    Decorin and Biglycan Expression and Distribution during Palatal Shelf Adhesion

    Understanding the molecular events in palate development is a prerequisite to more effective treatments of cleft palate. The secondary palate in humans and mice forms from shelves of mesenchyme covered with medial edge epithelium (MEE). These shelves adhere to form the midline epithelial seam (MES). MES cells then proceed through epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) and/or apoptosis to yield a fused palate. Adhesion of opposing MEE is a crucial event whose alteration causes cleft palate. Previous studies showed that chondroitin sulphate proteoglycans (CSPG) on the apical surfaces of MEE was an important factor in palatal shelf adhesion. In this study we investigated decorin and biglycan, being expressed in numerous craniofacial tissues, as potential proteoglycans involved in palatal shelf adhesion. We used a laser capture microdissection (LCM) technique to collect MEE cells and real-time polymerase chain reaction, to determine mRNA levels of decorin and biglycan that correctly reflect changes in gene expression during various stages of palatal shelf fusion (Embryonic days 13.5, 14.0 and 14.5). Both decorin and biglycan were expressed on the apical surface as well as between the MEE cells. We found that biglycan protein and mRNA levels peaked as the palatal shelves adhered. Decorin on the other hand was less abundant on the surface and had reduced mRNA levels that might be due to the regulatory effects of TGFβ. Nevertheless, the temporal expression of both decorin and biglycan on the apical surface of MEE was suggestive of an important role in palatal adhesion

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh secara signifikan job insecurity dan burnout terhadap turnover intentions studi pada karyawan dengan status Daily Worker dan Outsourcing pada hotel bintang 4 (empat) di Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal.Pengumpulan data menggunakan sensus dengan jumlah responden 86 orang. Analisis dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap turnover intentions dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan burnout terhadap turnover intentions

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) terhadap Harga Saham. Objek penelitian ini adalah pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018 dengan metode penentuan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-statistik untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta F-statistik untuk menguji kelayakan model penelitian dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Selain itu juga dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Berdasarkan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas tidak ditemukan variabel yang menyimpang dari asumsi klasik. Hal ini menunjukkan data yang tersedia telah memenuhi syarat menggunakan model persamaan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel ROE, EPS dan DPR menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Sementara variabel DER tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Kemampuan prediksi dari keempat variabel tersebut terhadap Harga Saham dalam penelitian ini sebesar 30,5%, sedangkan sisanya 69,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian

    The history of the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram (UMMAT) does not match the UMMAT brand image in the eyes of the public. The purpose of this study was to determine the brand image of UMMAT and its advantages and disadvantages as private universities in NTB. This research is qualitative and uses coding for data analysis techniques. The main data were obtained from purposively selected informants and snowball sampling to assess ten elements of brand image. The analyzed data has gone through the triangulation stage. In this study, it was found that the students' assessment of UMMAT was divided into two groups of students. First, students who take part in the Student Activity Unit (UKM). Second, students who do not participate in campus UKM. Brand awareness and brand association still need to be improved to achieve brand familiarity in the eyes of the wider community. However, the positive thing is that brand trust and brand loyalty from the community are already attached. UMMAT needs to increase the intensity of advertising activities with effective communication. Then UMMAT should encourage all groups of students to contribute in disseminating information from campus in any form to the public. Because it has limitations, it is hoped that future researchers can develop this research with different methods and techniques so as to enrich references in science

    Computational thinking is a critical thinking technique that is included in subjects to improve students' thinking skills. Meanwhile, the Kurikulum Merdeka is a policy in the education to make it easier for educational institutions, teachers and even students in the learning process. The presence of Bebras at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 8 Sokong, North Lombok Regency aims to improve teachers' teaching abilities and increase children's creativity to solve problems in subjects. The method used in this program are planning, preparation, socialization and training, and competition and evaluation Stage. The final result obtained was that the teacher was able to apply content to school subjects and sent the students of SDN 8 Sokong to take part in local and national level competitions. The content of Kurikulum Kampus Merdeka can produce competitive output for students are taught by their teachers to think computationally and find quick solutions to the problems given. One form of evaluating Bebras progress towards its students is competitions, both local and national, while the evaluation of the teacher's abilities is seen from the abilities of the students. The collaboration between Bebras Bureau Bumigora University and SDN 8 Sokong enable the students to compete at the national level

    This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT. Pos Indonesia (Mataram Head Office). The population in this study are employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, totaling 92 people. The sample in this study used the census method, namely the entire population was used as a sample of 92 people. This type of research is quantitative using a causality approach. The analysis used is SEM analysis and data analysis techniques using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with OCB as the intervening variable. Suggestions in this study is the number of employees with productive age, PT. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM dan teknik analisis data menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan OCB sebagai variabel intervening. Saran dalam penelitian ini banyaknya karyawan dengan usia produktif, PT. Pos Indonesia dapat menjadikan karyawan tersebut sebagai wadah untuk mencari ide-ide baru untuk mengembangkan perusahaan

    One of the goals of an employee working in a company is to get career development. However, there is often a bias towards indicators of career development in Indonesia in general, namely career development based on performance or seniority. The purpose of this research is to find out which factors are more dominant between performance and seniority which form the basis for career development decisions in PDAM Giri Menang Mataram. This type of research is included in associative research using survey methods in collecting data. The analytical tool used is t-test analysis at 5% alpha. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the more dominant factor that forms the basis for career development decisions at PDAM Giri Menang Mataram is employee performance.Salah satu tujuan seorang karyawan bekerja dalam suatu perusahaan adalah untuk mendapatkan pengembangan karir. Namun seringkali terjadi bias terhadap indikator pengembangan karir di Indonesia pada umumnya, yaitu pengembangan karir yang berdasar atas kinerja atau berdasar atas senioritas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang lebih dominan diantara kinerja dan senioritas yang menjadi dasar keputusan pengembangan karir pada PDAM Giri Menang Mataram. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian asosiatif yang menggunakan metode survey dalam pengumpulan datanya. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis uji t pada alpha 5 %. Berdasarkan hasil uji t tersebut, diketahui bahwa faktor yang lebih dominan yang menjadi dasar keputusan pengembangan karir pada PDAM Giri Menang Mataram adalah kinerja karyawan

    This study aims to determine the factors that influence the open unemployment rate in Mataram city at 2020 - 2022. The research method used in this study is a type of quantitative method. The panel data used in this study were processed using Microsoft Excel and Stata 14. This study used panel data regression analysis with a random-effect model. The results of the study show that the labor force and education level have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in districts/cities in the Province of NTB 2020 - 2022. On the other hand, the minimum wage and economic growth show insignificant results. Minimum wages, labor force, and economic growth have a negative effect on the unemployment rate in Mataram City in 2020 - 2022, while the level of education has a positive effect. Simultaneously the minimum wage, labor force, economic growth, and education level also have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Mataram City in 2020 - 202

Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sensus dengan jumlah responden 114 orang. Analisis dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan job insecurity terhadap turnover intentions dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi dan dukungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa selama penggunaan e-learning masa pandemic covid-19
