Implikasi Aliran Positivisme terhadap Pemikiran Hukum

Law positivism strictly separates the existing law and the law wich should have properly been existing, isolates law from its non-legal elements, and puts it in front ot he written law or regulations as a command from legal authority. Hence, separating strictly the law from its non-legal aspects will make the law lose its nature, i.e. moral values, justice and fidelity. As a result, the effect of this is that positivism and legalism cannot be maintained in social interaction of human beings

Pengembangan Alat Permainan Edukatif ( Ape ) Jenis Balok Untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Di Taman Kanak-kanak

Point of view from this research is : what is the effort to develop education game tool can increase economic velue of waste wood and quality of teaching in Kindergarten in some aspects like students creativity, developing of cognitif, idea power, creativity power, psicomotoric, emotion, social and language of students ? The aim of this research are divided into two kinds ; a.Long range aim and b. Short range aim. Long range aim from this research are to build corporation among university ( Teacher Training and Education Faculty Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto whit Education Institution of Early Age ( 1st, 2nd and 3rd Government Kindergarten of Dukuhwaluh Village, Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency. Advantage from this research are ; 1. Advantage from society economic view with encreasing of their income and opened of new job vacancy for wood craft with miking educative game tool made by waste wood; 2. Advantage from technology and science can add or enrich educatif game tool for education institution of early age; 3. Advantage for Teacher Training and Education Faculty Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto can get data from result of this research about influence of Kindergarten; 4. Advantage for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Government Kindergarten of Dukuhwaluh Village is gotten Educative Game Tool as cooperation with Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto.Variable from this research are; increasing economic value of waste wood, wood craft creativity in making Educative Game Tool, creativity of Kindergarten Teacher in applicating of educative game tool. Method of collecting data from this research are observation, interview and documentation. Method of data analysis use statistic analysis of frecuensy distribution and fenomenologic. Conclution from this research are ; 1. Developing of educative game tool can increase economic value of waste wood; 2. Creativity of wood craft can be increased by making educative game tool; 3. Kindergarten Teacher can increase their creativity by applicating educative game tool in teaching activities either increasing of their process quality or students result; 4. Using educative game tool can add motivation and develop happines condition in teaching activities so can increase students creativity, cognitif, idea power, creativity power, psicomotoric, emotion, social and their language. Jika dianalisis berbagai ketentuan Allah melalui firman Nya dalam al-Qur'an, maka dapat diketahui, bahwa Islam tidak hanya mengatur hubungan manusia dengan Tuhannya, akan tetapi juga mengatur berbagai masalah lain yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan manusia. Bahkan firman Allah yang berkaitan dengan muamalah atau yang berhubungan dengan kemasyarakatan, jauh lebih banyak daripada yang berhubungan dengan keillahian atau yang berhubungan dengan ketuhanan. The Resistance Movement of Aboriginal People to Fight Against the Plans for a Nuclear Waste Dump in South Australia

Aborigine is the indigenous people of Australia who have attempted to oppose the proposal for South Australia to host an International nuclear dump. Even though the rights of indigenous people have been recognized by the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, the treatment they receive are not in accordance with the standard of living. The object of this this paper is to examine the struggle of Aboriginal Australia as indigenous people who seek to ensure their basic rights to clean environment from nuclear waste by using normative juridical method. The results of the paper show that Aboriginal people have commenced their struggle by the formation of global movement in the form of local campaign (Kupa Piti Kungka Juta), Australian Nuclear Free Alliance (ANFA), in collaboration with Amnesty International and the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN). All efforts are made to pressure the Australian government not to consider South Australia as a nuclear waste disposal site. This is because nuclear waste can have an impact on public health and environmental damage, trigger nuclear war, and become a threat to the land of Aboriginal people

E-Marketing Jaya Abadi Computer (JAC)

Internet has been widely used by manufacturers and distributors to expand product markets for its advantageous in quick process, practicality and low cost. Jaya Abadi Computer (JAC) as a sales distributor and service agent of computer equipment still perform its direct marketing manually on the spot, so that the marketing only reaches a small scope. This article analyzes the market opportunity of JAC; determines the marketing strategy and builds e-marketing website for JAC based on customer experience using The Seven Stage Cycle of Internet Marketing. The results obtained are an e-marketing website to support the marketing activities of JAC. Eventually it can be concluded that by building an e-marketing, JAC can reach as well as expand market opportunities in virtual world, use the right marketing strategy, and meet customer needs through features on the website

Studi Komparasi Hasil Belajar Siswa Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Teams Games Tournament (Tgt) Dan Rotating Trio Exchange (Rte) Pada Pokok Bahasan Koloid Di Kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru

The purpose of research was to know whether there was significant differences for students achievement between the application of cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) on the colloid subject in class XI Science Senior High School 10 Pekanbaru. The kind of research was the experiment research with Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The pupolation in the research were all of students in class XI Science Senior High School 10 Pekanbaru. There were three classes as sample of research which were choiced randomly by using normality and homogenity test. Class XI Science 1 as the experiment 1 (TGT), Class XI Science 3 as the experiment 2 (RTE) and XI Science 2 as the Control (STAD). The data analysis technique used to test hypothesis was the ANOVA one way and Scheffe multiple comparison.The result of data analysis used Scheffe multiple comparison show that the average difference of experiment 1 and experiment 2 lower than Scheffe value (1,67<4,52), it's mean there was no significant differences of the student's achievement between the application of cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) on the colloid subject in class XI Science Senior High School 10 Pekanbaru

Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran The Firing Line untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Pokok Bahasan Struktur Atom dan Sistem Periodik Unsur di Kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Tambang.

This research aims to increase student achievementon the subject Atomic Structure and System of Periodic unsure inclass X SMA Negeri 2 Tambang. This research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted in SMA Negeri 2 Tambang. The samples of this research were the students of class X.5 as the experimental class and students of class X.6 as the control class.Experimental class is a class that is applied learning strategy The Firing Line, while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on analysis of data obtained tarithmetic> ttable is 1,70 > 1,67, ). It means that the application of learning strategy The Firing Line can improve student's achievement on the topic of atomic structure and system of periodic unsure inclass X SMA Negeri 2 Tambang. The improvement of student's achievement in experiment class was supported by N-Gain score 0,75 that included in high category
