    PENERAPAN FUNGSI PENGAWASAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN TAMBANG LEVERANSIR “TA” DI KABUPATEN PANGKEP

    ngkep Regency, is experiencing a decrease in the productivity of some of its employees, this encourages researchers to find the right solution that is by the application of supervisory functions. The purpose of this research is. 1. Implementation of supervisory function in improving employee productivity 2. To find out the factors that cause the decrease in employee productivity in this company.  This research was conducted by: 1. Direct inspection, 2. Observation In Place, 3. Report on the spot, Regarding employees' daily activities such as: 1. Discipline, 2. Culture / Work behavior, 3. Motivation / Work ethic of employees. The results showed that with direct inspection, observation on site, and reports in place periodically and continuously, it can gradually be overcome by a decrease in employee productivity. This can be seen, employees who previously productivity is not good to be good. And employees who were not good before have become good too, even the good become very good, and who have been very good still survive very good productivity.  Based on the actions carried out, it can be concluded that the application of supervisory functions in improving employee productivity is in the form of: 1. Direct inspection, 2. Observation on site, 3. Report in place. Can improve: 1. Discipline, 2. Culture / work behavior, 3. Motivas / work ethic keryawan low productivity.   Keywords: Good Supervision Management, Increased Employee Productivity  ABSTRAK  Perusahaan tamban leveransir “TA” di Kabupaten Pangkep, sedang mengalami penurunan produktivitas sebagian karyawannya, hal ini mendorong peneliti mencarikan solusi yang tepat yaitu dengan penerapan fungsi pengawasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah. 1. Penerapan fungsi pengawasan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas Karyawan 2. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab menurunnya produktivitas karyawan pada perusahaan ini.  Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara : 1. Inspeksi langsung, 2. Observasi Ditempat, 3. Laporan di tempat, Mengenai aktifitas keseharian karyawan seperti : 1.  Kedisiplinan, 2. Budaya / Perilaku kerja, 3. Motivasi/Etos kerja karyawan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya inspeksi langsung, Observasi ditempat, dan laporan ditempat secara  berkala dan berkesinambungan, maka secara berangsur-angsur dapat diatasi penurunan produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat , karyawan  yang sebelumnya produktivitasnya tidak baik menjadi baik. Dan karyawan yang sebelumnya kurang baik sudah menjadi baik pula, bahkan yang sudah baik menjadi sangat baik, serta yang sudah sangat baik tetap bertahan sangat baik produktifitasnya.  Berdasarkan tindakan yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan fungsi pengawasan dalam meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan yaitu berupa : 1. Inspeksi langsung, 2. Observasi ditempat, 3. Laporan ditempat. Dapat memperbaiki: 1.  Kedisiplinan, 2. Budaya / perilaku kerja, 3.     Education supervisors based on the Decree of the Minister of State for The Utilization of State Apparatus No. 118/1996, are civil servants who are given full duties, responsibilities and authority by officials authorized to conduct supervision by carrying out assessments and coaching in terms of technical education and administration in pre-school, primary and secondary education units. This study aims to know and describe the influence of competence on the performance of education supervisors, knowing and describing the influence of functional tasks on the performance of education supervisors, knowing and describing the influence of competencies and functional tasks simultaneously on the performance of education supervisors in the Education Office of Wajo Regency. This research was conducted in May-June of 2019 at the District Education Office wajo with the object of this research is all education supervisors in the scope of the Wajo Kebupaten Education Office of 42 people. Respondents who were used by the population to give in this study were all education supervisors within the Wajo Kebupaten Education Office. The results of this study show that: 1) shows that competence has a significant positive effect on education supervisors; 2) demonstrate that functional tasks have a significant positive effect on education supervisors; and 3). Competencies and functional tasks together have a significant positive effect on the performance of education supervisors in the Education Office of Wajo Regency.Keywords: Competence, Functional Tasks, Performance, and Supervisory Education

    ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN BPJS NON PBI PADA RUMAH SAKIT PEMERINTAH DI KOTA MAKASSAR

    Poor management and health services bpjs health participation provided by the hospital to patients turned out to cause a lot of losses both hospitals and for patients. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect bpjs patient satisfaction with health services. The design of this study is cross sectional study. The population in this study was all BPJS Non PBI patients in the Inpatient Room of Labuang Baji Hospital. Sampling technique is accidental sampling. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire sheet. Analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence between reliability (p = 0.002), empathy (p = 0.000), responsiveness (p = 0.037), assurance (p = 0.000), with the satisfaction of inpatient BPJS Non PBI in Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City. While the tangible variable (p = 0.545) had no effect on the satisfaction of BPJS Non PBI patients at Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City. Based on the results of the logistic regression test, it shows that the empathy variable is the most dominant variable. Keywords : Patient Satisfaction, Empathy, Hospitalization

    Problems that occur in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development is a matter of leadership style, this can be seen from the conflict between the company and employees. This conflict occurs due to misunderstanding between superiors and employees. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style, discipline, and incentives on employee performance, as well as to know and analyze variables that have a dominant effect on employee performance in PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development. The research was conducted for 3 months from September to November 2018 with a population of 227 people and sampling techniques that are random samples from a population of 50 people who were sampled. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with double regression testing preceded by performing validity and reliability test of question items of each variable as well as assumption test. The results of this study showed that the coefficient of leadership style influence on employee performance which shows that it has a significant positive effect on employee performance, coefficient of disciplinary influence on employee performance that shows that discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, coefficient of effect of incentives on employee performance which indicates that the provision of incentives has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This can be interpreted that the leadership style, discipline, and incentives for employee performance at PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development will increase. And the highest value is the incentive variable so that the variable that has the most influence is the incentive variable. Keywords: leadership style, discipline, incentives, and performance

    This study aims to analyze organizational activeness, the impact, and the advantages and disadvantages of organizational activeness of the students of the Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program of the Muhammaadiyah Health Polytechnic Makassar. This study used qualitative methods with observation data techniques and in-depth interviews with 6 student informants and 1 lecturer. The results showed that the analysis of organizational activeness was to improve: motivation, learning achievement as well as the existence and self-actualization, but the existence and self-actualization were not in accordance with the expectations of students. And organizational activeness can have a positive impact, namely: increased self-confidence, organized time management, honed speaking in public and established good relationships. Where the advantages of being active in organizations can increase the Grade Point Average (GPA) of students, it is proven that almost all scholarship or award recipients are those who are actively involved in the organization.Keywords: Student Organization, Performance Index

    Teacher performance plays a role in realizing national education objectives and determining the high quality of education, but teacher performance is influenced by various factors both from within and outside the individual concerned. This research is an effort to get an idea of how teacher performance and influencing factors in order to improve the quality and quality of Vocational High School teachers, especially in SMK Negeri 1 Takalar South Sulawesi. The research was conducted by qualitative method and using primary data obtained through in-depth interviews. The results of research in improving the performance of human resources in SMK Negeri 1 Takalar were carried out by means of time discipline, improving knowledge and skills, procurement and improvement of school infrastructure and establishing good communication. The headmaster's strategy is to improve the performance of human resources by regularly evaluating work programs that have been/have not been achieved by each teacher, knowing and understanding the curriculum that is being run, and teachers are rewarded according to their performance.Keywords: Performance, Teacher Strategy, Human Resources

    PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN POLITEKNIK PARIWISATA MAKASSAR DALAM MELAKSANAKAN TRI DARMA PERGURUAN TINGGI

    This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational commitment, and compensation on the performance of lecturers as well as to find out and analyze the influence of the dominant variables effecting the Performance of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic Lecturer in implementing Higher Education Tridarma.. The study was conducted at the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic for three months, from January 2019 - March 2019 with a population were 78 people, because the population is small, this study applied the census method. The samples taken were all members of the existing population. The questionnaire was given to all 78 lecturers of the Makassar Tourism Polytechnic. The analytical method used in this study was a quantitative descriptive method, with a double regression test preceded by conducting a validity and reliability test of the question items for each variable and assumption test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Leadership has no significant positive influence on performance with P = 0.947 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.013, this coefficient indicates that the leadership model applied to Makassar Tourism Polytechnic has not been able to improve the performance of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic lecturers in implementing Higher Education Tridarma; 2) Organizational commitment has a significant positive influence on performance with P = 0.010 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.535, this coefficient indicates that better the organizational commitment, the better the performance will be; 3) Compensation has a significant positive influence on performance with P = 0.001 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.613, this coefficient indicates that better compensation the lecturer has, the lecturer's performance will increase; and 4) Compensation with a dominant influence on the performance of this can be seen from the beta value of 0.474 greater than other variables. Keywords: Compensation

    This study aims to see and analyze professional competence, motivation, and self-concept on the performance of state junior high school teachers in the Chinese District of Bone Regency and to analyze and analyze the effects of competence, motivation, and self-concept on the performance of junior high school teachers. country of the District of China, Bone Regency. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with multiple regression testing, by performing validation and reliability tests of the question items for each variable as well as testing assumptions. The trial of 105 question items contained 24 invalid items so that the remaining 81 items were valid.The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of the influence of professional competence on teacher performance is 0.417 which is in the medium category with a value of p = 0.039 0.05. This shows that professional competence has a significant effect on teacher performance of 0.905 which is in the very high category with p = 0.000 0.05. This shows that motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. And the value of F = 11.147 with a value of p = 0.00, this is the basis for decision making that the variables of professional competence, motivation, and self-concept together have an effect on teacher performance.     The study had a long-term goal for the practicality of the TUYUL model developed in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) businesses and to measure the effectiveness of the TUYUL model in developing MSMEs businesses. The specific target to be achieved is to be able to become entrepreneurial in producing products in the development of MSMEs. In this study, the analytical method used was a multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical method that had been used by the author was an applied qualitative descriptive method. The data analysis was carried out by using a qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the average percentage level of the given model was 98.60%. The model strategy was very easy to use for those who had been starting a business or those who had been running in the current state of the pandemic.
