    論龔自珍《己亥雜詩》批評現實的詩歌及其藝術手法

    龔自珍 (1792-1841) 字璱人,號定庵,漸江仁和 (今杭州) 人。是近代傑出的思想家,也是近代文學的開山祖。他在散文和詩詞都有很高的成就。詩歌中特別是他去世前以自敘形式寫成的詩組 《己亥雜詩》尤其富有特色,受到世人的稱譽。 這組詩由三百一十五首七言絕句組成,佔龔氏今存六百多首詩的一半,內容豐富,思想深刻,藝術手法多樣,在近代中國詩歌發展史上,具有重要的地位。在這組詩裹,除了廣泛反映龔氏的家世生平、仕途交遊等種種情況和經歷外,也通過抒發志懷感慨和揭露抨擊、諷刺嘲諷等方式,深刻地反映清王朝沒落衰朽的現實,發展了七絕議論時事、干預現實的功能,既是有益的探索,也是成功的創造,應當給予特別的注意

    Team effectiveness in Chinese public hospital

    Teams have become a basic model of organizational operation today, and team effectiveness largely determines the efficiency of the entire organization. In recent years, more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to team effectiveness, and top management support and resource allocation are closely related factors to team effectiveness. As a large and complex organization, Chinese hospitals play an important role in studying their team effectiveness. In this article, we use hierarchical regression analysis to verify the relationship between the three, and propose resource allocation as a mediator to reconcile the relationship between top management support and team effectiveness. Employees of a Chinese hospital (N=131) participated in this questionnaire. The result shows that top management support affects resource allocation and team effectiveness in Chinese hospital. And the top management support adjusts team effectiveness through the mediation of resource allocation. Finally, we propose the practical implications of these findings and future research directions.As equipas tornaram-se hoje um modelo básico de operação organizacional, e a eficácia da equipa determina em grande medida a eficiência de toda a organização. Nos últimos anos, cada vez mais académicos começaram a prestar atenção à eficácia da equipa, e o apoio de gestão de topo e a alocação de recursos são fatores intimamente relacionados com a eficácia da equipa. Como uma organização grande e complexa, os hospitais chineses desempenham um papel importante no estudo da eficácia da sua equipa. Neste artigo, utilizamos análises hierárquicas de regressão para verificar a relação entre os três, e propomos a alocação de recursos como mediador para conciliar a relação entre o apoio de gestão de topo e a eficácia da equipa. Funcionários de um hospital chinês (N=131) participaram neste questionário. O resultado mostra que o apoio de gestão de topo afeta a alocação de recursos e a eficácia da equipa no hospital chinês. E o suporte de gestão de topo ajusta a eficácia da equipa através da mediação da alocação de recursos. Por último, propomos as implicações práticas destas conclusões e futuras direções de investigação

    Structure and morphology of X-ray selected AGN hosts at 1<z<3 in CANDELS-COSMOS field

    We analyze morphologies of the host galaxies of 35 X-ray selected active galactic nucleus (AGNs) at z2z\sim2 in the Cosmic Evolution Survey (COSMOS) field using Hubble Space Telescope/WFC3 imaging taken from the Cosmic Assembly Near-infrared Deep Extragalactic Legacy Survey (CANDELS). We build a control sample of 350 galaxies in total, by selecting ten non-active galaxies drawn from the same field with the similar stellar mass and redshift for each AGN host. By performing two dimensional fitting with GALFIT on the surface brightness profile, we find that the distribution of Seˋ\`ersic index (n) of AGN hosts does not show a statistical difference from that of the control sample. We measure the nonparametric morphological parameters (the asymmetry index A, the Gini coefficient G, the concentration index C and the M20 index) based on point source subtracted images. All the distributions of these morphological parameters of AGN hosts are consistent with those of the control sample. We finally investigate the fraction of distorted morphologies in both samples by visual classification. Only \sim15% of the AGN hosts have highly distorted morphologies, possibly due to a major merger or interaction. We find there is no significant difference in the distortion fractions between the AGN host sample and control sample. We conclude that the morphologies of X-ray selected AGN hosts are similar to those of nonactive galaxies and most AGN activity is not triggered by major merger.Comment: 5 pages, 3 figures, accepted for publication in The Astrophysical Journal Letter

    Nanoparticle-coated polymeric microbubbles for revascularization

    Nano-sized materials have been widely used in many products, such as painting materials, cosmetics, and drug cargos. Especially in biological applications, nanoparticles work as drug delivery carriers in recent decades due to their features on size and transport properties compared to drug molecules alone. Modification of nanoparticle surface, structure, and its fabrication methods has been done by researchers to improve the loading efficiency and targeting performance. However, the retention of nanoparticles on the targeted tissue is still a big challenge. After injection, drug loaded nanoparticles are rapidly washed away in the area of drug delivery due to high local velocity, which limits the drug release on the desired site. In this study, we hypothesized that the nanoparticles are able to coat over the microbubble surface spontaneously through van der Waals attraction without any chemical or electrical modification on the particle surface, where the microbubble were self-assembled by the amphiphilic polymer. Microbubbles are commonly used as ultrasound contrast agents, and the limited life time of microbubbles is the major challenge for microbubble applications. The coating of the nanoparticles enhanced the microbubbles’ stability, and at the same time, the microbubbles helped to reduce the movement of the nanoparticles. Moreover, the immobilization of nanoparticles improved the performance of nanoparticle retention and the effect of drug deliver. The results provide a new strategy of the co-existence of micro- and nano-scaled particles without the additional surface tailoring and a new research direction of the improved drug retention on targeted tissue

    SummaryObjectivesHerpes simplex virus type 1/2 (HSV-1/-2), cytomegalovirus (CMV), and Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) correlate strongly with infections of the central nervous system. The objective of this study was to develop a method for the simultaneous detection of HSV-1/-2, CMV, and EBV DNA by the fluorescence polarization assay based on asymmetric polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and hybridization.MethodsDNA of HSV-1/-2, CMV, and EBV was amplified in an asymmetric PCR by a universal primer system. The amplicons were then detected by the fluorescence polarization assay. In this method, the probes for HSV-1/-2, CMV, and EBV hybridized with their respective target amplicons, and the hybridization resulted in an increase in the fluorescence polarization values. Infections of HSV-1/-2, CMV, and EBV were determined by the increased fluorescence polarization values. The DNA extracted from whole blood and cerebrospinal fluid samples was subjected to fluorescence polarization and a previously published multiplex PCR assay in parallel.ResultsCompared to the multiplex PCR assay, no significant difference in the numbers of samples positive for the human herpesviruses was identified by the fluorescence polarization assay.ConclusionsThe fluorescence polarization assay presented in this study is a reliable, convenient, and cost-effective diagnostic tool that allows the detection of the four major human herpesviruses
