In the last few decade of multimedia information systems, audio-video data has become an glowing part in many digital computer applications. Audio-video classification has been becoming a focus in the research of audio-video processing and pattern recognition. Automatic audio-video classification is very useful to audio-video indexing, content-based audio-video retrieval and on-line audio-video distribution such as online audio-video shopping, but it is a challenge to extract the most similar and salient themes from huge data of audio-video. In this paper, we propose effective algorithms to automatically segmentation and classify audio-video clips into one of  Six classes: advertisement, cartoon, songs, serial,  movie and news. For these categories a number of acoustic and visual features that include Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients, Color Histogram are extracted to characterize the audio and video data. The autoassociative neural network model (AANN) is used to capture the distribution of the acoustic and visual feature vectors. The AANN model captures the distribution of the acoustic and visual features of a class, and the back propagation learning algorithm is used to adjust the weights of the network to minimize the mean square error for each feature vector. Solutions to threats posed by technical and social vulnerabilities must be found to secure the web interface. Social engineering attacks frequently use phishing as one of their vectors. The importance is promptly detecting phishing attacks has increased. The classifier model was constructed using publicly accessible data from trustworthy and phishing websites. A variety of methods were used to extract relevant features to build the model. Before a user experiences any harm, Machine Learning algorithms can reliably identify phishing attacks. To identify phishing attacks on the website, this study presents a novel ensemble model. In this paper, the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and the Random Forest Classifier (RFC) are used in an ensemble method along with the Support Vector Machine (SVM). Compared to previous studies, this ensemble method more accurately and efficiently detects website phishing attacks. According to experimental findings, the proposed system detects phishing attacks 97.3% of the time

Effect of immunostimulant on enhancement of the immune response of kuruma shrimp Marsupenaeus japonicus and its resistance against White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV)

    Get PDF
An experiment of 45 days duration to test the efficacy of the Vibrio alginolyticus as an immunostimulant was conducted in Marsupenaeus japonicus against white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) infection, considered as one of the serious pathogens of shrimps. The shrimps were fed with the experimental diets coated with different concentrations of bacteria of 17 ml / kg feed and 10 % of animal body wt. They were challenged with WSSV to assess the increase in survival rate and growth if any due to immune enhancement. Another group of shrimp was used for drawing the haemolymph to estimate the increase in the level of prophenoloxidase activity. Samplings for the above said analysis were carried out at 15 days interval for a period of 45 days. The highest prophenoloxidase activity (39.78 with sand substrate-T1) and the highest survival rate (66.66 % with sand substrate-T1) and highest growth rate (7.04 % in 17ml/kg- with sand substrate-T1) were recorded in experimental diet (17 ml / kg feed). Hence the 17 ml / kg feed of Vibrio alginolyticus formalin killed added to the diet could be an eco-friendly and economically viable immunostimulant for penaeid shrimps
