To review the good documentation practices in the pharmaceutical industry as per the guidelines provided in the European Commission and WHO (World Health Organisation). GDocP is a systematic method of planning, evaluating, approving, issuing, documenting, preserving, and archiving records. GDocP is a must when operating in an atmosphere of existing GMP. To provide an overview of good documentation practices for those employed in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. The GDocP stands for good documentation practice which can be described as an integral part of quality assurance (QA) and thus related to all aspects of GMP. There are very few articles related to the comparison of GDocP in the pharmaceutical manufacturing unit as per European and WHO guidelines hence we are trying to develop a study on the comparison of GDocP guidelines. Public and private organizations, institutions, and regulatory authorities working and cooperating and with the pharmaceutical industry are involved at the international and national level to reach a consensus on the guidelines and laws for the production of medicinal products for human. This article explains how these participants work and cooperate and set out current regulations along the lines of the European community and WHO referencing, where appropriate, the practiced guidelines, outside space regulatory action referred to above. In this way, the goal is to achieve exceptional standards of quality, protection, and efficacy in the manufacture of health products

Transpose-form finite impulse response (FIR) structures are inherently pipelined and support multiple constant multiplication (MCM) ends up in the vital saving of computation. However, the transpose form configuration doesn't directly support the blocking process in contrast to the direct-form configuration. we've got derived a general multiplier based architecture for the projected transpose-form block filter for reconfigurable applications. A low-complexity style victimization MCM theme is additionally conferred for the block implementation of fastened FIR filters. ASIC synthesis result shows that the projected structure for block-size four and filter-length sixty-four involve forty-second less area-delay product (ADP) ADP and four-hundredth fewer EPS than the most effective obtainable FIR structure projected for reconfigurable applications. For an equivalent filter length and therefore the same block size, the projected structure involves thirteen less ADP and 12.8% fewer EPS than that of the prevailing direct-from block FIR structure. Supported these findings, we tend to gift a theme for the choice of direct-form and transpose-form configuration based on the filter lengths and block-length for getting area delay and energy economical block FIR structures

Background: Total knee replacement (TKR) is the most widely practised elective surgical procedure for advanced osteoarthritic patients globally. There is paucity of data on TKR’s in south Indian population. This study was aimed at analysing the peri-operative data of primary TKR’s to ease in customising the imported implants for our population. Methods: Data on 261 TKR’s performed in our institute over 40 months was collected. Categorical variables like age, gender, size of components used, co-morbidities and type of implants used were analysed. Results: Out of 220 patients with 261 knees, 141 were females (173 knees) and 79 were males (88 knees). The age group of the cohort was 60±11.2 years (Mean±SD). Diabetes and Hypertension (n=152) were the commonest co morbidities. The Cruciate Retaining (CR) type of prosthesis was used to the maximum extent (n=218). Size 3 femoral and tibial component was the commonly used in males and size 2 in females. 143(54.8%) knees had tibio-femoral component mismatch.  Conclusions: This study gives a reasonable insight into various aspects of the total knee replacements in a South Indian Institute. This data would be useful for manufacturing suitable implants customised for our population in the context of imported implants being in vogue. It also helps the operating surgeon to appropriately order for the desirable implants well in advance lest he should struggle intra operatively for want of better clinical outcome

In OSNs, data sifting can likewise be utilized for a not at all like, more mindful, standard. This is fitting to the announcement that in OSNs there is the room of redistribution or notice different posts on exacting open/private ranges, brought when all is said in done dividers. Data separating can thus be utilized to give clients the office to over and over control the messages composed all alone dividers, by sifting through undesirable messages. We consider this is a key OSN administration that has not been available as such. We propose a plan consent to OSN clients to have a straight control on the messages position on their dividers. This is accomplish through a supple standard based framework, that permits clients to alter the separating unequivocal variable to be down to earth to their dividers, and a Machine Learning-based delicate classifier naturally marking messages in hold up of substance based sifting

Benzimidazole pharmacophore possess broad class of curative properties like anthelmintic, antiulcer, antihypertensive, anticancer, etc. In view of this reason benzimidazole derivatives synthesis gained vital significance in recent years. In this investigation, a series of novel substituted benzimidazole derivatives having furan appendage at 2nd position and alkyl/aryl appendage at 1st position were synthesized by using appropriate procedures. All the compounds synthesized were characterized by physically (Rf values, Melting point, Molecular weight, Molecular formula) and were characterized by spectral data (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR and Mass spectra). All the synthesized compounds were screened for molecular docking studies on human gamma-tubulin protein to find out the binding interaction at the target active site. Molecular docking studies at human gamma-tubulin protein states that the compound 4b showed good binding affinity (-8.98 kcal/mol) in comparison to the reference compound Albendazole (-8.47 kcal/mol)

Hoppers of different shape and angle are widely used in different industries particularly in handling of solids as storage units and in unit operations, e.g. mixing, tableting, etc. It is a challenge to choose a right hopper to achieve desired flow and insignificant segregation due to difference in material properties. General approach for the selection of optimum hopper for a given unit operation is based on the trial-and-error experimental approach. To address this optimum hopper selection, combined experimental and numerical approach is presented in this study. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of mixture composition and hopper angle on the flow rate and segregation behavior. The numerical simulation of granular flow out of various conical hoppers was also performed using the discrete element method (DEM). The materials considered include different particle size glass bead particles in different proportions by mass. The experimental study is done to validate the DEM results, particularly, mass flow rate. The results analyzed include temporal development of mass fraction of a given particle size during discharge. In addition, the mass flow rate is also computed. The results indicate that fines percentage in the mixture, ratio of smallest particle size to largest in the mixture, and hopper angle plays significant role in determining the segregation and mass flow rate. The flow pattern found to be influenced by the hopper angle and mean particle size of mixture. The results of discharge rate from DEM are also compared with existing empirical correlations and finite element method based elastoplastic model. The DEM prediction shows a good agreement with the existing correlations for a wide range of hopper angles, and with the experimental data

    Get PDF
The correct information may only sometimes be effectively conveyed by images due to various factors, such as excessively bright or dark lighting and low or high contrast. As a result, picture improvement has become an essential part of digital image processing. This proposed method aims to develop an algorithm for improving photos captured in dark environments. This letter presents a new picture-enhancing approach that combines median and Gabor filtering using the wavelet domain with histogram equalization working over a spatial domain. The proposed method in this paper combines spatial and transformed domains for image enhancement and has been simulated using MATLAB. The simulation results of two different photos show that the suggested approach extends the histogram over a wide range of grayscale, offering a superior improvement to the original image. The novel proposed algorithm aims to improve image quality and visibility, making identifying essential details within the image easier. Further, the proposed technique's success is manifested by examining the produced photos' contrast and brightness. The findings reveal that the suggested technique beats the other strategies for improving low-contrast photos
