Composição da intriga na narrativização de acontecimentos violentos // Emplotment in the narrativization of violent events

A composição da intriga emerge no projeto hermenêutico de Paul Ricoeur como momento do processo da mímesis que instaura uma configuração narrativa de um mundo prefigurado rumo a uma refiguração do mundo, articulando uma síntese do heterogêneo que agencia acontecimentos e os associa a ações, causas e intenções. Neste trabalho, analisamos a composição da intriga em narrativas jornalísticas sobre violência urbana, partindo da tríplice mímesis em Paul Ricoeur, a fim de compreender os elementos e as estratégias alinhavados pela intriga da narrativização jornalística. Efetuamos a leitura de matérias sobre mortes violentas publicadas nas seções policiais dos jornais paraenses Diário do Pará e O Liberal, nos dias 23 de janeiro, 15 de março e 02 de maio de 2017. Para tanto, fazemos recurso ao projeto ricoeuriano de uma hermenêutica do texto e da narrativa. As leituras dos jornais nos permitem compreender uma armação da intriga que alinhava as narrativas como únicas, mas episódicas, assinalando um percurso eventivo da violência que permite que ela seja explicada e compreendida narrativamente. As part of Paul Ricoeur’s hermeneutical project, emplotment is a moment of its threefold mimesis that establishes a narrative configuration of a prefigured world towards the refiguration of a world, articulating a synthesis of the heterogeneous that organizes events and associates them with actions, causes and intentions. We analyze emplotment in news media narratives on urban violence, going through Ricoeur’s threefold mimesis in order to understand elements and strategies aligned by the plot in news media narrativization. We carry out a reading of accounts on violent deaths published in the police sections of the newspapers Diário do Pará and O Liberal, on January 23, March 15 and May 2, 2017. We make use of the Ricoeurian project of a hermeneutics of the text and narrative. The readings of the newspapers allow us to understand a plot construction that presents the narratives as unique and episodic, marking an eventful course through which violence is to be narratively explained and understood

O imaginário sobre a cidade: entre experiências e socialidades nas narrativas de mídia e dos indivíduos em Belém do Pará

The present proposal aims to analyze the experiences and socialities between the city of Belém, individuals and the media, based on the imaginary constructed in the daily narratives of (de) construction and (res) significations of the city, considering that this imaginary, to some extent would constitute as structuring element of the socialities in the contemporaneity. The perspective of analysis starts from an approach of the comprehensive hermeneutics, trying to understand how the daily narratives of the city, or those that result from the power to construct what is the reality in the experience of an individual or of a community. It’s considered as such, the conversation at the bar table, in the street, in the market, in the square, at the dinner table, in the taxi, in the media, among other conversations, as everyday narratives. I take the narratives in two perspectives: a) the narratives of the newspapers Diário do Pará and O Liberal, with the use defined from the "constructed week" technique, in its editions published from 2000 to 2017. The selection of these two periodicals Paraenses were motivated by the sociopolitical and cultural representativeness of both in the construction of experience and inter subjectivity among individuals, mainly Belenenses; and b) the narratives of the taxi drivers of Belém, considering that some of them are potential readers of the newspapers, as well as 'transit', due to their activity, by the city. In the methodological course, a semi-structured interview was used with 15 (fifteen) taxi drivers from three neighborhoods were selected: Cidade Velha, Jurunas, Marambaia, who have been practicing for more than 18 (eighteen) in order to perceive the manifestations of the imaginary of the city. The corpus of the research makes it possible to observe in the two narratives, certain regularities of (de) construction of Belém, which is fundamental for the analysis. So, We could observe that talking about the city usually refers to the problematic of urbanization, but in this research, our view is again to understand the relation of the producers of the urban (city) and the communicative processes.CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível SuperiorA presente proposta objetiva analisar as experiências e socialidades entre a cidade de Belém, os indivíduos e a mídia, a partir do imaginário construído nas narrativas cotidianas de (des)construção e (res)significações da cidade, considerando que este imaginário, em certa medida, se constituiria como elemento estruturador das socialidades na contemporaneidade. A perspectiva de análise parte de uma abordagem da hermenêutica compreensiva, procurando entender como as narrativas cotidianas da cidade, ou aquelas que resultam do poder de construir o que é a realidade na experiência de um indivíduo ou de uma comunidade. Considera-se assim, a conversa na mesa do bar, na rua, no comércio, na praça, na mesa do jantar, no taxi, na mídia, entre outras conversas, como narrativas cotidianas. A partir de duas perspectivas: a) as narrativas dos jornais Diário do Pará e O Liberal, com o uso da técnica “semana construída”, em suas edições publicadas de 2000 até 2017. A seleção desses dois periódicos paraenses foi motivada pela representatividade sociopolítica e cultural de ambos na construção de experiência e da intersubjetividade entre indivíduos, principalmente dos belenenses; e, b) as narrativas dos taxistas de Belém, considerando que parte deles são leitores potenciais dos jornais, assim como ‘transitam’, devido sua atividade, pela cidade. No percurso metodológico fez-se uso de entrevista semiestruturada, na qual foram selecionados 15 (quinze) taxistas de três bairros: Cidade Velha, Jurunas, Marambaia, que exercem a profissão há mais de 18 (dezoito) anos no intuito de perceber as manifestações do imaginário da cidade. O corpus da pesquisa possibilita observar nas duas narrativas, certas regularidades de (des)construção de Belém o que é fundamental para a análise.
