Organizational Effectiveness: Conceptual Issues, Criteria for Measurement and Review of Political Aspects

This article discussed about the nature of organizational effectiveness. Started from conceptual issues and classic view about organizational effectiveness. Effectiveness is one of the strongest and most persistent themes in the literature on organizations. This article suggest how criterion measures of organizational effectiveness should be developed. Eight problems of such models are discussed which appear to reduce their utility for the study of organizational effectiveness. Four sets of multiple constituency models of organizational effectiveness, which employ relativistic, power, social justice, and evolutionary perspectives, are reviewed. Evaluation Of The Transformational Leadership Model

The topic of leadership has become an issue that is quite important to be studied, researched and debated in the literature on management studies and organizational behavior during the last few decades to date. One of them is that transformational leadership has been empirically proven to have a positive effect on the relationship between leaders and subordinates. Bass developed a model of transformational leadership in more detail to describe the transformation process in organizations and distinguish between transformational, charismatic and transactional leadership models. Bass defines transformational leadership in the context of the leader's influence on subordinates, leaders transform subordinates to be more concerned about the values inherent in the work they do. As a result of this influence, subordinates will have a high level of trust and respect for a leader so that they are motivated to do something more than expected. A more detailed explanation is needed regarding the flow of the leadership process between a leader and subordinates. IDENTIFIKASI KAPASITAS PRODUKSI DAN RANTAI DISTRIBUSI KOMODITAS BERAS DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

The purposes of this study is to identify the potential for increasing production capacity and economic capacity of rice farmers and rice traders in Banyumas Regency. Identification of the potential for the creation of added value in the production process of rice commodities from upstream to downstream. Identification includes the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of production factors, production processes, product variations created, identification of distribution and marketing channels. This study uses value chain analysis techniques to identify the creation of added value. A survey of rice farmers and rice traders was carried out. The analysis shows that the number of people working in the agricultural sector is shrinking. The majority of farmers have temporary workers. Whole raw materials or rice seeds come from local Banyumas district. The volume of rice production or harvest takes place in March and September. Adjusting to the planting period and weather changing conditions. Product marketing is still local in one district or one province. Dividend policy is one of the financial decisions that must be taken by companies outside the investment and financing decisions. Dividend policy is the decision related to the use of company profits distributed to shareholders or will be saved in the form of retained earnings. If we look at the stock price model with constant growth, the larger dividend payments are likely to increase the stock price will then increase the value of company. However, if the dividend payments increase, it will reduce the internal sources of funds to be used for investment.. It shows that the decision to split the earnings in the form of cash dividends or retained earnings is trade-off. There are many theories that explain the dividend policy and its implications for both the management and investors. This article will discuss the phenomenon of market response to dividend policy. Identification and Development of Innovative Village in Banyumas Regency

The concept of innovative village initiated by Central Java Provincial Government contains the essence of utilization of village resources in a new way based on science, technology, and local wisdom for community welfare, village progress and improved living standards by involving all elements of the village. The research aimed to explore the characteristics of villages in Banyumas Regency that potentially served as an innovative village. The research phase began with focus group discussions to assess the potential of villages using rapid assessment and quantitative analysis of the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The discussion resulted in a list of 22 villages that were screened out through rapid assessment into 7 villages. The results of the focused group discussion also resulted in eight dimensions used as an instrument to select innovative village, namely: 1) empowerment of village potentials innovatively, 2) support of institutional system and village infrastructure, 3) capacity and commitment of rural apparatus, 4) technological accessibility by the community, 5) community participation, 6) tourism potential, 7) agricultural / plantation / forestry potential, and 8) livestock / fishery potential. The results of paired comparisons using AHP selected Kalisari village at Cilongok sub-district as an innovative village. MODEL PENGEMBANGAN UNIT USAHA BUMDES BERBASIS PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH TERPADU (STUDI DI WILAYAH PURBALINGGA)

This research aims to analyze the business model for developing Integrated Waste Management Site (TPST) business units for Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES). Mapping was carried out regarding the existing conditions of waste management in Purbalingga. Next, a business model analysis was carried out based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) number 7 of 2021 concerning Procedures for Calculating Retribution Tariffs in Organizing Waste Management. Next, an analysis of the feasibility of investing in waste management is also carried out, identifying investment needs and operational costs required for a waste management scale at a certain level. Data collection was carried out through interviews with the Purbalingga Regency Environmental Service and also the user community. The results of the analysis show that waste levy rates must take into account the investment value and also the community's capabilities

Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Tingkat Pertumbuhan Perusahaan terhadap Struktur Modal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Untuk menguji model empiris, digunakan alat analisis Eviews-9.0. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi data panel, pengujian koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang diperoleh sampel sebanyak 19 perusahaan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Struktur Modal; Profitabilitas; Likuiditas; Tingkat Pertumbuhan Perusahaa

ANALISIS KOMPARASI KINERJA PERBANKAN SYARIAH DAN PERBANKAN KONVENSIONAL

The purpose of this research is to compare between sharia banking performance and non-sharia banking performance in Indonesia. The tool of analysis include five components of financial ratios: (1) Capital Adequacy Ratio, (2) Non Performing Loan, (3) Return on Asset and Return on Equity, (4) Efficiency Ratio and (5) Loan to Deposit Ratio. This research use statistic tools of independent sample t-test. The result of this study are: (1) the study found the difference of Capital Adequacy Ratio between Sharia Banking and Non-Sharia Banking, (2) there is no difference about non performing loan between sharia banking and non-Sharia banking (3) there is no difference about ROA and ROE between sharia banking and non-Sharia banking, (4) there is no difference about efficiency ratio between sharia banking and non-Sharia banking, (5) there is no difference about loan to deposit ratio between sharia banking and non-Sharia banking and (6) there is no difference about total score of sharia banking performance and non-sharia banking performance. Although there is no significant difference, the total score of non-sharia banking performance is higher than sharia banking

The Impact of Extrinsic and Intrinsic Rewards on Intention to Stay with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable Study at SPBU Candimas Group

This study aims to investigate the impact of extrinsic and intrinsic rewards on job satisfaction¹ and how it affects employee intention to stay². It also aims to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediator between extrinsic and intrinsic rewards and employee intention to stay³. A quantitative methodology was employed to analyse the relationship between these variables, using a questionnaire with a Likert scale ranging from one to five. The sample comprises 90 employees from Candimas petrol station. The findings indicate that both extrinsic and intrinsic rewards can affect job satisfaction, ultimately leading to a higher employees’ intention to stay. ANALISIS PELUANG DAN POTENSI INVESTASI WILAYAH PERBATASAN JAWA BARAT DAN JAWA TENGAH (KABUPATEN BREBES, KABUPATEN CIREBON DAN KABUPATEN KUNINGAN)

The purpose of this study is to identify the investment opportunity in Central Java and West Java. The border region has lesser notice by each region government. Based on the result show that each region has different unique potential that could be modernize the economics matters. The Regency of Brebes has potentially on the red onion and the Regency of Cirebon has potentially on fishery, mango gedong gincu, and guava also the Regency of Kuningan has potentially on farming, such as sweet potato and scallion, the sweet potato export already into the paste sweet potato. Further expectation the investment could be cooperated by the local goverments to reach better citizen prosperity. Several cooperation activities that local governments could do is supply the red onion by the local governments of Brebes for the industry of fried onion in Kuningan District. The opportunity for Cirebon District and Brebes is supply on egg duck as a raw material for salted egg in Brebes District. In the field of agriculture, cooperation may be held manufacturing reservoirs to irrigate agricultural land in the region of the third sector to work together to transport infrastructure connecting each area. In other areas, establishment of the rest area in which there are such typical food outlets all three areas, art and culture that characterizes the area, the objects and the region's tourism destinations if only able to attract tourists to come visit the area proficiency level and supply stores basic needs among the border region.
