CONSUMO E HÁBITOS ALIMENTARES EM UMA REPÚBLICA DE ESTUDANTES DE UM BAIRRO NOBRE DA CIDADE DE NITERÓI – RJ

The food change in Brazil reached its peak of transformation in the 1990s with the arrival of ultra-processed products on the markets. In recent years, the number of people seeking to eat more healthily has grown, not only because of the necessary daily caloric intake indicated by the FAO and other organizations, but also because of the quality of the food that reaches the tables, thus increasing the consumption of organic products and similar. Privileged families such as those in the neighborhood of Icaraí/Niterói, in the metropolitan region of RJ, have easy access to this quality food. The work investigates the food security of young students who share rent on one of the main avenues in the neighborhood. For this, issues of the way of life in this group are investigated based on the organization of time, class, consumption, tastes and culinary skills. Also, from the age and generation markers of the students, the relationship with the 'hunger' category and going through what is considered 'good food'.A mudança alimentar no Brasil atinge seu auge da transformação nos anos 90 com a chegada dos ultraprocessados aos mercados. Nos últimos anos, cresce o número de pessoas que buscam se alimentar de forma mais saudável não somente pela ingestão calórica necessária diária indicada pela FAO e outras organizações, mas também pela qualidade dos alimentos que chegam às mesas, aumentando assim o consumo de produtos orgânicos e semelhantes. Famílias privilegiadas como as do bairro de Icaraí/Niterói, região metropolitana do RJ possuem fácil acesso a essa alimentação de qualidade. O trabalho investiga as práticas alimentares de jovens estudantes que dividem aluguel em uma das principais ruas do bairro. Para isso, são averiguadas questões do modo de vida nesse grupo a partir da organização do tempo, classe, consumo, gostos e habilidades culinárias. Também dos marcadores etários e geracionais das estudantes, a relação com a categoria 'fome' e passando pelo que se considera uma 'boa comida'

Everything you say ... And do not say ...: Essay on the History of Psychology of Testimony on Brazilian Criminology

This article presents some reflections on the theoretical corpus of the psychology of testimony, from an historical point of view, trying to discuss its production / reverberation in Brazil and relationship with crime investigative procedures conducted in the country. It takes as point of analysis the year 1950, as the material Chapters 8, 9 and 10 of the Handbook of Forensic Psychology by Emílio Mira y Lopez and reverberations on the media at the time about the investigation of a murder case conducted by the 25th Police District in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) in same year. The paper discusses the centripetal method of interrogation and the psychoanalytic means of proof Rosanoff Abraham-Jung, analyzing how such dispositive integrated theoretical and practical debate about the criminal investigation of the murder case and inserted in the debate the psychological knowledge as the one able to reveal the truth of the testimony. Argues, finally, the presence of the psychological knowledge in the construction of a discourse of truth of the testimony in the history of the Brazilian criminal justice system

Projeto de mestrado em FinanceNo âmbito do projeto final do mestrado em Finanças da Universidade do Minho, foi realizada uma avaliação da Redes Energéticas Nacionais seguindo as recomendações do Instituto CFA. A seleção desta empresa deve-se ao facto de ser uma empresa nacional que opera num mercado monopolista, altamente regulado e por pertencer ao setor da energia, pois possui uma volatilidade interessante de ser analisada dadas as agravantes vividas atualmente tais como as alterações climáticas e urgente transição energética, como também pela instabilidade politica e económico-financeira mundial. A Redes Energéticas Nacionais tem uma recomendação de investimento hold, projetando um preço-alvo de 2.79€, com um potencial de subida de 12% face ao preço da ação a 30 de Agosto de 2023, utilizando o Modelo de Fluxo de Caixa Descontado. Este é complementado com uma Avaliação Relativa e com uma Análise de Sensibilidade para enriquecer a análise feita.As part of the University of Minho master’s in Finance final project, a valuation was performed for Redes Energéticas Nacionais, following the CFA Institute guidelines. This company was selected mainly because it is a national company that operates in a monopoly market, highly regulated and due to the fact that runs the energy sector which has an interesting volatility to analyze because of the aggravating factors faced nowadays such as climate conditions and urgent energy transition, but also due to the global political and economic-financial instability. Redes Energéticas Nacionais has an investment recommendation to hold, projecting a price target of 2.79€ per share, with a stock price upside potential of 12% from the closing price on August 30th, 2023, using a Discounted Cash Flow Valuation. It is complemented with a relative valuation and with a sensitivity analysis to enrich the analysis

How to evaluate the "Bolsa Universidade" Program in Manaus

The research evaluates the satisfaction level of the services provided by the Manaus Municipal Public Service School and Socio-Educational Inclusion (ESPI) to the scholarship holders of the Bolsa Universidade Program. To this end, an online questionnaire adapted from the SERVPERF model was applied, using five quality dimensions: tangible, reliability, effectiveness, assurance and empathy. It has 20 items distributed among the dimensions, where the respondent indicated their level of satisfaction through a 10-point Likert scale. It was available for eight days and had 442 respondents. After data collection, the Cronbach\u27s alpha reliability test was performed. Then, the data were analyzed using the average and standard deviation of dimensions and items. It was observed that the best dimention was reliability, and the item with the best performance was the “reliable documentation management”. On the other hand, the dimension that needs improvement is effectiveness, and the item that needs urgent improvement is “waiting in line for documentation delivery”. After analyzing the data, the main conclusion was that the level of satisfaction was considered Good. In the end, suggestions for improvement were made for the critical items. For future studies, it is suggested to evaluate the level of satisfaction after applying the improvement actions

A GÊNESE DA PAUPERIZAÇÃO DA CLASSE TRABALHADORA NA SOCIEDADE CAPITALISTA

Resumo Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a gênese da pauperização da classe trabalhadora no capitalismo, expondo as bases materiais do se que convencionou a chamar de “questão social”. Para o alcance desse objetivo faremos uma análise em Karl Marx dos capítulos “A Assim Chamada Acumulação Primitiva”, como também da “Lei Geral da Acumulação Capitalista”, ambos da obra O Capital. Procuraremos identificar os fundamentos da pauperização da classe trabalhadora, por intermédio da formação do exército industrial de reserva, para possibilitarmos o entendimento sobre a “questão social” em seus fundamentos ontológicos, buscando explicitar a origem de suas expressões na sociedade capitalista

Posteriormente, abordaremos a realidade brasileira do século XX e o desenvolvimento econômico, politico e social do país atrelado à instituição das políticas sociais

A AMPLIAÇÃO DO TRABALHO INTELECTUAL E O SETOR DE SERVIÇOS NA CONJUNTURA DA REESTRUTURAÇÃO PRODUTIVA

Tendo em vista que nas últimas décadas o sistema do capital vivencia uma crise sem precedentes que, por sua vez, como consequência direta, provoca alterações no que diz respeito às relações de produção, recoloca-se, sem lugar a dúvida, a necessidade de se continuar refletindo sobre as questões que permeiam a categoria trabalho. Neste artigo, em particular, demonstra-se que ao se expandir por diversos setores, conjugando-se com as exigências da fábrica toyotista, o trabalho intelectual assume contornos específicos. Esses, dentre outros, são os aspectos que compõe o presente estudo
