Analisis Profesionalisme Anggota DPRD dalam Pelaksanaan Fungsi Legislasi di Kota Depok

This research is aimed to analyze the professionalism of legislative member at regional level in Depok in the implementation of legislative function. It uses a descriptive method using the empirical law approach. The result of the research shows that: first, professionalism of the legislative members related to their legislative function has well run as reflected from the performance supported by sufficient science, commitment for the promise, respect to social values, being obedient for the regulations, dedication to public interest, being persistent in following the development of science he or she focuses on, being skillful in problem-solving and controlling the local government well. Second, the implementation of legislative function runs well both in the implementation of representative function, prompting a responsive local regulation, and debate function that is maximally done

Transportation System and Human Needs in a Family

Depok City as the main supporting area for the capital of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta, is facing various problems of transportation mode. Some policies have been made to overcome the problems of transportation, especially traffic jam. Although the system is well developed, it will not succeed as long as it is not sufficiently improved. The aim of this research is to analyze the transportation system and human being's needs in a family in Depok City. The method of research used here is descriptive-qualitative. The results of research show that to achieve sustainable and environmentally sound development in Depok City, transportation system has an important and strategic position. However, efficient, competitive, cheap transportation services have not been well developed so that it has potential to destruct the environment and cause traffic jam. Such a condition shows the 'trade-off' the Government of Depok City should face. Analisis Tentang Pelaksanaan Sistem Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan Pasca Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 07/PUU-III/2005

This study aims at analyzing the implementation of Law No. 40 of 2004 related to the Health Social Security after the Constitutional Court decision No. 07 / PUU-III / 2005. The reseacher uses library research method with content analysis approach. The research result highlights that: the implementation of Law No. 40 of 2004 related to the Health Social Security after the Constitutional Court decision No. 07 / PUU-III / 2005, whose implementation is entrusted to BPJS is still far from fairness for all. The application of Health Social Security BPJS is still problematic in many ways, among which since it implements a tiered service flow prior to the hospital, that is the participants must first check into the first-level health facilities (health centers) before being referred to the hospital. Perilaku Konsumsi Trend Pakaian di Kalangan Mahasiswi (Studi pada Mahasiswi Sosiologi Fisip Unri)

This Study was aimed to investigate the characteristic of female students who prefer toconsume fashion clothing trend that influenced by electronic advertising media and how much itcosts in a year. The population of this study were students of academic year 2012/2013. Whilethe sample of this research is the sociology students. Research sampling is done using simplerandom sampling technique in determining the number of respondents. Data collectiontechniques directly gained through deployment questionnaire as much as 40 questionnaires andnon-participant observation, which is not reach to the level of meanings. Meanings are the valuesbehind the behavior that looks to be spoken and written. The data obtained were then analyzeddescriptively. Then the obtained data were analyzed descriptively.The results of this study indicated that the behavior patterns of fashion clothing trendconsumption are influenced by television ads with the percentage of 32.5%, while the cost ofspending on clothing trend with the percentage of 50.0%, respondents by ages of 20 to 21 with55.0%, residential boarding students with the percentage of 77.5%.Keywords: Consumption Behavior, Trend Clothing, Expenditures, Electronic MediaAdvertising

Pemberdayaan Karyawan Dalam Birokrasi

Pemberdayaan adalah suatu peningkatan kemampuan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan serta berbagai potensi yang sesungguhnya dimiliki karyawan. Pemberdayaan karyawan secara umum dimaksudkan agar karyawan tersebut menjadi lebih berdaya. Manfaat pemberdayaan karyan adalah: a) pekeerjaan mereka (karyawan tersebut) merupakan milik mereka; b) mereka bertanggung jawab; c) mereka mengetahui di mana mereka berada; dan d) mereka memiliki beberapa kendali atas pekerjaan mereka. Kehendak untuk memberdayakan karyawan dari pihak pimpinan saja tidaklah cukup. Pimpinan perlu mengambil tindakan untuk memastikan bahwa staf dapat memainkan perannya sebaik mungkin dalam kemajuan dan perkembangan organisasi. Staf perlu mendapatkan dukungna sistem, strategi, dan teknik yang sesuai agar mereka, juga kita, mampu memanfaatkan secara optimal kecakapan-kecakapan dan pengetahuan mereka. Komunitas 234 Sc di Pekanbaru (Studi Tentang Kelompok Sosial)

This study, entitled Community 234 sc in Pekanbaru (Studies Social Group).Researchers interested in this theme because the researchers wanted to see whatmakes a person interested to enter this community, how its characteristics, whatmotivation, and the impact of joining this community, both positive and negative.To know the results of this study, the authors used data collection techniquesby using observation, interviews and questionnaires with respondents. As for howsampling researchers do simple random sampling technique, where the determinationof the respondents through simple random sampling with the number of respondents78 people of 150 members who are still active in the community. The theory used inthis research is the theory of social groups, the research method used is descriptivequantitative.The results of this study indicate that the nature of the 234 SC in Pekanbarucommunity members to follow this community aims to strengthen kinship though notby blood but more than you, can channel the feelings and opinions in the community.Community 234 SC has a positive impact on its members, the impact is a memberhaving an opportunity to gain social relations in the world of work, as well asentrepreneurship and have a sense of solidarity.The results of this study are expected to provide a general overview to allthose who need information about Community 234 SC in Pekanbaru.Keywords: Social groups, Community 234 SC Pekanbaru

Hubungan Kelompok Belajar dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa (Studi pada Kelompok Belajar yang Dilakukan oleh Siswa Kelas XI IPS Man 2 Model Pekanbaru)

This research claim to ( 1) knowing group influence learn to Class XI IPS MAN Student achievement 2 Model Pekanbaru ( 2) knowing how big influence group learn to Class XI IPS MAN Student achievement 2 Model Pekanbaru. With respondent amount 84 divisible school student for 42 student have achievement and 42 group member student learn. This research have the character of korelasional which is mentioning with quantitative research of inferensial.By using test of correlation of Karl Pearson, in earning correlation (r) of equal to 0,074 is hereinafter by examination of determinasi obtained that is group learn to influence achievement of student of equal to 0.543%. Pursuant to test of hypothesis known that > so that hypothesizing rejected (0,474 > 0,2912) meaning there is relation of between group learn with achievement learn. Conclusion which is there are in statement of above that is there relation which signifikan between group learn with achievement learn but his relation is very weak, the rest of there are at other or dissimilar research which do not there are in this research.keywords: group learn, student of achievement learn, student of member group learn and achievement lear
