CONSIDERATIONS ON USING KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF E-LEARNING PLATFORMS
Developed in the business sector, where it proved to increase employee motivation, enhance customer support services and overall business efficiency, Knowledge Management found its way to higher education institutions. This paper tries to argument the benefits of using KM principles when designing an e-learning platform as well as point out a few practical implementations.knowledge management, e-learning, higher education
Research and Science Today No. 1(5)/2013
Research and Science Today Journal is a publication founded in 2011 and it is dedicated to the students of all levels (license, master and doctoral) of faculties in the country and abroad. We want to offer the participants the opportunity to present their scientific works in the following areas: Social Sciences, Economic Sciences, Legal Sciences, Humanities, Education Sciences, Engineering, Medicine and Sport.
This journal provides students the opportunity to create and/or to improve their abilities to write scientific papers. So each appearance (two appearances per year at which we can add supplements) contains a number of papers written by students, masters and doctoral from the faculties from the country or/and abroad. The journal promotes original studies contributing to the progress of knowledge and it is motivated by the need to address issues of theory and practice in the areas mentioned above

THE DRAMATIC ADAPTATIO NS OF PICU PĂTRUȚ AND THE EUROPEAN MODEL
An adequate approach to the works of Picu Pătruț – poems, adaptations, copies, popular theatre plays, miniatures – demands a discussion of the concepts of model and original creation, and an analysis of that which various scholars have deemed to be an adaptation of certain themes to fit local specifics. Popular theatre, and more so religious popular theatre, developed in Romanian territories and across all of Europe based on certain models that, as much as one may try, cannot be made secular, since they are in fact dramatizations of biblical situations. A servant of the church, though he may add his own contributions to a text or a picture, cannot and may not overstep the boundaries of the canon
DRAMATIC STRUCTURES IN RELIGIOUS ORATORY CASE STUDY – ANTIM IVIREANU`S DIDAHII
Antim‘s „Didahii” have always been a great topic of debate but very often the discussion has remained at a general level. Our approach aims to reveal a virtual aspect of the „Didahii”. The originality of Antim‘s homilies, affirmed as well as contested, consists of both imp licit dramatic structures and specific forms of expression. These are themes and reasons of a behaviour dictated by a conjuncture understood as a play convention
Use of Collagen Scaffolds in Conjunction with NPWT for the Care of Complex Wounds: Clinical Report
Open wounds treatment is very often a challenge for both the physician and patient. They
require long term complex treatment with surgical debridement, dressing changing, additional
therapies including expensive medication, with a high risk of failure. The most difficult to treat are
the diabetic wounds and those that are associated with advanced arterial disease. In these special
cases, the peripheral vascularization is severely impaired and the complications are imminent.
Sixteen patients were selected from those appearing to our hospital departments of orthopedic and
plastic surgery. Inclusion criteria included patients with a recurrent mixed fibrotic and granular
wound base following trauma or diabetes, in which NPWT was indicated, without exclusion
criteria. Patients enrolled were treated with regularly scheduled NPWT dressing change and using
of a collagen scaffold. Patients were followed until healing, with visual representations of wound
progression and time to full healing recorded. Both applications of these therapies appeared to
accelerate the wound healing by clearing degenerative fibrous tissue and expediting wound
granulation without additional complication. Some of the patients were healed partially and plastic
surgery techniques were applied. Use of collagen scaffolds in conjunction with negative pressure
wound therapy in the care of complex wounds is a reliable and effective method combining both the
new granular tissue formation capacity of the scaffold to hold osteoblasts. In our experience, we
have noticed that the patients benefit greatly when collagen scaffolds is combined with NPWT. It is
our belief that this combination therapy combines the molecular clearing of non-viable collagen
with the wound granulation necessary to advance complex wounds in healing
Theoretical analysis of the dynamics of a nacelle drive system in order to optimize the system energy
The paper presents the hydraulic system for the operation of a lifting platform in two constructive variants. One of the drive schemes is with energy recovery. A hydraulic, energy and economic analysis is performed for the two proposed drive schemes using the numerical simulation technique. The conclusions are useful in design and exploitation. The platform can be used for various applications in agricultural farms or construction
