Better Reviews is a user-based online website which provides reviews about the local businesses. This website has two types of users – Reviewers and Business Owners. The reviewers can view the reviews of the local businesses and give their own review. This data will be useful for the other users to choose services or products among the local businesses. The business owners can access their business panel which will allow them to edit the information about their service, access the reviews and interact with the customers in the reviews. Alongside the reviewers and business owners, we got Admin module. Admin has total control over the web application. Using the Contact Us form, one can contact admin easily. Apart from this, there is another panel called events which is helpful to know about the local events

Objective: The objective of the present study was to develop buccal mucoadhesive microspheres of Forskolin (FSK) for hypertension. Methods: The microspheres were prepared by orifice ionic gelation method using different ratios of Sodium alginate and Kondagogu gum. Fourier-transformed infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy study shows that drug and other excipients are compatible with each other. A 22 full factorial design was applied to optimize the formulation considering concentration of Sodium alginate and Kondagogu gum as independent variables; % swelling index and In vitro % muco adhesion as dependent variables. Results: The prepared formulations were characterized for % yield, drug entrapment efficiency, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and in vitro drug release. Microspheres prepared with the ratio of sodium alginate: kondagogu gum (1:1.5) showed swelling index 37±3 % and in vitro mucoadhesion 73±3%. SEM images confirmed that microspheres are a hollow spherical structure to a smooth surface morphology. The drug entrapment efficacy of all the formulations was in the range of 58.42±1.2–79.52±1.5 %. Conclusion: The values of coefficient correlation (r) were calculated and were found to be zero order release from prepared formulation (K2)

Are Web Applications Ready for Parallelism?

In recent years, web applications have become pervasive. Their backbone is JavaScript, the only programming language supported by all major web browsers. Most browsers run on desktop or mobile devices with parallel hardware. However, JavaScript is by design sequential, and current web applications make little use of hardware parallelism. Are web applications ready to exploit parallel hardware? \ \ To answer this question we take a two-step approach. First, we survey 174 web developers regarding the potential and challenges of using parallelism. Then, we study the performance and computation shape of a set of web applications that are representative for the emerging web. We identify performance bottlenecks and examine memory access patterns to determine possible data parallelism. \ \ Our findings indicate that emerging web applications do have latent data parallelism, and JavaScript developers\u27 programming style are not a significant impediment to exploiting this parallelism

The aim of the present work was in vitro and in vivo evaluation of mucoadhesive tablets of lafutidine to prolong the gastric residence time after oral administration. Formulations were prepared using 33 full factorial designs to explore the effects of Gum Kondagogu, Gum Olibanum and Guar Gum (as independent variables) on mucoadhesive strength, drug release and Ex vivo residence time (as dependent variables) was studied and published in the earlier research paper. In this investigation the formulated mucoadhesive tablets which was optimized through in vitro studies is selected and performed the in vivo studies on Human volunteers. The drug-polymer interaction was also studied by conducting FTIR and DSC tests. The in vitro release kinetics studies reveal that all formulations fits well with Zero order, followed by Korsmeyer-Peppas, Higuchi and the mechanism of drug release is erosion. After analysis of different evaluation parameters and drug release kinetics, formulation code F22 was selected as a promising formulation for delivery of lafutidine as a mucoadhesive Gastroretentive tablet with best mucoadhesive strength and 99.54% drug release at 12th hour. Radiological evidences suggest that, a formulated tablet was well adhered for >10 h in human stomach. The bioavailability studies of F22 containing lafutidine was carried out which exhibited increased pharmacokinetic parameters of Cmax (268±1.26), Tmax (1.30±1.23 h) and AUC0-t (1048±16.42) as compared to marketed formulations which indicates improved bioavailability of formulations.

Technology is limitless, the more the problems, the more opportunities, and solutions it provides. In the Post COVID-19 pandemic world, one of the potential areas where companies are willing to invest is Automation, generating a huge Return-on-Investment. One such appealing area is home automation. The daily use equipment such as light switches are touched ever so frequently by the people in the houses and offices amounting to extra danger. Interaction with these areas can actually be avoided entirely by using home automation. Catering to the future needs, our paper presents an idea of home automation system where appliances can be controlled using speech recognition technology. It requires an android app to provide voice command to the control circuit. The control circuit comprises of Arduino Uno which acts as a user interface controlling the switching of appliances. Commands are fed into Arduino with the help of a Bluetooth model which receives voice commands from the android app

All good things come in threes: the third image of the lensed quasar PKS1830-211

Strong gravitational lensing distorts our view of sources at cosmological distances but brings invaluable constraints on the mass content of foreground objects and on the geometry and properties of the Universe. We report the detection of a third continuum source toward the strongly lensed quasar PKS1830-211 in ALMA multi-frequency observations of high dynamic range and high angular resolution. This third source is point-like and located slightly to the north of the diagonal joining the two main lensed images, A and B, 0.3 arcsec away from image B. It has a flux density that is ~140 times weaker than images A and B and a similar spectral index, compatible with synchrotron emission. We conclude that this source is most likely the expected highly de-magnified third lensed image of the quasar. In addition, we detect, for the first time at millimeter wavelengths, weak and asymmetrical extensions departing from images A and B that correspond to the brightest regions of the Einstein ring seen at centimeter wavelengths. Their spectral index is steeper than that of compact images A, B, and C, which suggests that they arise from a different component of the quasar. Using the GravLens code, we explore the implications of our findings on the lensing model and propose a simple model that accurately reproduces our ALMA data and previous VLA observations. With a more precise and accurate measurement of the time delay between images A and B, the system PKS1830-211 could help to constrain the Hubble constant to a precision of a few percent.Comment: accepted for publication in A&A Lette
