propagule_pressure
Covariates year and site-specific (nsite x (n-1)year). Corresponds to the propagule pressure index
observations_matrix
matrixes of visits and repeated visits within the same occasion. Correspond to two 229*11 matrixes (nsite x nyear), first eleven rows correspond to visits and next eleven rows correspond to repeated visits within the same occasion
state_matrix
State matrix (nsite x nyear) of observations. 0 = non visited site or missing data; 1 = species not detected (i.e., either dry or wet site); 2 = species detected (i.e., necessarily a wet site)
site_specific_covariates
Covariates site-specific (nsite x n site-specific covariates). S = site size; V = vegetation cover; C = site connectivity; Stab = site stabilit
year_specific_covariates
Covariates year-specific ((n-1)year x n year-specific covariates). LRS = little rainy season, corresponds to the amount of water felt during the little rainy season (between march and april); RS = rainy season, corresponds to the amount of water felt during the rainy season (between march and the start of the corresponding visit)
Drepanotrema depressissimum microsatellite genotypes (Rmes)
Drepanotrema depressissimum microsatellite genotypes as Rmes format. Rmes estimates unbiased selfing rates from population genetic data, for more information or to download the Rmes sofware see :http://www.cefe.cnrs.fr/en/genetique-et-ecologie-evolutive/patrice-david

Drepanotrema depressissimum microsatellite genotypes (GenAlEx)
Drepanotrema depressissimum microsatellite genotypes as GenAlEx format. For more information on sampling locations see the corresponding habitat characteristics data file
Habitat characteristics (Drepanotrema depressissimum sites)
Habitat characteristics of the 32 sites where Drepanotrema depressissimum has been sampled for genetic analysis. "Lat" and "Long" are site latitude and longitude respectively (WGS84). "Year" is the sampling year. "Si", "V", "C", "St" and "G" are the five habitat characteristics used in the study (see the Materials and methods for more details). "SR", "SR_Pulmonates" and "SR_Caenogastropods" are long-term estimations of total species richness, Pulmonate species richness, and Caenogastropod species richness respectively
