    Influence of the microbiological fertilizer Slavol on the formation of early harvest of potatoes in the conditions of the Moscow region

    The article presents the results of a study of obtaining early potato production using a microbiological fertilizer in the conditions of the Moscow region. Early potato varieties were used for the study: Udacha, Bryansk delicacy, Red Scarlett, Zhukovsky early, Meteor, Riviera. All varieties of table appointment with high palatability are recommended for cultivation in the Nonchernozem zone of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the research is to study the effect of the microbiological fertilizer Slavol on the growth, development of early potato plants and productivity. The experiment was carried out in 2020-2021. Observations and records in the experiment were carried out according to generally accepted methods when conducting field and laboratory studies on potato crops. Mass seedlings were noted in the variants with the treatment of tubers with the microbiological fertilizer Slavol in the following sequence: variety Zhukovsky, Meteor, Riviera, Udacha, Bryansk delicacy. The maximum total period from germination to harvesting on July 15 was longer in the variant with treatment in the Zhukovsky early variety (56 days), which further affected the increase in yield. The use of the microbiological fertilizer Slavol contributed to an increase in yield for all the studied varieties from 22.2 to 42.8% in relation to the control variant. Thus, in the experiment, the positive effect of microbiological fertilizer Slavol on the growth, development and yield of early potato varieties in the conditions of the Moscow region was established

    THE USE OF HYALURONIC ACID IN GONARTHROSIS IN REAL CLINICAL PRACTICE

    Objectives. To assess the frequency and preferences when assigning intraarticular therapy with hyaluronic acid (HA) in knee оsteoarthritis (ОА) in clinical practice. Material and methods. The analysis of 200 patient records with knee OA treated at the regional center of rheumatology to assess the frequency and spectrum assignment of НА, profile of patients, who were prescribed HA, and its effectiveness. To assess the opinions of rheumatologists on intraarticular therapy with НА we conducted an anonymous questionnaire of 20 rheumatologists of Ekaterinburg. Results. The analysis showed that intraarticular НА therapy was recommended by rheumatologists to 46% of patients with knee ОА, of which the treatment was performed in only 35%. Patients who received treatment were older and more often took NSAIDs and symptomatic slow-acting drugs. Intra-articular НА therapy was effective in 69% of patients. НА with higher molecular weight were more effective, although rheumatologists prefer НА with low molecular weight. Conclusion. In clinical practice, НА is used widely in the treatment of knee ОА, a positive effect from the treatment noted in more than a half of patients

    Pobedi str., 85, Belgorod, Russia, 308024 Bacteriological examination of cervical canal at 34 women in 38—40 weeks of gestation has been made before and after intravaginal usage of Gynoflor (“Medinova”, Switzerland), containing 50 mg of Lactobacillus acidophilius and 0,03 mg of estriol. It is established, that after usage of Gynoflor significant decrease of number of patients with Staphylococcus epidermidis and Peptococcus has been observed. Furthermore, lowering of number of women with other opportunistic bacteria and yeasts ( Staphylococcus aureus , Klebsiella pneumonia , Enterococcus , Enterobacter , Streptococcus , Bacteroides , Candida albicans ) has been appeared. It was accompanied with decrease of colony forming units number among all opportunistic species

    The study was aimed at establishing a new ultrasonic criterion of evaluating spleen dimensions in children (area of the maximum axial section) and determining the range of normal spleen dimensions. Patients and methods: We analyzed 838 ultrasonic spleen examinations in 3‑15‑year-old children and determined the area of the maximum axial section by tracing the scan obtained with a medical device. Results: on the basis of ultrasonic examination data analysis, we established a formula, which helps to calculate the spleen section area with the organ’s length and thickness. We performed retrospective analysis of 4,001 standard ultrasonic examinations followed by formula evaluation of the area of maximum axial section. Conclusion: on the basis of the comparative analysis of the measured and calculated areas of the maximum spleen axial section, we established a range of normal values of this parameter taking age and sex into account. Цель исследования: установить новый ультразвуковой критерий оценки размеров селезенки у детей — площадь максимального продольного сечения и определить диапазон его нормативных значений. Пациенты и методы. Проведен анализ 838 ультразвуковых исследований селезенки у детей в возрасте от 3 до 15 лет с определением площади максимального продольного сечения путем трассировки полученного скана на приборе. Результаты. На основании анализа данных УЗИ рассчитана формула, позволяющая вычислить площадь сечения селезенки при наличии длины и толщины органа. Выполнен ретроспективный анализ 4001 стандартного ультразвукового исследования селезенки с последующим расчетом по формуле площади максимального продольного сечения. Заключение. На основании сравнительного анализа измеренных и рассчитанных значений площади максимального продольного сечения селезенки установлен диапазон нормативных показателей этого параметра с учетом возраста и пола
