Korolkova for participation in the research. The review summarizes experimental data on the phase formation, structure and properties of new complex oxide compounds group - triple molybdates containing tetrahedral molybdate ion, two different singly charged cation, together with tri- or divalent cation. The several structural families of these compounds were distinguished and it shown that many of them are of interest as luminescent, laser, ion-conducting or nonlinear optical materials. The work is executed at partial support of the Russian Foundation for basic research (projects No. 08-03-00384, 13-03-01020 and 14-03-00298)
Thermobaric synthesis, structure, and properties of Dy x Cu 3V4O12
The perovskite-like compound Dy x Cu3V 4O12 (x = 0.67-0.75) is synthesized under high pressure (P = 4.0-9.0 GPa) and temperature (T = 1000 C). Its crystal structure is determined (Im-3 space group, Z = 2, a = 7.29348(7) Å) by means of powder X-ray diffraction. The basic lengths and bond angles are defined. It is found that the high-pressure phase of Dy x Cu3V 4O12 is characterized by metallic conductivity and paramagnetic properties. © 2013 Allerton Press, Inc

Synthesis and characterization of the new high pressure phases A Cu 3 v 4O 12 (A =Gd, Tb, Er)
New ACu3V4O12 (A=Gd, Tb, Er) phases have been prepared at high pressure and high-temperature conditions (P∼8-9 GPa, T∼1000°C) in a toroid-type high pressure cell. These compounds crystallize in the cubic symmetry with a perovskite-like structure. At ambient pressure, they are paramagnetic and have activation-type conductivity. The effect of high pressure (10-50 GPa) on the electrical properties of the materials was analyzed in the temperature range from 78 to 300 K. Pressure ranges of the transition from activation type to metallic conductivity have been determined. The crystal structure of ACu3V4O12 (A=Gd, Tb, Er) was found to be stable up to 50 GPa. © 2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC
Multiplex Analysis of the Activation of the Immune System after Transection of the Rat’s Sciatic Nerve
© 2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York.In this study, using the model of sciatic nerve transection in rats, the cytokine profile of peripheral blood serum and rat sciatic nerve fragments was measured 3, 7 and 14 days after the injury. Histological analysis of sciatic nerve longitudinal sections was carried out at the same periods of time. The cytokine profile of peripheral blood serum of an intact rat as well as the cytokine profile of an intact homogenized sciatic nerve of a rat was examined. Comparative study of changes in quantitative measures before and after the injury was carried out. It was shown that in peripheral blood serum after the sciatic nerve transection, there was a change in quantitative measures of IL1a, Leptin, IL6, MCP1, and MIP2. In the samples of the rat sciatic nerve, the changes were found in the levels of EGF, Fractalkine, GCSF, IFNg, IL10, IL17A, IL18, IL2, IL6, IP10, Leptin, LIX, MCP1, MIP1a, MIP2, and RANTES

Review of experience of family medicine in Europe and Central Asia : Executive summary
This report summarizes the findings of four case studies that review the experience of family medicine in Europe and Central Asia (ECA) Region. It is part of a study comprising five volumes that review the experience of family medicine in four countries in ECA--Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kyrgyz Republic and Moldova. The report reviews the experience, draws lessons, and establishes an evidence base for detailed analysis. The study presents best practices for policy dialogue and future investments by the World Bank and other financial institutions. The detailed case studies compare these countries and draw common themes and issues. Comparisons are made with best-developed or existing models in the OECD and other countries in the Europe and Central Asia Region that have already undertaken family medicine reform
Heavy-Mass Behavior of Ordered Perovskites ACu3Ru4O12 (A = Na, Ca, La)
We synthesized ACu3Ru4O12 (A = Na, Na0.5Ca0.5, Ca, Ca0.5La0.5, La) and
measured their DC magnetization, AC susceptibility, specific heat, and
resistivity, in order to investigate the effects of the hetero-valent
substitution. A broad peak in the DC magnetization around 200 K was observed
only in CaCu3Ru4O12, suggesting the Kondo effect due to localized Cu2+ ions.
However, the electronic specific heat coefficients exhibit large values not
only for CaCu3Ru4O12 but also for all the other samples. Moreover, the Wilson
ratio and the Kadowaki-Woods ratio of our samples are all similar to the values
of other heavy-fermion compounds. These results question the Kondo effect as
the dominant origin of the mass enhancement, and rather indicate the importance
of correlations among itinerant Ru electrons.Comment: 6 pages, 6 figures, to be published in J. Phys. Soc. Jp

The feasibility of using solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry for the identification and quantification of volatile petroleum hydrocarbons in soils and sediments was studied. Suitable diagnostic features provided identification of hydrocarbons released to gas phase. Quantitation both the total content of volatile hydrocarbons and hydrocarbon types/individual compounds was performed using internal standards and calibration with n-alkanes. Volatile components in the sediments of the sedimentation pond in industrial plant were characterized as well as their migration and weathering. Keywords: petroleum products, volatile hydrocarbons, sediments, solid phase microextraction , gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.(Russian)DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.15826/analitika.2013.17.1.008 E.S. Allogenic adipose derived stem cells transplantation improved sciatic nerve regeneration in rats: Autologous nerve graft model
© 2018 Masgutov, Masgutova, Mukhametova, Garanina, Arkhipova, Zakirova, Mukhamedshina, Margarita, Gilazieva, Syromiatnikova, Mullakhmetova, Kadyrova, Nigmetzyanova, Mikhail, Igor, Yagudin and Rizvanov. We examined the effect of transplantation of allogenic adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) with properties of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on posttraumatic sciatic nerve regeneration in rats. We suggested an approach to rat sciatic nerve reconstruction using the nerve from the other leg as a graft. The comparison was that of a critical 10 mm nerve defect repaired by means of autologous nerve grafting versus an identical lesion on the contralateral side. In this experimental model, the same animal acts simultaneously as a test model, and control. Regeneration of the left nerve was enhanced by the use of ADSCs, whereas the right nerve healed under natural conditions. Thus the effects of individual differences were excluded and a result closer to clinical practice obtained. We observed significant destructive changes in the sciatic nerve tissue after surgery which resulted in the formation of combined contractures in knee and ankle joints of both limbs and neurotrophic ulcers only on the right limb. The stimulation of regeneration by ADSCs increased the survival of spinal L5 ganglia neurons by 26.4%, improved sciatic nerve vascularization by 35.68% and increased the number of myelin fibers in the distal nerve by 41.87%. Moreover, we have demonstrated that S100, PMP2, and PMP22 gene expression levels are suppressed in response to trauma as compared to intact animals. We have shown that ADSC-based therapy contributes to significant improvement in the regeneration
