    Pengaruh Brand Ambassador Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Azarine Cosmetic Di Pakuwon Mall Surabaya

    This study aims to analyze Azarine Cosmetic in conducting brand ambassadors and brand image in influencing customer purchasing decisions as part of a marketing strategy. This research method uses a quantitative approach.  Azarine cosmetic customer participants purchase azarine cosmetics through the sampling method at Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. The analytical tools used are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing.  Data collection methods used through field research and literature. The results of this study indicate that the path analysis in the t-test for the first hypothesis (H1) shows with a significance level of 0.001 that Brand Ambassador affects Purchasing Decisions. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test path analysis for the second hypothesis (H2) show that brand image affects purchasing decisions at a significance level of 0.001. The regression coefficient shows a positive relationship, which indicates that (H2 accepted) purchasing decisions are influenced by brand image

    This research has the aim of wanting to find out more about " The Influence Of Trends And Promotions On The Buying Interest Of Stie Ibmt Surabaya Students In The Tiktok Application ". The background of this research is whether technological developments can increase a person's buying interest with trends and promotions on social media. This research is Descriptive Quantitative research using the survey method. The population in this study were 2019-2021 STIE IBMT Surabaya students who used the TikTok application. The number of samples studied by researchers was 51 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data in this study were obtained using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using Multiple Liner Regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that trends and promotions have a significant effect on buying interest

    The Role of Health Workers in Realizing Community Independence to Prevent Non-Communicable Diseases in Campurejo Community Health Center, Kediri City

    This study aimed to determine the understanding of health care towards social phenomena related to the dominance of non-communicable diseases which were increased in the community and to identify what efforts were made by health workers in preventing non-communicable diseases. The long-term goal of this study was to control the risk factors for PTM in Indonesia, especially in Campurejo Health Center, Mojoroto District, Kediri City. This study used a qualitative method with 72 populations and 10 samples. The data was collected through purposive sampling and in-depth interviews. The study informants were health workers from Kediri city health office, health workers at the Campurejo Health Center, community leaders and health cadres. The data analysis used interactive qualitative methods (Milles and Hebberman) and the instrument was recorder. The results of the study showed the concept of objectivation in opposing the flow of public understanding of PTM could be seen from the results of the socialization conducted by health workers. This new fact could be seen from one of the efforts of health workers in disseminating PTM in society. Other forms of socialization that were still general in nature could be seen in a variety of activity formats, for example: early detection, health promotion, counseling, mobile Posbindu, and door to door systems. The five micro activities were derived from the grand design of socialization in the perspective of social construction theory as a form of externalization by health workers

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Divisi Impor dalam menangani impor pestisida di jalur merah. Jalur merah mengacu pada proses impor yang terhambat atau mengalami kendala yang mempengaruhi kelancaran aliran barang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan subyek karyawan bagian operasional impor dan customer service yang diperoleh secara purposive sampling. Data diperoleh menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran divisi impor dalam penanganan impor pestisida di jalur merah adalah sebagai perwakilan dari pemilik barang. Dalam hal ini, peran dari Divisi Impor sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Divisi Impor memainkan peran kunci dalam menangani impor pestisida di jalur merah. Mereka bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola proses impor, termasuk mengurus dokumen-dokumen impor, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi yang berlaku, dan berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait seperti freight forwarding, agen pabean, dan consignee
