Сучасний стан правового регулювання надання послуг через електронний банкінг досліджено відповідно до законодавства України та зарубіжних країн. Встановлено, що широке використання електронного банкінгу клієнтами стримується питаннями безпеки та конфіденційності операцій в електронному банкінгу, наданням правовідносин у сфері надання банком послуг через електронний банкінг та довірою громадян до електронного банкінгу. Акцент робиться на пріоритетних кроках до просування електронного банкінгу як безпосереднього розвитку ринку фінансових послуг.The article is dedicated to the research of electronic banking essence as a perspective direction of financial services market. The analysis of recent publications and studies are dedicated to the peculiarities of e-banking in different countries, as well as problematic aspects of introduction and promotion of e-banking in Ukraine and in the world has been carried out. The current state of legal regulation of the provision of services through electronic banking has been studied according to the legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries. It is established that widespread use of electronic banking by clients is restrained by the issues of security and confidentiality of transactions in electronic banking, by legal relations provision in the sphere of providing services by the bank through electronic banking, and citizens' confidencein electronic banking. The emphasis is on the priority steps towards the promotion of e-banking as a direct development of the financial services market.Статья посвящена исследованию сущности электронного банкинга как перспективного направления рынка финансовых услуг. The astrometric Gaia-FUN-SSO observation campaign of 99 942 Apophis
Astrometric observations performed by the Gaia Follow-Up Network for Solar
System Objects (Gaia-FUN-SSO) play a key role in ensuring that moving objects
first detected by ESA's Gaia mission remain recoverable after their discovery.
An observation campaign on the potentially hazardous asteroid (99 942) Apophis
was conducted during the asteroid's latest period of visibility, from
12/21/2012 to 5/2/2013, to test the coordination and evaluate the overall
performance of the Gaia-FUN-SSO . The 2732 high quality astrometric
observations acquired during the Gaia-FUN-SSO campaign were reduced with the
Platform for Reduction of Astronomical Images Automatically (PRAIA), using the
USNO CCD Astrograph Catalogue 4 (UCAC4) as a reference. The astrometric
reduction process and the precision of the newly obtained measurements are
discussed. We compare the residuals of astrometric observations that we
obtained using this reduction process to data sets that were individually
reduced by observers and accepted by the Minor Planet Center. We obtained 2103
previously unpublished astrometric positions and provide these to the
scientific community. Using these data we show that our reduction of this
astrometric campaign with a reliable stellar catalog substantially improves the
quality of the astrometric results. We present evidence that the new data will
help to reduce the orbit uncertainty of Apophis during its close approach in
2029. We show that uncertainties due to geolocations of observing stations, as
well as rounding of astrometric data can introduce an unnecessary degradation
in the quality of the resulting astrometric positions. Finally, we discuss the
impact of our campaign reduction on the recovery process of newly discovered

It is determined that damage to forests due to illegal amber mining must be further qualified under Part 1 of Article 245 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine if illegal mining is carried out in a generally dangerous manner. This crime must be further qualified under Part 1 of Article 239 of the Criminal code of Ukraine if illegal extraction of amber is carried out with violation of special rules of treatment of substances, waste or other materials.Установлено, что под уголовно-правовую охрану ст. 240-1 УК Украины подпадают общественные отношения по охране и рациональному использованию ресурсов янтаря, лесных и земельных ресурсов. При этом первые составляют основной непосредственный объект преступления, вторые – являются непосредственными дополнительными объектами этого преступления. Установлен круг предметов этого преступления – янтарь, лесные и земельные ресурсы. Установлена конкуренция норм ст. ст. 240-1 и 245 и ст. ст. 240-1 и 239 УК Украин
The prognostic significance of the omental chemotherapy response score in hereditary ovarian tumors after neoadjuvant chemotherapy
The study was aimed to evaluate histopathological tumor response of omental metastases in BRCA1-associated and sporadic ovarian tumors after platinum-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy (nACT). We selected patients with histologically confirmed ovarian high-grade serous carcinoma who were treated with nACT followed by optimal debulking. Forty patients (14 BRCA1-associated cancers and 26 sporadic cases) meeting the criteria mentioned above were enrolled in the pathological examination. Clinical data (platinum-free interval, PFI) were collected through database review. Good regress [score 3] was observed in 4 out of 16 (25%) BRCA1-associated carcinomas and in one of 24 (4%) sporadic cancers (p = 0.14, Fisher's exact test). PFI was associated with the degree of response (minimal regress – median PFI 3.62 months, moderate regress – median 8.17 months, good regress - 21.28 months, p = 0.026, Kruskal-Wallis test). The omental response score predicted platinum-free interval in BRCA1-associated tumors (score 2+3 vs. 1; median PFI, 18.6 vs. 2.9 months; p = 0.04, Mann–Whitney U test). Histopathological tumor response of omental metastasis in BRCA1-associated and sporadic ovarian tumors after platinum-based neoadjuvant chemotherapy predicts PFI.Целью данного исследования стало сравнение выраженности патоморфологического регресса метастазов в большой сальник BRCA1-ассоциированных и спорадических опухолей яичника в ответ на платиносодержащую неоадъювантную химиотерапию (НАХТ). В исследование включены 40 пациенток (16 больных с мутацией BRCA1 и 24 «спорадических» случаев) в соответствии с следующими критериями: серозный гистотип опухоли высокой степени злокачественности, платиносодержащая НАХТ, оптимальная циторедуктивная операция (ОЦО), известная длительность бесплатинового интервала (БПИ). При оценке гистопатологического регресса метастазов в большой сальник в группе BRCA1-ассоциированного рака яичника РЯ частота выраженных регрессов [3 балла] составила 4/16 (25%), в группе спорадических опухолей – 1/24 (4%) (p = 0,14, точный критерий Фишера). Продолжительность БПИ достоверно зависела от степени регресса (при минимальном регрессе медиана составила 3,62 мес., при умеренном – 8,17 мес., при выраженном – 21,28 мес.; p = 0,026, тест краскела-Уоллиса). В группе носителей мутаций BRCA1 наблюдалось различие в продолжительности БПИ между случаями с умеренным и выраженным регрессом и случаями с минимальным регрессом (медианы 18,6 мес. vs. 2,9 мес., соответственно; p = 0,04, критерий Манна-Уитни). Rapid selection of BRCA1-proficient tumor cells during neoadjuvant therapy for ovarian cancer in BRCA1 mutation carriers
Ovarian carcinomas (OC) often demonstrate rapid tumor shrinkage upon neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT). However, complete pathologic responses are very rare and the mechanisms underlying the emergence of residual tumor disease remain elusive. We hypothesized that the change of somatic BRCA1 status may contribute to this process. The loss-of-heterozygosity (LOH) at the BRCA1 locus was determined for 23 paired tumor samples obtained from BRCA1 germ-line mutation carriers before and after NACT. We observed a somatic loss of the wild-type BRCAI allele in 74% (17/23) of OCs before NACT. However, a retention of the wild-type BRCA1 copy resulting in a reversion of LOH status was detected in 65% (11/17) of those patients after NACT. Furthermore, we tested 3 of these reversion samples for LOH at intragenic BRCA1single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and confirmed a complete restoration of the SNP heterozygosity in all instances. The neoadjuvant chemotherapy for BRCA1-associated OC is accompanied by a rapid expansion of pre-existing BRCA1-proficient tumor clones suggesting that continuation of the same therapy after NACT and surgery may not be justified even in patients initially experiencing a rapid tumor regression. The Kinetics of Primary Alpha Plate Growth in Titanium Alloys
The kinetics of primary alpha-Ti colony/Widmanstatten plate growth from the
beta are examined, comparing model to experiment. The plate growth velocity
depends sensitively both on the diffusivity D(T) of the rate-limiting species
and on the supersaturation around the growing plate. These result in a maxima
in growth velocity around 40 K below the transus, once sufficient
supersaturation is available to drive plate growth. In Ti-6246, the plate
growth velocity was found to be around 0.32 um min-1 at 850 oC, which was in
good agreement with the model prediction of 0.36 um min-1 . The solute field
around the growing plates, and the plate thickness, was found to be quite
variable, due to the intergrowth of plates and soft impingement. This solute
field was found to extend to up to 30 nm, and the interface concentration in
the beta was found to be around 6.4 at.% Mo. It was found that increasing O
content will have minimal effect on the plate lengths expected during
continuous cooling; in contrast, Mo approximately doubles the plate lengths
obtained for every 2 wt.% Mo reduction. Alloys using V as the beta stabiliser
instead of Mo are expected to have much faster plate growth kinetics at
nominally equivalent V contents. These findings will provide a useful tool for
the integrated design of alloys and process routes to achieve tailored

КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ РАКА МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ С ЭКСПРЕССИЕЙ РЕЦЕПТОРОВ СТЕРОИДНЫХ ПОЛОВЫХ ГОРМОНОВ И АМПЛИФИКАЦИЕЙ HER2
Since the middle of the previous century the heterogeneity of breast cancer became absolutely evident. This assumption was historically based on differences in clinical behavior and sensitivity to therapy. Treatment approach nowadays is based primarily on clinical and morphological prognostic and predictive markers. Among morphologically derived markers the most important are estrogen and progesterone receptors and HER2. Interestingly that tumors with expression of estrogen receptors and/or progesterone receptors that showed also hyperexpression or amplification of HER2 have very poor outcome and low sensitivity to all therapeutic approaches. Therefore we want to summarize the existing clinical information that is relevant to this topic.С середины прошлого века рак молочной железы принято считать высоко гетерогенной группой опухолей. Гетерогенность основана на различном клиническом течении заболевания, а также на принципиально различной чувствительности к существующим терапевтическим подходам. В основе клинических решений о выборе тактики лечения на настоящий момент лежит сочетание клинических и патоморфологических прогностических и предиктивных маркеров. Наибольшую роль среди морфологических предиктивных маркеров играют рецепторы эстрогенов, прогестерона и эпидермального фактора роста HER2-neu. При этом клиническая группа, характеризующаяся проявлением всех трех маркеров, характеризуется относительно неблагоприятным прогнозом и невысокой чувствительностью к существующим лекарственным методам. Авторам представляется интересным суммировать имеющиеся данные о клинических особенностях данного типа опухолей молочной железы
