Assessment of the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in the modern economic environment
Presented in the present paper are the results of a scientific study that aims to develop and test a different model for analyzing and evaluating the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in the modern economic environment. Examined closely are the main aspects of the enterprise competitiveness in full consideration of their internal abilities to achieve high results over a long period of time,. The analysis shows that there are new possibilities for researching the competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises, in search of simpler and universally applicable models and methods for the analysis and evaluation of competitiveness, and in particular that of the industrial enterprises. A new model is proposed for the analysis of the enterprise competitiveness by using familiar techniques, but with the application of a new approach to the grouping of the aspects of competitiveness in three main directions. It is also worth noting that the model. hereto described. is applicable to enterprises of different scale and subject of manufacturing

SOCIOMETRIC INVESTIGATION OF PONY-MANIA CONNECTION IN COMMUNICATION WITH COGNITIVE STYLES OF MEMBERS OF THE GROUP
The article is devoted to the analysis of mutual understanding in communication with the cognitive styles of the members of the group and revealing the connection between the productivity of people's understanding of each other in communication and the degree of their psychologic differentiation. Our study is that subjects - schoolchildren in the mass do not differentiate such aspects in a person as "ability to understand, to be understood" and "sympathy, pleasantness".Thus, due to the "halo effect", people pleasant and sympathetic in communication stand out in the implicit theories of our subjects and positive traits by the criterion of "understanding."The above experiment allows further analysis of the influence of cognitive style on understanding in communication. Sufficiently differentiate the subjects under investigation in the sphere of interpersonal relations and distinguish the criterion of "understanding" from the other criteria used in sociometry
RESEARCH INTO UNDERSTANDING UNDERSTANDING ENGINERING GROUPS, DEPENDING ON THE COGNITIVE STYLES OF THEIR MEMBERS
The work deals with the relationship between vzaimopo-understanding among employees design groups and their degree of Cognetive complexity. To achieve this goal has been planned investition, which includes 3 stages: Stage 1 – the selection of a relatively well-closed groups of people who know each other; phase 2 – diagnosis of understanding in the group and identify «the status ofunderstanding» of each group member; stage 3 – diagnostics degree of cognitive complexity of each team member. Experimentally confirmed: the position of the theory of John. Kelly on the rowhethercoincidence structural systems communicating in understanding: reducing the number of emotional and evaluative component to the growth differential-derivations cognitive sphere of personality
BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY AND SYSTEM OF EDUCATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ILLUSTRATED BY THE EXAMPLE OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF KIZILYURT CITY
Aim. The aim is to study the impact of environmental education on the quality of learning biology and ecology by the example of secondary schools in Kizilyurt city, Republic of Dagestan.Materials and methods. As a material for the research, we used the findings obtained in the survey and testing of students of 5-11 grades and teachers of Kizilyurt, developed at the Institute of Ecology and Sustainable Development of the Dagestan State University. Data processing was based on the general principles of statistics and was carried out using Statistica and Excel softwares.Results. By comparing the survey results of the students, we can draw conclusions about the quality of environmental education in particular schools. The results in general show some shortcomings in the planning and content of school curricula. Studies conducted in Kizilyurt schools demonstrate that environmental knowledge of the students is poor and primarily the acquisition occurs through the study of biology and a minor extent of geography.Conclusion. The analysis of ecological education of students of Kizilyurt schools based on national educational standards is an attempt to explain the real situation and to make recommendations to improve the system and content of the training in the field of education for sustainable development

Widespread horse-based mobility arose around 2200 BCE in Eurasia.
Horses revolutionized human history with fast mobility1. However, the timeline between their domestication and their widespread integration as a means of transport remains contentious2-4. Here we assemble a collection of 475 ancient horse genomes to assess the period when these animals were first reshaped by human agency in Eurasia. We find that reproductive control of the modern domestic lineage emerged around 2200 BCE, through close-kin mating and shortened generation times. Reproductive control emerged following a severe domestication bottleneck starting no earlier than approximately 2700 BCE, and coincided with a sudden expansion across Eurasia that ultimately resulted in the replacement of nearly every local horse lineage. This expansion marked the rise of widespread horse-based mobility in human history, which refutes the commonly held narrative of large horse herds accompanying the massive migration of steppe peoples across Europe around 3000 BCE and earlier3,5. Finally, we detect significantly shortened generation times at Botai around 3500 BCE, a settlement from central Asia associated with corrals and a subsistence economy centred on horses6,7. This supports local horse husbandry before the rise of modern domestic bloodlines
