Pedagogical Biographical Research in Germany

Biographical research in educational sciences, using its methodology and methods, analyzes the processes of learning, education, formation and socialization to be able to justify on this basis the relationships between man and formation, and pedagogical action and reflection on the subject. The article presents the directions of historical development, from enlightenment, through the empirical turn to everyday life, to the strengthening of biographical research in the twentieth century, as well as contemporary research fields in educational sciences along with methodological and methodical concepts.Badania biograficzne w naukach o wychowaniu, stosując swoją metodologię i metody, analizują procesy uczenia się, wychowania, kształtowania i socjalizacji, by móc na ich podstawie uzasadnić relacje między człowiekiem i kształtowaniem oraz pedagogicznym działaniem i refleksją nad przedmiotem. Konflikte in Familie und Schule um die Erziehung der Kinder: Wer hat welche Erziehungsbefugnisse

Vorgelegt werden Ergebnisse einer Befragung von Hauptschülern und Gymnasiasten, deren Eltern und Lehrern im Raum Koblenz und in Wien zu Erwartungen an und Einstellungen zu Erziehungskompetenzen von Schule und Elternhaus. Während Schüler und Eltern die Erziehungsaufgabe primär in der Familie verorten, sehen die Lehrer die Erziehungsaufgabe vorrangig als gemeinsame Verpflichtung von Schule und Elternhaus, was auch als Problem thematisiert wird. Biografie, Lernen und Familienthemen in Generationsbeziehungen

In familialen Generationsbeziehungen werden Familienthemen über Erziehung, Sozialisation und biografische Lernprozesse transportiert. Als Handlungskonfigurationen fließen sie in biografische Konstruktionen ein und beeinflussen das Handeln, Denken und Wahrnehmen und damit die Gestaltung der Biografie. Von diesem empirischen Befund des qualitativen Forschungsprojektes über drei Generationen in Familien des 20. Jahrhunderts ausgehend wird Biografie als eine Konstruktion in Bezug auf Selbst- und Sinndeutungen verstanden und der Bedeutung von Familienthemen für biografisches Lernen nachgegangen. As configurations of action they leave their mark on biographical constructions and influence acting, thinking, and perceiving, and, thus, the shaping of the biography.
