    The Geographic Information System (GIS) for Sustainable Food Agriculture (LP2B) is an information system application that functions to produce accurate, relevant and accountable data and information which will later be used as a basis for planning, stipulating, utilizing, evaluating and controlling the area and land and sustainable food agriculture reserve land that can be accessed by the community and stakeholders. This study uses data collection methods in the form of literature studies, field studies (interviews and observations) and literature studies as a method of approach in data collection. In this study using a system development method using Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, where there are three phases of development, namely the phase of Requirement Planning, Workshop Design and Implementation. In the geographic information system of sustainable agricultural land use web gis based PHP programming using javascript leaflets as the implementation of the projected map of the earth on the geographic information system of sustainable agricultural land. The results of this study can later be used as a reference for the Muara Enim District Government through the Muara Enim Regency Food Crops, Horticulture and Livestock Service Office in making decisions on which paddy fields will be used as Sustainable Food Agriculture Land, and are expected to continue to appeal to and pay attention to farmers LP2B so that paddy fields in Muara Enim Regency can avoid land conversion or reduced paddy fields that will threaten food security. Keywords : Geographic Information System, Muara Enim Regency, Land of Sustainable Food Agriculture

    Leakage Detection In Pipeline Using Wavelength

    Nowadays natural gas transport and distribution is a complex and currently growing and increasing. Natural gas produced from well need to transport in a great distance before reaching it point of use. The pipeline is designed to quickly and efficiently transport the gas from its origin to the high demand area. Either pipelines transportation for water supply or natural gas, leakage is unacceptable problem. Small leak along the pipeline is hard to detect. The objective of this study is to build the test rig galvanized iron and MDPE pipelines. Besides that, the main objective is to determine the leak detection in gas pipeline using wavelet-based filtering. . Main point of each journal is compared in order to determine the problems arise from the previous research. It is then follow by the methodology which will discuss further in this chapter. From methodology, it is known that the data taken can be analysing through Daisy Lab and Math lab software  Wavelet and cross correlation is used to analyse the signal in Matlab. From the result, it show that the leak can be identified based on the peak of amplitude of the signal. The result for galvanized iron pipe is not acceptable due to short pipeline length. Thus it can be concluded that leak can be determined using wavelet-based filtering. As the conclusions, the propose technique can be used to determine the leak in pipeline

    SMK PGRI 1 Palembang annually holds PSB activities where currently prospective new students can register by coming directly to the information section, filling out the Google Forms form, or contacting the WA PSB officer. These three registration methods have several drawbacks such as additional expenses for ATK and transportation, as well as a limited registration time. In addition, officers must re-enter data from new prospective students with the existing desktop system because the database has not yet been integrated and new prospective students need to be contacted one by one if there are changes such as changes to the briefing schedule. This resulted in PSB activities at SMK PGRI 1 PALEMBANG being less efficient, tiring, and slow. The proposed solution to the problem is to create an Android-based PSB application with push notifications and integrated with the current MSYQL database. Push notifications allow direct notifications to be sent to certain parties if an event occurs such as a new registration or registration being responded to by the admin. This means that new registrations can be immediately recognized and responded to by the admin

    Over the last few decades, numerical simulation has fast become an effective research tool in analyzing internal and external fluid flow. Much of the unknowns associated with microscopic bounded and unbounded fluid behavior generally not obtainable via experimental approach can now be explained in details with computational fluid dynamics modeling. This has much assist designers and engineers in developing better engineering designs. However, the choice of the computational domain selected plays an important role in exhibiting the correct flow patterns associated with changes in certain parameters. This research looked at the outcomes when two computational domains were chosen to represent a system of parallel stack plates in a thermoacoustic resonator. Since the stack region is considered the “heart” of the system, accurate modeling is crucial in understanding the complex thermoacoustic solid-fluid interactions that occur. Results showed that although the general flow pattern and trends have been produced with the single and double plate stack system, details of a neighboring solid wall do affect the developments of vortices in the stack region. The symmetric assumption in the computational domain may result in the absence of details that could generate an incomplete explanation of the patterns observed such as shown in this study. This is significant in understanding the solid-fluid interactions that is thermoacoustic phenomena

    High omega arachidonic acid/docosahexaenoic acid ratio induces mitochondrial dysfunction and altered lipid metabolism in human hepatoma cells

    Background Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a common cause of liver disease worldwide and is a growing epidemic. A high ratio of omega-6 fatty acids to omega-3 fatty acids in the diet has been implicated in the development of NAFLD. However, the inflicted cellular pathology remains unknown. A high ratio may promote lipogenic pathways and contribute to ROS-mediated damage, perhaps leading to mitochondrial dysfunction. Therefore, these parameters were investigated to understand their contribution to NAFLD development. Aim To examine the effect of increasing ratios of omega-6:3 fatty acids on mitochondrial function and lipid metabolism mediators. Methods HepG2-derived VL-17A cells were treated with normal (1:1, 4:1) and high (15:1, 25:1) ratios of omega-6: omega-3 fatty acids (arachidonic (AA): docosahexaenoic (DHA)) at various time points. Mitochondrial activity and function was examined via MTT assay and Seahorse XF24 analyzer, respectively. Triglyceride accumulation was determined by using EnzyChrom™ and levels of ROS were measured by fluorescence intensity. Protein expression of the mediators of lipogenic, lipolytic and endocannabinoid pathways was assessed by Western blotting. Results High AA:DHA ratio decreased mitochondrial activity (p<0.01; upto 80%) and promoted intracellular triglyceride accumulation (p<0.05; 40-70%). Mechanistically, it altered the mediators of lipid metabolism; increased the expression of stearoyl-CoA desaturase (p<0.05; 22-35%), decreased the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-alpha (p<0.05; 30-40%) and increased the expression of cannabinoid receptor 1 (p<0.05; 31%). Furthermore, the high ratio increased ROS production (p<0.01; 74-115%) and reduced mitochondrial respiratory functions such as basal and maximal respiration, ATP production, spare respiratory capacity and proton leak (p<0.01; 35-68%). Conclusion High AA:DHA ratio induced triglyceride accumulation, increased oxidative stress and disrupted mitochondrial functions. Stimulation of lipogenic and steroidal transcription factors may partly mediate these effects and contribute to NAFLD development

    Effect of streamwise spacing on the sound generated by flow through two square cylinders in tandem arrangement

    The sound generated by the flow past two square cylinder in tandem arrangements was investigated by direct solution of two dimensiona1, unsteady, compressible Navier-Stokes equation. The main objective of the investigation is to study the effect of the spacing between two square cylinders on the generation and propagation mechanism of the sound. Since the sound pressure is very small compared to normal pressure and other parameters, high order computational scheme was use to captured the pressure fluctuations. Besides that, filtering is em-ployed to eliminate the high frequency part caused by nonlinearity of the governing equations. 4th order Runge-Kutta method was employed for time marching and for the boundary condition, adiabatic and non-slip conditions are imposed on the surface of the square cylinders. Present results for near-field flow features are in good agreement with the experimental results by previous researchers though the Reynolds number ranges examined are different. From the results, it shows that tandem arrangement of two cylinders with a small spacing may be useful for a passive control to reduce the generated sound since the larger spacing (L/D > 4), the shear layer separated from the upstream cylinder rolls up and forms vortices in front of the downstream cylinder. The results also showed that body-vortex interaction enhances the amplitude of the generated sound significantly

    This study aimed to describe the shape and type of negotiation of meaning and the frequency of the use of negotiation of meaning that teachers do in their lessons in the fourth grade. Moreover, it also aims to determine the effect of negotiation of meaning to the understanding of fourth grade students. This type of research is descriptive, because it describes the phenomena deslriptif shape and function of the use of negotiation of meaning as it is. The instrument used in this study are guidelines for observation, interview and test. The main instrument in this study is the researchers themselves who aided and supported by the other instruments. In the qualitative method, using observation sheet instruments and guidelines for the interview. Researchers used data collection techniques such as observation sheets, interview and test. The results showed that There are nine forms of negotiation of meaning. The form of negotiations that meaning is, ask questions inducement, explain, repeat, evaluating, defining, affirmation, outlines, and respond. There are nine functions Function negotiation negotiation of meaning that meaning is, requests for clarification, confirmation, confirmation check, repair or correction of its own, expansion, demand explanations, clarifications reply, reply confirmation, and reply as an answer. Frequency negotiation of meaning that most often appears on learning is a check confirmation. more often negotiate meaning it appears, increasing student understanding.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan jenis negosiasi makna dan frekuensi penggunaan negosiasi makna yang dilakukan guru dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan di kelas IV SD. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui pengaruh negosiasi makna terhadap pemahaman siswa kelas IV SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif karena memaparkan fenomena bentuk dan fungsi penggunaan negosiasi makna secara apa adanya. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan tes. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri yang dibantu dan didukung oleh instrumen lainnya. Pada metode kualitatif, menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sembilan bentuk negosiasi makna. Bentuk negosiasi makna tersebut adalah, bertanya, pertanyaan pancingan, menjelaskan, mengulang, melakukan evaluasi, mendefinisikan, penegasan, menguraikan, dan menanggapi. Terdapat sembilan fungsi negosiasi makna, yaitu permintaan klarifikasi, konfirmasi, cek konfirmasi, perbaikan atau dikoreksi sendiri, perluasan, permintaan penjelasan, membalas klarifikasi, membalas konfirmasi, dan membalas sebagai jawaban. Frekuensi negosiasi makna yang paling sering muncul pada pembelajaran adalah cek konfirmasi. semakin sering negosiasi makna itu muncul, pemahaman siswa semakin meningkat
