Stimulation Generation Method of STEP-NC Process Routing Based on FBM Constrained Relationship
Abstract. The excitation selection sort method of manufacturing feature was proposed based on the characteristics oriented to manufacturing feature of STEP-NC to realize the process route planning of STEP-NC. First, match the recognizing manufacturing feature, the manufacturing feature with multi machining operation was disintegrated in order that every manufacturing feature has only a processing operation. Then, the rationality constraint problems of machining operation was translated into the processing order problem of manufacturing feature, and the optimal constraint problem of machining operation was translated into the corresponding manufacture feature set. The process route was generated by the operations of excitation, selection, deletion and transfer for the feature of different manufacture feature set. The last, the feasibility and effectiveness of the process route excitation generation method was verified by an example, and show that this method was better solved the problems of process rules and the representation of knowledge
Impact of citalopram combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction on symptoms, cognitive functions and self-confidence in patients with depression
Purpose: To investigate the impact of the combination of citalopram and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) on the symptoms, cognitive functions and self-confidence of patients with depression.Methods: A total of 98 patients with depression were selected as study subjects and divided into combination therapy group (CT, n = 51) and conventional group (C, n = 47. The conventional group was treated with citalopram, while the combined group was treated with a combination of citalopram and MBSR. Depressive symptoms and self-confidence were evaluated using the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) and General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES). Cognitive functions were assessed by Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) and Trail Making Test (TMT). Changes in depressive symptoms, cognitive functions, self-confidence and clinical efficacies between the two groups were compared.Results: At weeks 1, 4 and 8 after treatment, CT group had lower HAMD-17 scores but higher GSES scores when compared with the conventional group (p < 0.05). In addition, CT group was superior to the conventional group in efficacy and overall response rate (100.00 vs. 85.11 %, p < 0.05). Also, CT group showed a shorter time of perseverative and non-perseverative errors on WCST and a shorter time for TMT-A and TMT-B, compared with the conventional group (p < 0.05).Conclusion: The combination therapy of citalopram and MBSR is effective in ameliorating depressive symptoms, and enhancing cognitive functions and self-confidence in patients with depression. These findings will increase the understanding of this combination therapy, and provide a clinical reference for the treatment of depression
Secondary metabolites from the deep-sea derived fungus Aspergillus terreus MCCC M28183
Aspergillus fungi are renowned for producing a diverse range of natural products with promising biological activities. These include lovastatin, itaconic acid, terrin, and geodin, known for their cholesterol-regulating, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, and antibiotic properties. In our current study, we isolated three dimeric nitrophenyl trans-epoxyamides (1–3), along with fifteen known compounds (4–18), from the culture of Aspergillus terreus MCCC M28183, a deep-sea-derived fungus. The structures of compounds 1–3 were elucidated using a combination of NMR, MS, NMR calculation, and ECD calculation. Compound 1 exhibited moderate inhibitory activity against human gastric cancer cells MKN28, while compound 7 showed similar activity against MGC803 cells, with both showing IC50 values below 10 μM. Furthermore, compound 16 exhibited moderate potency against Vibrio parahaemolyticus ATCC 17802, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) value of 7.8 μg/mL. This promising research suggests potential avenues for developing new pharmaceuticals, particularly in targeting specific cancer cell lines and combating bacterial infections, leveraging the unique properties of these Aspergillus-derived compounds
Genome-wide identification and comprehensive analysis of tubby-like protein gene family in multiple crops
IntroductionThe highly conserved tubby-like proteins (TLPs) play key roles in animal neuronal development and plant growth. The abiotic stress tolerance function of TLPs has been widely explored in plants, however, little is known about comparative studies of TLPs within crops.MethodsBioinformatic identification, phylogenetic analysis, Cis-element analysis, expression analysis, Cis-element analysis, expression analysis and so on were explored to analysis the TLP gene family of multiple crops.ResultsIn this study, a comprehensive analysis of TLP genes were carried out in seven crops to explore whether similar function of TLPs in rice could be achieved in other crops. We identified 20, 9, 14, 11, 12, 35, 14 and 13 TLP genes in Glycine max, Hordeum vulgare, Sorghum bicolor, Arabidopsis thaliana, Oryza sativa Japonica, Triticum aestivum, Setaria italic and Zea mays, respectively. All of them were divided into two groups and ten orthogroups (Ors) based on amino acids. A majority of TLP genes had two domains, tubby-like domain and F-box domain, while members of Or5 only had tubby-like domain. In addition, Or5 had more exons and shorter DNA sequences, showing that characteristics of different Ors reflected the differentiated function and feature of TLP genes in evolutionary process, and Or5 was the most different from the other Ors. Besides, we recognized 25 cis-elements in the promoter of TLP genes and explored multiple new regulation pathway of TLPs including light and hormone response. The bioinformatic and transcriptomic analysis implied the stresses induced expression and possible functional redundancy of TLP genes. We detected the expression level of 6 OsTLP genes at 1 to 6 days after seed germination in rice, and the most obvious changes in these days were appeared in OsTLP10 and OsTLP12.DiscussionCombined yeast two-hybrid system and pull down assay, we suggested that the TLP genes of Or1 may have similar function during seed germination in different species. In general, the results of comprehensive analysis of TLP gene family in multiple species provide valuable evolutionary and functional information of TLP gene family which are useful for further application and study of TLP genes
Octadecyltrimethoxysilane functionalized ZnO nanorods as a novel coating for solid-phase microextraction with strong hydrophobic surface
National Natural Scientific Foundation of China [21105123, 21105084]; Science and Technology Projects of Fujian Province [2011Y0007]; Shandong Young Scientist Awards [BS2012CL037]In this paper, we have, for the first time, proposed an approach by combining self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) and nanomaterials (NMs) for the preparation of novel solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coatings. The self-assembly of octadecyltrimethoxysilane (OTMS) on the surface of ZnO nanorods (ZNRs) was selected as a model system to demonstrate the feasibility of this approach. The functionalization of OTMS on the surface of ZNRs was characterized and confirmed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The OTMS-ZNRs coated fiber exhibited stronger hydrophobicity after functionalization, and its extraction efficiency for non-polar benzene homologues was increased by a factor of 1.5-3.6 when compared to a ZNRs fiber with almost identical thickness and facade. In contrast, the extraction efficiency of the OTMS-ZNRs coated fiber for polar aldehydes was 1.6-4.0-fold lower than that of the ZNRs coated fiber, further indicating its enhanced surface hydrophobicity. The OTMS-ZNRs coated fiber revealed a much higher capacity upon increasing the OTMS layer thickness to 5 mm, leading to a factor of 12.0-13.4 and 1.8-2.5 increase in extraction efficiency for the benzene homologues relative to a ZNRs coated fiber and a commercial PDMS fiber, respectively. The developed HS-SPME-GC method using the OTMS-ZNRs coated fiber was successfully applied to the determination of the benzene homologues in limnetic water samples with recovery ranging from 83 to 113% and relative standard deviations (RSDs) of less than 8%
A cohort study of factors influencing the physical fitness of preschool children: a decision tree analysis
ObjectiveBased on the decision tree model, to explore the key influencing factors of children’s physical fitness, rank the key influencing factors, and explain the complex interaction between the influencing factors.MethodsA cohort study design was adopted. 1,276 children (ages 3–6) from 23 kindergartens in Nanchang, China, were chosen for the study to measure the children’s physical fitness at baseline and a year later and to compare the physical fitness scores at the two stages. The study was conducted following the Chinese National Physical Fitness Testing Standard (Children Part); To identify the primary influencing factors of changes in physical fitness, a decision tree model was developed, and a questionnaire survey on birth information, feeding patterns, SB, PA, dietary nutrition, sleep, parental factors, and other relevant information was conducted.ResultsThe levels of physical fitness indicators among preschool children showed a significant increase after 1 year. The accuracy of the CHAID model is 84.17%. It showed that 7 variables were strongly correlated with the physical changes of children’s fitness, the order of importance of each variable was weekend PA, weekend MVPA, mother’s BMI, mother’s sports frequency, father’s education, mother’s education, and school day PA. Three factors are related to PA. Four factors are related to parental circumstances. In addition to the seven important variables mentioned, variables such as breakfast frequency on school day, puffed food, frequency of outing, school day MVPA, parental feeling of sports, father’s occupation, and weekend breakfast frequency are all statistically significant leaf node variables.ConclusionPA, especially weekend PA, is the most critical factor in children’s physical fitness improvement and the weekend MVPA should be increased to more than 30 min/d based on the improvement of weekend PA. In addition, parental factors and school day PA are also important in making decisions about changes in fitness for children. The mother’s efforts to maintain a healthy BMI and engage in regular physical activity are crucial for enhancing the physical fitness of children. Additionally, other parental factors, such as the parents’ educational levels and the father’s occupation, can indirectly impact the level of physical fitness in children
Development of New Coatings for Solid Phase Microextraction
As a kind of sampling preparation method, solid phase microextraction (SPME) has many advantages such as simplicity, versatility, sensitivity and solvent free. It has gained widespread acceptance in separation and analysis. As the key factor of the SPME technique, coatings on SPME fiber determine the performance and application of SPME technique. Consequently, developing new coatings is the most important work for SPME. With the development of preparation methods of SPME coatings, many new coatings have appeared in recent years, and these new coatings expand the application fields of SPME technique. This review summaries the development of new SPME coatings in the past three years, and mainly focuses on the preparation methods and properties of new SPME coatings
An electrochemical impedance spectroscopic study of the electronic and ionic transport properties of LiCoO2 cathode
The storage behavior and process of the first delithiation-lithiation of LiCoO2 cathode were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The electronic and ionic transport properties of LiCoO2 cathode along with variation of electrode potential were obtained in 1 mol.L-1 LiPF6-EC: DMC: DEC electrolyte solution. It was found that after 9 h storage of the LiCoO2 cathode in electrolyte solutions, a new arc appears in the medium frequency range in Nyquist plots of EIS, which increases with increasing the storage time. In the charge/discharge processes, the diameter of the new arc is reversibly changed with electrode potential. Such variation coincides well with the electrode potential dependence of electronic conductivity of the LiCoO2.. Thus this new EIS feature is attributed to the change of electronic conductivity of LixCoO2 during storage of the LiCoO2 cathode in electrolyte solutions, as well as in processes of intercalation-deintercalationtion of lithium ions. It has been revealed that the reversible increase and decrease of the resistance of SEI film in charge-discharge processes can be also ascribed to the variation of electronic conductance of active materials of the LiCoO2 cathode
