Estimation of the subsurface geological structures in oil and gas prospect area of West Aceh has been done by utilizing gravity field anomaly of satellite gravity data. This research aim to analyze satellite gravity data in order to get geological features which is include deep and shallow structure or fault around oil and gas prospect area in West Aceh. The satellite gravity data is originally provided as Free Air Anomaly and should be corrected to get Complete Bouguer Anomaly (CBA). Furthermore, CBA was transformed into a horizontal plane and corrected from regional anomalous effects to obtain residual anomaly, horizontal and vertical derivative. From CBA, the gravity anomaly show good correlation with geological boundaries on different rock formation and the anomaly is decrease from NE-SW. Residual anomaly also gives same information with CBA but this anomaly focus on shallow structure. Furthermore, horizontal derivative and vertical derivative also show good correlation with geological structure or fault but in some areas the anomaly related with deep structure cannot be seen on the surface or geological map. Despite the result cannot correlate directly with oil and gas prospect area, satellite gravity can be used to identify gravity anomaly and also fault that related with hydrocarbon anomaly are

Review of the Process of Producing the Motion of the Youth MPs Conference through Creative Thinking Skills

Creative thinking skills are the main foundation that needs to be applied among Youth MPs. These thinking skills will help APBM formulate the proposals for debate before being appointed as a youth development policy. In accordance with PBM which serves as a medium for youth leaders to get involved in the process of forming youth development policy. This study uses an in-depth interview method involving 9 informants representing 9 PBM Committees. APBM's creative thinking skills process consists of nine themes namely; knowledge, understanding issues, framework building, information gathering, spirituality, information enlightenment, understanding/clarity of issues, production of proposals, and review of motions. As a result, APBM is able to formulate proposals to be debated in the PBM conference

The Different Magnetic Results of Anemi and PPM Measurements on the Buried Remains of a 13th Century Fortress

This study aimed to evaluate the different magnetic results of an electromagnetic induction with proton magnetometer measurements on an archaeological site. The electromagnetic induction allows measuring both the apparent magnetic susceptibility in part per thousand (ppt) and the apparent electrical conductivity in millisiemens (mS/m). A proton magnetometer measures the total magnetic intensity in nanotesla (nT), caused by the induced and remanent magnetisations. An archaeological site where historical documents indicated the presence of a 13th century fortress that built by Lamuri Sultanate was selected as a test area. The measurement were conducted by divided the study area into 10 profiles. Some standard data processing have been applied to the measured data. The result of the first survey with electromagnetic induction showed low magnetic anomalies in the buried remains of Lamuri fortress. The similar value are shown as well by low magnetic field intensity in magnetometer measurement

Background: Pregnancy is a major endocrine event in the female lifespan, involving wide-ranged and often dramatic changes in the metabolism of various hormones. Cross sectional, case control, analytical quantitative study was conducted in Sudan, Khartoum state in Yastabsheron obstetric hospital during the period from March to August 2011. Analytical and statistical methods were applied to measure the concentration of A1c% in healthy pregnant women as well as in healthy non-pregnant women to assess the difference in the results. Methods: Blood samples were taken from a total of 90 healthy pregnant women (case group) and 30 healthy non-pregnant women (control group), then samples were analyzed for A1c% by using affinity chromatography technique, and results were recorded in addition to their age, body mass index and the number of pregnancies. Results: showed that, the mean concentration of the A1c% in cases group was (4.407±1.054%) in first trimester, (4.797±0.631) % in second trimester and (4.833±0.626) % in third trimester, and (5.670±0.471%) in control group with a P value of 0.00, indicating the highly significant difference between the two groups. Others finding showed that the mean concentration of A1c% of the first trimester is lower than that of the second and third trimesters, also there was no significant difference between the mean concentration of the second and third trimester. A significant weak positive correlation between A1c% concentration with body mass index and the age of pregnant women. Conclusions: Healthy normal pregnant women have lower A1c% concentrations than non-pregnant women which can be impute to the reduce in plasma glucose values and to the shortened erythrocyte life span that can occur during pregnancy. The body mass index and age affect the concentration of A1c% c, but it is not affected by gravida

The construction of dike materials is an essential parameters in controlling the safety of hydraulic engineering. The dike material is an earthfill material constructed from non-cohesive materials or mixed from cohesive and non-cohesive materials. Overtopping failure can affect the dike stability during water cross above dike crest and could threat people lives and property. It is reduced the matric suctions binds soil particles due to the increasing volumetric water content during the transition of water level from the upstream into downstream slopes. In this paper, two spatial overtopping tests are conducted in Hydraulic Geotechnical laboratories at the Universiti Sains of Malaysia to observe the evolution of horizontal and vertical water levels as well as the development of lateral and vertical erosion processes under constant inflow discharge of 30 L/min. The vertical and horizontal water levels as well as the vertical erosion process are measured using one digital camera installed in front of dike embankment, while the horizontal erosion process was measured using another digital camera installed in front of downstream slope. Two types of coarse sand and very silty sand soils are used to construct dike embankment in small flume channel. The small flume is constructed from transparent PVC material to observe the development of water distributions and erosion processes with sediment box to collect the eroded materials. A pilot channel is cut in dike crest along the side wall of small flume channel to initiate breach channel in the dike crest. The initiation of breach channel is crucial for the evolution breach channel failure in the downstream and upstream slopes. The results show that the vertical and horizontal water levels are distributed faster in coarse sand soil compared with those in the very silty sand soil while the horizontal water levels are distributed faster than vertical water levels for both soils.  The permeability of coarse sand increases the velocity of water flow for occupation soil particles and beginning failure in dike crest faster. The presence of fine particles in the very silty sand has reduced the rate of erosion processes inside dike particles in horizontal and vertical directions. The fine particles absorb a large amount of water content and, thus reduce the easiest water infiltration into particles with higher matric suctions. The analyzing of the distributions of water levels and erosion process help to understand the behavior of dike embankment during overtopping failure and increase the maintenance for dikes parts to reduce the potential danger
