the most published territories about education management during the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States occupied 43 publications and received the highest search rating from 2019 to 2022. Second, learning management strategies could be provided by elaborating on e-learning as a teaching tool, integrating e-learning into teaching and learning strategies, working on a pre-strategy, and the executive decision to top-down investments in the information and technology infrastructure. Keywords: The COVID-19 pandemic, Education, Management strategy, Higher education, Learning techniqu

Reasoning has been extensively studied by many experts. However, Research on student reasoning in trigonometric problem solving, particularly those related to logical thinking skills is still sorely needed. This study aimed to explore students' reasoning in solving trigonometric function problems regarding logical thinking skills. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. The research subjects involved high school students in Palopo, Indonesia. Based on the logical ability test results, three subjects were selected, namely students with high, medium, and low logical abilities. Research instruments in mathematical problem-solving tasks and interview guidelines are valid and reliable. Data collection was carried out through task-based interviews and think-aloud. The results of the study: (1) the reasoning subjects with high and moderate logical abilities in solving trigonometric function problems are the same in every type of question, always starting with inductive reasoning and then doing deductive reasoning (2) the reasoning of subjects with high and medium logical abilities is different in solving trigonometric function problems in the initial identification. Subjects with low logical ability showed no mental activity in solving trigonometric function problems. The research finding is that the subject has a high logical ability and is solving trigonometric function problems first by inductive reasoning and then deductive reasoning. In general, it is concluded that students with high and moderate logical abilities use inductive and deductive thinking patterns interchangeably in solving trigonometric function problems
