Pairwise thermal entanglement in Ising-XYZ diamond chain structure in an external magnetic field
Quantum entanglement is one of the most fascinating types of correlation that
can be shared only among quantum systems. The Heisenberg chain is one of the
simplest quantum chains which exhibits a reach entanglement feature, due to the
Heisenberg interaction is quantum coupling in the spin system. The two
particles were coupled trough XYZ coupling or simply called as two-qubit XYZ
spin, which are the responsible for the emergence of thermal entanglement.
These two-qubit operators are bonded to two nodal Ising spins, and this process
is repeated infinitely resulting in a diamond chain structure. We will discuss
two-qubit thermal entanglement effect on Ising-XYZ diamond chain structure. The
concurrence could be obtained straightforwardly in terms of two-qubit density
operator elements, using this result, we study the thermal entanglement, as
well as the threshold temperature where entangled state vanishes. The present
model displays a quite unusual concurrence behavior, such as, the boundary of
two entangled regions becomes a disentangled region, this is intrinsically
related to the XY-anisotropy in the Heisenberg coupling. Despite a similar
property had been found for only two-qubit, here we show in the case of a
diamond chain structure, which reasonably represents real materials.Comment: 6 pages, 7 figure
Effect of the Canting of Local Anisotropy Axes on Ground-State Properties of a Ferrimagnetic Chain with Regularly Alternating Ising and Heisenberg Spins
The effect of the canting of local anisotropy axes on the ground-state phase
diagram and magnetization of a ferrimagnetic chain with regularly alternating
Ising and Heisenberg spins is exactly examined in an arbitrarily oriented
magnetic field. It is shown that individual contributions of Ising and
Heisenberg spins to the total magnetization basically depend on the spatial
orientation of the magnetic field and the canting angle between two different
local anisotropy axes of the Ising spins.Comment: 3 pages, 3 figure
Insights into the quark-gluon vertex from lattice QCD and meson spectroscopy
By comparing successful quark-gluon vertex interaction models with the
corresponding interaction extracted from lattice-QCD data on the quark's
propagator, we identify common qualitative features which could be important to
tune future interaction models beyond the rainbow ladder approximation.
Clearly, a quantitative comparison is conceptually not simple, but
qualitatively the results suggest that a realistic interaction should be
relatively broad with a strong support at about ~GeV and
infrared-finite
Towards flavored bound states beyond rainbows and ladders
We give a snapshot of recent progress in solving the Dyson-Schwinger equation
with a beyond rainbow-ladder ansatz for the dressed quark-gluon vertex which
includes ghost contributions. We discuss the motivations for this approach with
regard to heavy-flavored bound states and form factors and briefly describe

Two dimensional XXZ-Ising model on square-hexagon lattice
We study a two dimensional XXZ-Ising on square-hexagon (4-6) lattice with
spin-1/2. The phase diagram of the ground state energy is discussed, shown two
different ferrimagnetic states and two type of antiferromagnetic states, beside
of a ferromagnetic state. To solve this model, it could be mapped into the
eight-vertex model with union jack interaction term. Imposing exact solution
condition we find the region where the XXZ-Ising model on 4-6 lattice have
exact solutions with one free parameter, for symmetric eight-vertex model
condition. In this sense we explore the properties of the system and analyze
the competition of the interaction parameters providing the region where it has
an exact solution. However the present model does not satisfy the \textit{free
fermion} condition, unless for a trivial situation. Even so we are able to
discuss their critical points region, when the exactly solvable condition is

Análisis bibliométrico de las publicaciones científicas españolas en la categoría Construction & Building Technology de la base de datos Web of Science (1997-2008)
En este trabajo se analizan las publicaciones procedentes de instituciones españolas recogidas en las revistas de la categoría Construction & Building Technology de la base de datos Web of Science para el periodo 1997-2008. El número de revistas incluidas es de 35 y el número de artículos publicados ha sido de 760 (Article o Review). Se ha realizado una evaluación bibliométrica con dos nuevos parámetros: Factor de Impacto Ponderado y Factor de Impacto Relativo; asimismo se incluyen el número de citas y el número de documentos a nivel institucional. Entre los centros con una mayor producción científica destaca, como era de prever, el Instituto de Ciencias de la Construcción Eduardo Torroja (CSIC), mientras que atendiendo al Factor de Impacto Ponderado ocupa el primer lugar la Universidad de Vigo. Por otro lado, sólo dos revistas Cement and Concrete Research y Materiales de Construcción aglutinan el 45.26% de toda la producción científica española, con 172 trabajos cada una de ellas. En cuanto a la colaboración internacional, destacan países como Inglaterra, México, Estados Unidos, Italia, Argentina y Franci
