In the construction of new buildings and facilities although the requirements of construction laws, building codes are observed, the heeling process and the collapse of the urban high-rise buildings are continuing at different speeds. Unfortunately, the number of such collapses and destruction in the world continues to this day. The purpose of this article is to show the mechanisms of collapse and patterns of deformation of loose and water-saturated soils of the construction site, which often have anisotropic structures by creating a calculated mechanical and mathematical model. A brief overview shows the state of the issue on the scale of the consequences of the collapse of modern high-rise buildings in the world. Attention is drawn to the lack of knowledge of the soil bases of structures of anisotropic structure. A computational model of a soil ground of complex anisotropic structure and algorithms for its application in practical calculations are proposed. The results of studies and their analysis, the regularities of the deformation state of the system consisting of foundation and buildings base, depending on the angle of inclination of the inclined layered base are developed in the study as well. In the form of tables and a large number of drawings there are the elucidated basic laws of inclination of buildings and structures that took place in large cities of Kazakhstan

Mesenchymal stromal/stem cells and their exosomes for restoration of spermatogenesis in non-obstructive azoospermia: a systemic review

Stem cells have been introduced as new promising therapeutic agents in treatment of degenerative diseases because of having high differentiation potential while maintaining the ability to self-replicate and retaining features of their source cells. Among different type of cell therapies, mesenchymal stromal/stem cell (MSC) therapy is being increasingly developed as a new way to treat structural defects that need to be repaired and regenerated. Non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) is a reproductive disease in men that causes infertility in 10% of infertile men. Based on in vitro studies, MSCs from different tissue sources have been differentiated into germ cells or gamete progenitor cells by simple methods in both male and female. On the other hand, the therapeutic effects of MSCs have been evaluated for the treatment of NOA animal models created by chemical or surgical compounds. The results of these studies confirmed successful allotransplantation or xenotransplantation of MSCs in the seminiferous tubules. As well, it has been reported that exosomes secreted by MSCs are able to induce the process of spermatogenesis in the testes of infertile animal models. Despite numerous advances in the treatment of reproductive diseases in men and women with the help of MSCs or their exosomes, no clinical trial has been terminated on the treatment of NOA. This systematic review attempts to investigate the possibility of MSC therapy for NOA in men

Unexpected combination of acute croup and myocarditis: Case report

BACKGROUND: Lower vaccination coverage among foreign-born children is of concern because they live in households and communities characterized by more intense exposure to infectious diseases. Because of their higher prevalence rates, there is an increasing occurrence of infectious diseases imported into developed countries. This case report emphasizes the emerging necessity for new clinicians and pathologists of having competence with old infectious disease pathology. CASE PRESENTATION: A three and a half year old girl, who presented with croup history of 5 days and has been in severe respiratory distress, was admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in shock and acute respiratory failure. The patient was immediately intubated, and a grayish nonadherent membrane extending through the glottis down into the larynx was apparent during the procedure. Echocardiographic findings, which were consistent with acute myocarditis, confirmed poor left ventricular contractility despite escalating high doses of inotropes. Autopsy showed numerous strains of toxigenic corynobacterium diphtheriae, which also grew on the Loeffler cultures of membranes received during the intubation. CONCLUSION: It is critical that new generations of clinicians and bio-pathologists not only be trained in the subspecialty of infectious disease pathology, but that they also be willing participants in the diagnosis and investigation of infectious diseases

At a time when International relations are developing and interaction is intensifying, the study of languages and cultures of different nations remains one of the urgent tasks. By the end of the twentieth century, linguistics had assumed that "language is not only connected with culture, but also a means by which it has grown out of culture and expressed it." At the same time, language plays an important role in the creation, development and preservation of culture (in the form of texts). Today in the world the priority role of language in knowing the world, its active influence on the real being, consciousness, is recognized as the main factor and the main source in all spiritual and cognitive activity of the person, this fact forms a solid basis of anthropocentric approach to language. The anthropocentric approach to language has been interpreted in almost all of the research and educational literature on linguoculturology, although it has been interpreted as re-emerging in the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries. it is emphasized that the background goes back to Humboldt's famous ideas. V. von Humboldt said, "The diversity of languages is not only due to differences in sounds and signs, but also because of differences in the way we see the world." V. Humboldt's idea that "language is a mirror of culture" reflects the essence of the field of linguoculturology. The article discusses the social function of the language, its role in society, cultural concepts, national values, traditions. Discusses the linguistic and cultural features of the Turkic languages, in particular Uzbek. The semantics of individual lexical units during the period of the ancient Uzbek literary language, linguistic and cultural capabilities, their importance in expressing national values and views are described. In addition to the denotative value in the lexical units of the lifestyle of the Uzbek people, the reflection of the concepts of human relations is explained by typical examples. Emphasizes the need to respect the national language, to consider it as a means of communication and as a reality that collects and expresses national value

The choice of landscape design style is directly envy of the features of the site itself. Its configuration, dimensions and environment must be taken into account. Moreover, it is necessary to take into account the architectural style of the house itself and the structures on the territory. It is very important that everything looks harmonious

He industrial complex plays a unique role in the integrated socio-economic development of regions. This is due to the fact that this area concentrates great opportunities and factors for the effective use of resource potential. Therefore, in the state regional economic policy, special attention is paid to the industrialization of regions. Industrialization processes occur in the countrys regions at different speeds and scales, depending on the conditions of the organizational and institutional, technical and technological, investment, financial, and natural resource potential
