    Peningkatan Kemampuan Memahami Surat Resmi Melalui Metode Problem Solving Kelas VI Semester II Sdn Joho II Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri

    Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas VI Semester II SDN Joho II Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri mengacu pada kurikulum terbaru berbasis kompetensi dalam bentuk Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) yang memuat standart kompetensi dan kompetensi dasar. Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas VI Semester II SDN Joho II Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri berisi materi essential yang singkat dan padat diantaranya kemampuan merespons instruksi yang sangat sederhana dengan tindakan dalam konteks kelas sehingga peserta didik mampu melakukan tindakan sesuai instruksi dalam konteks kelas. Mengungkapkan informasi sangat sederhana, mampu bercakap untuk menyertai tindakan yang melibatkan tindak tutur, dan kalimat dalam Bahasa Indonesia dalam konteks yang melibatkan kata dan kalimat secara sederhana. Selain itu peserta didik mampu mengambil intisari surat resmi yang tersirat dalam kalimat atau ujaran Bahasa Indonesia yang sangat sederhana dengan tanda bahasa yang baik dan benar.. Dengan menerapkan metode problem solving pada pembelajaran lanjutan melalui tindakan kelas diharapkan siswa mampu mencapai standar kompetensi belajar minimal (SKBM) atau indikator kinerja yang telah ditetapkan dalam pembelajaran. pada siswa Kelas VI Semester II SDN Joho II Kecamatan Wates Kabupaten Kediri dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dari hasil yang diperoleh bisa mencapai hasil yang optimal. Terbukti pada siklus ke 2 ada peningkatan rata-rata nilai mencapai 84,89 %. Data prestasi belajar diperoleh siswa pada awal tindakan dan akhir tindakan mengalami kenaikan rata-rata mencapai 72.07 %. Dari data tersebut dapat dirangkum bahwa hasil yang diperoleh bisa mencapai optimal

    Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang menjadi masalah kesehatan yang serius masyarakat di Indonesia. Hal ini sering menimbulkan kekhawatiran karena perjalanan penyakit DBD tergolong cepat dan dapat menimbulkan wabah serta kematian dalam waktu yang singkat. Monitoring kepadatan populasi Aedes aegypti sangat penting untuk membantu evaluasi dan peningkatan pemberantasan nyamuk penyebab DBD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui densitas larva nyamuk Aedes aegypti berdasarkan angka House Index (HI), Container Index (CI) dan Breateu Index (BI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Samalewa, Kecamatan Bungoro, Kabupaten Pangkep, pada bulan Juli hingga Oktober 2014. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh rumah di Kelurahan Samalewa (2.246 rumah) dan sampel berjumlah 50 rumah yang diambil melalui metode proportional random sampling. Pengamatan jentik dilakukan dengan mengamati kehadiran jentik pada setiap kontainer yang terletak di dalam dan di luar rumah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan persentase House Index bernilai sebesar 54%, Container Index sebesar 23.9% dan Breateu Index sebesar 110%. Berdasarkan nilai indeks tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kelurahan Samalewa beresiko terhadap transmisi penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue

    Background: Escherichia coli reported  to be the  most common  bacteria isolate from patients with renal failure, while Klebsilla pneumoniae. were found  to  be  the  second common isolated, followed  by Staphlococcus aureus.Also study explained an increased in levels of IL-17,FasL, ,creatinine,urea,.Objectives: To isolate  microorganisms  from  patients  with  renal failure, also to determined Immunphsiological  parameter  for patients.Methods:102 blood sample (61 male (59.8%) and 41female (40.1%)) , 150 urine sample for pateints  underogoing hemodialysis at industrial kidney unit in Marjan Teaching Hospital from November 2013 to June 2014.All sample were cultured on different media for full bacteriological identification . In addition blood samples were taken from patients for immunphysiological tests.Results:The most common gram negative bacterial isolates were Escherichiae coli (38.8%), followed Klebsiella pneumoniae (34.32%), Enterobacter spp (6.71%) and Pseudomonas aerogenosa (4.47%).The gram positive bacteria were Staphylococcus aureus (13.43%) and Staphylococcus epidermidis (2.24%).Also results explained an increased in levels of IL-17, Fas L, , creatinine , urea, Keywords :IL17 , Fas-L , Bacteria ,S. creatinine ,B. ure

    Examined here is the sensitivity of a variety of space experiments to residual accelerations. In all the cases discussed the sensitivity is related to the dynamic response of a fluid. In some cases the sensitivity can be defined by the magnitude of the response of the velocity field. This response may involve motion of the fluid associated with internal density gradients, or the motion of a free liquid surface. For fluids with internal density gradients, the type of acceleration to which the experiment is sensitive will depend on whether buoyancy driven convection must be small in comparison to other types of fluid motion, or fluid motion must be suppressed or eliminated. In the latter case, the experiments are sensitive to steady and low frequency accelerations. For experiments such as the directional solidification of melts with two or more components, determination of the velocity response alone is insufficient to assess the sensitivity. The effect of the velocity on the composition and temperature field must be considered, particularly in the vicinity of the melt-crystal interface. As far as the response to transient disturbances is concerned, the sensitivity is determined by both the magnitude and frequency of the acceleration and the characteristic momentum and solute diffusion times.     This research was conducted at Muara Takus Village, district of XIII KotoKampar. This research aims to know any conflict actors in the development of thetourism attractions and causes of the conflict. This research entitled SocialConflict in the Development of Tourism Attractions of Muara Takus Temple atMuara Takus Village District of XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar District. The mainissue in this research is what are the factors in causing the conflict in thedevelopment of tourism attractions of muara takus temple and any actors involvedin it. Subjects in this research are: Kampar District Government (Department ofTourism, Youth, and Sport of Kampar District), The BPN office of Kampar(National Land Agency), The PLTA office of Koto Panjang, The District office ofXIII Koto Kampar, The Village Head, People who own land in the area of tourismattractions of muara takus temple, Traditional Leaders, and People who receiveland compensation. The sample in this research is in taken by Random Technique,with the number of subject research as 50 people.The method used was a qualitative descriptive method with qualitative dataanalysis. Data filtering instruments used are observation and interviews.Generally, through the result obtained from this research the researcherconclude: the conflicts in the development of tourism attractions of muara takustemple are vertical and horizontal conflict, between local ellites, instancy Togovernment agency, the differences in mission development, while the verticalconflict between the community and government.
