    This paper analyzes the management situation, or its lack, in view of the problem of extrapolating hospitalizations to a long-term bed situation. For this understanding, we sought from the literature on hospital management the concepts for understanding its foundation and the typical problems faced in hospitals. It is concluded that the adequate training of the team in hospital management and in the adoption of the respective management recommendations constitute priority measures must be a priority so that the hospital administration can use predictive techniques in resource management of Intensive Care Unit during the pandemic that causes COVID- 19

    This article aims to analyze the social tourism of Sesc as an inducer of the growth and development of the Microregion of Caldas Novas and Rio Quente. It is understood that Sesc works for the democratization of access to tourism product, acting as agent of social inclusion. This effort to promote leisure opportunities for workers in the goods and services trade is not limited to an isolated tour sales service but presupposes the integration of all available equipment for the use of free time.     This work discusses a method for quantifying the managerial maturity in a company based on the internal evaluation of the administrative, personal and technical manager’s skills, as well as assessing the conceptual maturity existing in the company from the analysis of the perception of resources. about the topic. The method involves the weighted classification of items of interest to characterize each specific skill and the use of the Hasch Logistic Model to obtain the maturity level. The investigation demonstrates the importance of guiding training actions aiming to promote the necessary skills according to the motivational moment of the work environment

    This work discuss the contracting of ICT services at its operational level and addresses the concept of "Service Level Agreement" (SLA) - used in the precise identification of service quality, attributions, and responsibilities of the actors, of questions for the determination of responsibilities and possible sanctions. To this end, the Management Information Systems operational maintenance service is cut, correlating the items according to the respective portions of the Cobit, ITIL, and Sarbanes-Oxley frameworks with the processes proclaimed by the Project Management Institute in its document of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) recommendations.
