Import 23/07/2015Předložená disertační práce s názvem Optimalizace kolové dopravy v lomovém provozu při výrobě drceného kameniva si klade za cíl navázat na existující metodiky a zefektivnit kolovou dopravu v lomovém provozu ve dvou významných průmyslových podnicích a její výsledky a závěry zobecnit pro všechny kamenolomy zabývající se výrobou drceného kameniva s dodržením všeobecně platných pravidel pro lomovou dopravu. Návrh dílčích metodik uplatnění různých postupů, technik a modelů pro optimalizaci kolové dopravy v lomovém provozu řešených v disertační práci využívají metody, které budou uplatnitelné při různých postupech optimalizace kolové dopravy v lomovém provozu. V disertační práci se budu konkrétně zabývat převozem a nakládáním rubaniny pomocí nákladních vozidel a dumperů od rozvalu k technologické lince a zpět k místu nakládání. Tyto metody jsou následně aplikovány u podniků Považská cementáreň, a. s. v kamenolomu Ladce - Butkov a v podniku DOBET, spol. s r.o. v kamenolomu Krhanice a bude možné, je využít jako bázi znalostí pro využití v obdobných typech provozů, včetně posouzení jednotlivých návrhů.This thesis Optimizing Wheeled Transport in the Quarry Operation in the Production of Crushed Stone aims to build on the existing methodology and streamline wheeled transport in quarry traffic in two major industrial enterprises and its results and conclusions generalize to all quarries engaged in the production of crushed stone s compliance with the generally accepted rules for quarry transport. The proposed individual methodologies applying various methods, techniques and optimization models for wheeled transport in the fracture operation of the solution in the thesis uses methods that are exercisable at various optimization procedures wheeled transport in the quarry traffic operation. In the dissertation I will specifically address the conveyance through the muck and dumper trucks from the bench to the technological line and back to the loading points. These methods are then applied in enterprise Považská cementáreň a. s. in a quarry Ladce - Butkov and enterprise DOBET spol. s r. o. in a quarry Krhanice and will be used as a knowledge base for use in similar types of operations, including assessment of individual proposals.Prezenční542 - Institut hornického inženýrství a bezpečnostivyhově

DETERMINATION OF IMPORTANCE OF ORE RAW MATERIALS EVALUATION CRITERIA

Industrial enterprises are now obliged to solve complicated and comprehensive problems. As a rule, they have a multi-criteria character, whereas separate criteria have fundamentally different properties. Logistics mathematics-based tools enabling the evaluation of these complicated problems are being more and more applied at present. A common problem can be the evaluation of a series of supplier's offers for commodities, which are typical by a wide spectrum of properties. It could be, for example, input production raw materials. A possibility of the use of mathematic tools in evaluating the quality of the ore raw materials was analysed within the performed investigation. Increasing the Efficiency of Logistics Processes in the Stock Management

Import 26/06/2013Silná konkurence a důsledky ekonomické krize nutí firmy neustále snižovat náklady. Zásoby a skladové hospodářství patří mezi první možnosti jak nalézt potenciální zdroje úspor. Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou skladového hospodářství firmy Spark spol. s.r.o. V rámci práce byly aplikovány metody klasifikace zásob a metody tvorby pojistných hladin zásob. Současná struktura zásob byla posouzena jak z hlediska jejich objemu, tak variability spotřeby. Na základě zjištěných výsledků bylo navrženo také nové uspořádání skladové plochy. Významným faktorem při snižování nákladů je rovněž doprava materiálu a zboží. V rámci práce byli porovnáni a vyhodnoceni tři aktuálně využívaní dopravci. Pro jejich srovnání byly aplikovány matematické metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Výsledky provedených analýz a definované závěry je možné použít při tvorbě budoucí obchodní a logistické koncepce firmy.Strong competition and the consequences of economic crisis are forcing companies to continuously reduce their costs. Inventory and stock control are among the first options where to find the potential sources of savings. This diploma thesis analyzes stock control in Spark spol. s r.o. company. The methods of stock classification and the methods of creation of safety stock level were applied in the work. Current structure of inventories was evaluated both in terms of their volume and their variability of consumption. A new arrangement of the storage areas was suggested on the basis of the findings. The transport of material and goods is another important factor of cost reduction. This thesis compared and evaluated three currently used carriers. Their comparison took advantage of the mathematical methods of multi-criteria decision-making. Utjecaj štetnih elemenata pri proizvodnji sirovog željeza u odnosu na ulaznu i izlaznu materijalnu bilancu

The main objectives of blast-furnace operators include maximum production of pig iron of required chemical composition at minimal cost. This can be ensured only in case of quality raw material basis and trouble-free operation of blast-furnace. Both parameters are infl uenced by the concentration of undesirable elements. The negative elements contained in the blast-furnace raw materials cause many technological problems in the sintering as well as in the blast-furnace process. These are mainly heavy metals and alkaline carbonates. The article deals with the analysis of material balance of zinc and selected alkaline carbonates contents in the input raw materials and output products of the blast-furnace.Glavni cilj visokopećara uključuje maksimalnu proizvodnju sirovog željeza zahtijevanog kemijskog sastava uz minimalne troškove. To se može postići jedino na bazi kvalitetnih sirovina i besprijekornom radu visoke peći. Na obadva parametra utječe koncentracija nepoželjnih elemenata. Negativni elementi sadržani u visokopećnim sirovinama uzrokuju mnoge tehnološke probleme pri sinteriranju kao i u visokopećnom procesu. To su prvenstveno teški metali i alkalni karbonati. U radu je analizirana materijalna bilanca cinka i pojedinih alkalnih karbonata sadržanih u ulaznim sirovinama te izlaznim proizvodima visoke peći.Web of Science51332832
