Main compressed file
In this compressed folder ("Dryad") you will find three subfolders: (1) "Data" with phylogenetic trees, including the section-level MCC and the 100 posterior subtrees of clade 'Caesarea'. This subfolder also contains the tip latitudinal traits. (2) "Results" with three other subfolders, each one with raw result files from BAMM, QuaSSE, and DDD. Lastly, (3) "Simulations" contains the R script used for QuaSSE simulations
Comparison of COI and ITS divergences using maximum intra-specific and minimum inter-specific divergences for the set of ITS alignment groups identified using Sequencher.

Distances in italicized text indicate intraspecific distances greater than or equal to the interspecific distance. Distances in bold text indicate the least intra-:inter- specific distance ratio.
1
“—” indicates inter-specific distance is >20%.
2
incomplete sequence present; only first 408bp included.
3
incomplete sequence present; first 213 bp excluded.

*may be two cryptic species.</p
Positions of the four most successful PCR primers and introns encountered in mushroom cytochrome oxidase I (COI) genes relative to COI exon regions of Agrocybe aegerita (GenBank Accession AF010257).

Basic data
This zip files contains six directories, each one includes basic data used for analyses. The "alignments" directory includes concatenated, phased, and unphased gene alignments. The "trees" directory includes MCC tree files in nexus format, produced by BEAST and starBEAST. Trees include individual gene trees, concatenated, and species trees. The "bpp" folder includes the control, tree, and imap files needed to run BP&P. The "maxent_input" folder has the filtered input coordinates used to run maxent in R. The "asr_div_data" has the geographic states used in RASP and data for MuSSE in a RData file. Finally, the "popsize_data" includes a table with summarized information about extant and ancestral population sizes and latitudes
