Çalışmanın amacı Şulum, Çer, Çor iyelerini araştırmak, iyelerin ve “bizden yeyler”in Tengricilikteki yerini belirlemektir. Bunun yanı sıra, her üç iyenin isminin anlamını belirlemektir. Makalede alan araştırması, tarama yöntemi ve karşılaştırmalı metot kullanılarak iyeler hakkında yeniden genel bilgi verilmişdir

Periodic DOS modulation in underdoped Bi2223

In this report, we show the results of the STM/STS study on the Bi2223 single crystals whose doping levels were ranging from an optimally doped to an underdoped region. Bi2223 single crystals were grown by a TSFZ method and their doping levels were adjusted with annealing in an oxygen deficient atmosphere. Single crystals were cleaved in an UHV at around 77 K and STM/STS measurements were carried out in the same conditions. We successfully obtained the tunneling spectrum maps as well as topographic images. We found that the superconducting gap was much more homogeneous than in the case of the Bi2212 in optimal doping, but becomes inhomogeneous with decreasing a doping level. This suggests the decoupling of the three Cu-O layers in terms of the SC correlation. More importantly, we found a new periodic modulation in the LDOS map with periods about 2a0, which was almost dispersion-less and observed only in the underdoped TC=85 K sample. This modulation is possibly related to the charge/spin order in the inner plane, which is supposed to be highly undrerdoped.Comment: 4pages, 3 Figures. PD

COMMISSIVE ILLOCUTIONARY ACT ACROSS LANGUAGES: JAVANESE AND MANDARESE

Commissive is one of illocutionary acts which mean the speaker commits a certain action in the future. This study examines the realization of commissive of promising across languages in Indonesia (Javanese and Mandarese). The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative based on Searle’s (1976) theory. The sources of the data are based on the researchers’ intuition as native speakers. The procedure of analyzing the data is by identifying the characteristics of commissive of promising in two languages. The result shows that in Javanese, promising can be performed by “ya”, “tenan”, “mengko”, “saestu”, “mangke”, and “sesuk”. Meanwhile, in Mandarese, promising can be performed by “iye”, “mangaku a”, “ya iyo”, “pa”,“manini”,“majanji a”, “manu pa”, “pura pa”, “banda tia”, “penuhi tia”, “pennassai i”, “pelambi’i tia”, and “kalamanna”. Sedangkan, pada bahasa Mandar komisif berjanji dapat ditunjukkan melalui ujaran-ujaran “iye”,“mangaku a”,“ya iyo”,“pa”,“manini”,“majanji a”, “manu pa”,“pura pa”,“banda tia”,“penuhi tia”,“pennassai i”,“pelambi’i tia”, dan “kalamanna”

    Superfield T-duality rules

    Get PDF
A geometric treatment of T-duality as an operation which acts on differential forms in superspace allows us to derive the complete set of T-duality transformation rules which relate the superfield potentials of D=10 type IIA supergravity with those of type IIB supergravity including Ramond-Ramond superfield potentials and fermionic supervielbeins. We show that these rules are consistent with the superspace supergravity constraints.Comment: 24 pages, latex, no figures. V2 misprints corrected. V3. Current Performance and On-Going Improvements of the 8.2 m Subaru Telescope

An overview of the current status of the 8.2 m Subaru Telescope constructed and operated at Mauna Kea, Hawaii, by the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan is presented. The basic design concept and the verified performance of the telescope system are described. Also given are the status of the instrument package offered to the astronomical community, the status of operation, and some of the future plans. The status of the telescope reported in a number of SPIE papers as of the summer of 2002 are incorporated with some updates included as of 2004 February. However, readers are encouraged to check the most updated status of the telescope through the home page, http://subarutelescope.org/index.html, and/or the direct contact with the observatory staff.Comment: 18 pages (17 pages in published version), 29 figures (GIF format), This is the version before the galley proo
