Implementation of expert systems in the field of health and medicine in the form of initial diagnosis, treatment of the results of the diagnosis, determination of visible clinical symptoms. As-Shifa Bengkulu Clinic is one of the health clinics in the city of Bengkulu. In its service, this clinic serves all those related to disease from children to adults. One of them is Broncho Pneumonia. The lack of expert doctors in handling every problem in this clinic is one of the problems that occur. So that this can cause patients to wait a long time or not be able to consult directly with a doctor. Of course this takes time and will be in vain if the doctor concerned is not available. Therefore an expert system is designed to diagnose Broncho Pneumonia with the Certainty Factor method. This expert system is designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database. Implementasi Metode Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (Vikor) Untuk Rekomendasi Pemilihan Jurusan Pada SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah

Pemilihan jurusan bagi siswa SMA/MA sederajat merupakan awal dari pemilihan karir ke depannya. Penjurusan diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk lebih mengarahkan siswa berdasarkan minat dan kemampuan akademiknya. Proses pemilihan jurusan yang biasanya terjadi di SMAN 6 Bengkulu Tengah, sering menimbulkan suatu permasalahan, yaitu para siswa sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan jurusan mana yang akan dia ambil. Pada Sekolah ini, kebanyakan penentu penjurusan itu berdasarkan 3 faktor. Pertama yaitu berdasarkan referensi orang tua siswa, mengikuti teman dan tren jurusan masa kini serta prestasi akademik siswa itu sendiri. Pada proses penjurusan siswa yang akan di arahkan dalam penjurusan biasanya dalam jumlah yang cukup besar, dan selama ini yang menentukan keputusan dalam proses penjurusan adalah guru. hal ini dikarena karena guru dianggap mengetahui bakat, minat dan kemampuan dari siswa tersebut secara langsung. Metode penilaian kinerja pegawai yang digunakan adalah Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR)  Dari hasil pengujian sistem rekomendasi pemilihan jurusan dengan menggunakan metode VIKOR dapat memberikan penilaian secara perangkingan dimana siswa dengan nilai terendah memperoleh ranking tertinggi.Pemilihan jurusan bagi siswa SMA/MA sederajat merupakan awal dari pemilihan karir ke depannya. Implementation of the administration system and forecasting of rubber latex results using the Moving Average method at PT. Julang Oca Permana (jop) Bengkulu Utara was created using the visual basic .net programming language. With the development of the application, it can be used as an alternative in predicting the amount of production of rubber latex every day based on trend data for the previous 3 days. Administration system and forecasting of rubber latex results using the Moving Average method at PT. Julang Oca Permana (jop) Bengkulu Utara, there are several menus that can be accessed in order to manage production data and predict the amount of production. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the application is able to predict the number of production results of each division for the next day based on trend data from the previous 3 days

One of the algorithms that can be applied in accelerating the segmentation process is K-Means Clustering. K-means is a non-hierarchical clustering method that tries to partition existing data into one or more clusters. This method partitions data into clusters so that data with the same characteristics are grouped into the same cluster and data with different characteristics are grouped into other clusters. The implementation of the system uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this research is the waterfall method. The results of the analysis carried out show that the similarity of the identified images based on the proximity of the color values ​​and the accuracy produced is quite good, especially for objects that have special colors or colors that have become characteristics of the object. The method used in this research is waterfall, this application is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language). From the analysis and discussion of the research obtained that the encryption results produced by Rail Fence Cipher do not change the plaintext results into ciphertext if the key is greater or more than the plaintext character
