    An analysis and evaluation on the nutritional status of senile patients with CAPD after the intervention of effective nursing

    目的  对老年CAPD患者进行有效护理干预后对其营养状况进行分析及评估。方法  选择2012年7月—2013年7月老年CAPD患者36例(年龄60~77岁,平均68.5岁)。进行相关的护理干预后分别于干预前,干预3个月,干预6个月进行微型营养评估。结果  36例老年CAPD患者在有效护理干预后其营养状况得到明显的改善及提高( =8.40, P= 0.003)。结论  系统、完善的护理干预方案可以很好的提高及改善老年CAPD患者的营养状况。Purpose: To analyze and evaluate the nutritional status of senile patients with CAPD after the intervention of effective nursing. Methods: 36 senile patients with CAPD were enrolled between July 2012 to July 2013 (age from 60~77 yrs, mean age 68.5 yrs). The mini nutritional status was evaluated before intervention, 3 months and 6 months after intervention. Result: the nutritional status of 36 senile patients with CAPD was significantly improved after intervention ( =8.40, P=0.003). Conclusion: Systemic and overall nursing intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of senile patients with CAPD

    Neutron Density Distributions of Neutron-Rich Nuclei Studied with the Isobaric Yield Ratio Difference

    The isobaric yield ratio difference (IBD) between two reactions of similar experimental setups is found to be sensitive to nuclear density differences between projectiles. In this article, the IBD probe is used to study the density variation in neutron-rich 48^{48}Ca. By adjusting diffuseness in the neutron density distribution, three different neutron density distributions of 48^{48}Ca are obtained. The yields of fragments in the 80AA MeV 40,48^{40, 48}Ca + 12^{12}C reactions are calculated by using a modified statistical abrasion-ablation model. It is found that the IBD results obtained from the prefragments are sensitive to the density distribution of the projectile, while the IBD results from the final fragments are less sensitive to the density distribution of the projectile.Comment: 3 figure

    Searching for high-KK isomers in the proton-rich A80A\sim80 mass region

    Configuration-constrained potential-energy-surface calculations have been performed to investigate the KK isomerism in the proton-rich A80A\sim80 mass region. An abundance of high-KK states are predicted. These high-KK states arise from two and four-quasi-particle excitations, with Kπ=8+K^{\pi}=8^{+} and Kπ=16+K^{\pi}=16^{+}, respectively. Their excitation energies are comparatively low, making them good candidates for long-lived isomers. Since most nuclei under studies are prolate spheroids in their ground states, the oblate shapes of the predicted high-KK states may indicate a combination of KK isomerism and shape isomerism

    Objective: To evaluate the clinical application effects of new type secure toenail clipper for diabetes patients. Methods: Combining advantages and abandoning shortcomings of common nail clippers and scissors, designed a new type toenail clipper for diabetes patients with abnormal and (or) hard toenails, and applied it in 450 diabetes patients. Results: Easy application with safety and effective pruning. After pruning, the pain and oppression feeling caused by abnormal and (or) hard toenails relieved, and no case had diabetic foot ulcer. Conclusions: The new type secure toenail clipper can effectively reduce the sense of pain and oppression, and decrease the incidence of diabetic foot ulcer.目的  评价安全型糖尿病足趾甲修剪钳的临床应用效果。方法  结合普通指甲钳及剪刀的优点,摒弃缺点,针对糖尿病足顽固趾甲设计一款新型的趾甲修剪钳,应用于450例糖尿病足顽固趾甲患者。结果  操作者施力方便,修剪安全、有效。修剪后患者疼痛感与压迫感减轻,无1例发生糖尿病足溃疡。结论  新型糖尿病足趾甲修剪钳能够有效减轻患者顽固趾甲所致的疼痛感与压迫感,降低糖尿病足溃疡发生率

    Clinical reports: the care of elderly patients with diabetic heel ulcer

    目的  评价老年糖尿病足跟溃疡的临床护理效果。方法  选择我院整合门诊收治的老年糖尿病足跟溃疡患者6例,采用创面处理、适宜的抗菌敷料、减压技术和全身支持治疗,观察治疗护理效果。结果  6例足跟溃疡全部愈合,创面愈合时间为63~448天,159±62.56天。结论  创面减压、活性炭纤维含银敷料的应用及全身治疗能够促进糖尿病患者足跟溃疡的愈合。Objective: To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing in the elderly with diabetic heel ulcer. Methods: 6 elderly patients with diabetic heel ulcer admitted to our hospital integration outpatient were recruited. All of these patients accepted wound treatment, appropriate antimicrobial dressing, decompression technology and systemic support treatment. Results: All 6 cases of heel ulcer has healed, wound healing time was 63~448d, (159 ± 62.56)d. Conclusion: The application of wound decompression, a silver-containing activated carbon fiber dressing and systemic treatment can promote the healing of diabetic heel ulcer
