ProduĆ§Ć£o CientĆfica sobre o Ensino em AdministraĆ§Ć£o: uma AvaliaĆ§Ć£o Envolvendo o Enfoque do Paradigma da Complexidadeā
In order to understand problems that get increasingly more complex, a new perspective for education seemsto be required, focusing on the multiple dimensionsof human beings. Under this assumption, this articleanalyses the scientific production regarding education in the field of Business Administration and itsalignment with Morinās principles for future education, based on complexity paradigm. For such aim, 103articles presented between 2002 and 2005 at the Encontro Nacional de PĆ³s-GraduaĆ§Ć£o em AdministraĆ§Ć£ohave been analysed. Findings show that most of thepapers focus education under a positivist, fragmentedperspective, not contemplating any of Morinās sevenproposals for future education. A few integrate thecomplexity paradigm perspective. One expects that reflexions developed will benefit the knowledge growingof the field, as well as a conscious professional development, adequate to the complexity required bythepresent societ

XXI. Sob essa Ć³tica, o artigo visa analisar a produĆ§Ć£o cientĆfica sobre o ensino na Ć”rea de AdministraĆ§Ć£o e o
alinhamento desta com os princĆpios desenvolvidos por Morin para a educaĆ§Ć£o do futuro, baseando-se no
paradigma da complexidade. Foram analisados 103 artigos apresentados no Encontro Nacional de PĆ³s-
GraduaĆ§Ć£o em AdministraĆ§Ć£o, na Ć”rea de ensino e pesquisa, nos anos de 2002 a 2005. Verificou-se que
vĆ”rios deles nĆ£o contemplam nenhum dos sete saberes necessĆ”rios Ć educaĆ§Ć£o do futuro, propostos por
Morin (2003). A maioria ainda enfoca questƵes relacionadas ao ensino sob uma linha estritamente
positivista, fragmentada, nĆ£o contemplando as diversas dimensƵes dos seres humanos e suas inter-relaƧƵes.
Alguns artigos tratam de temƔticas presentes no pensamento complexo de forma superficial e poucos
adotam a perspectiva da complexidade como embasamento para seus estudos. AtravƩs das indagaƧƵes e
reflexƵes feitas, buscou-se favorecer a ampliaĆ§Ć£o do conhecimento na Ć”rea e a formaĆ§Ć£o profissional
consciente e pertinente Ć complexidade da nova sociedade do conhecimento
