Concordato in continuità ed omologa su approvazione della classe minoritaria svantaggiata nel Codice della crisi CCII

    No full text
The crisis of the par condicio creditorum accentuated by the increase of new privileges to the detriment of unsecured creditors accompanies the application of the new value distribution rules in the CCII concordat in continuity. The composition agreement in continuity is approved if approved by all classes, but failing that even if approved by only one class of creditors who would be at least partially satisfied by respecting the legal rules of graduation

Crisi dell’impresa e riparto fra i creditori dei costi della sostenibilità

The downsizing and relativization of the interest of creditors, which can no longer be considered the leading and almost absolute interest of insolvency proceedings, allows new interests and consequent obligations aimed at achieving the social and environmental sustainability of the enterprise to enter also into the procedures for regulating the crisis and insolvency. Many provisions of the crisis code mark a significant change in perspective with respect to the range of interests protected and pursued in the resolution of business crises, opening a significant space, for example, for the consideration of the interests of employees. With the entry of the new obligations to achieve social and environmental sustainability of the business, new and significant burdens may be placed on creditors. These burdens will also be placed on credits that are assisted by a cause of pre-emption, except for labour credits, which are recognized as having absolute and mandatory protection

The coupling of RP-HPLC and ESI-MS in the study of small peptides and proteins secreted in vitro by human salivary glands that are soluble in acidic solution.

The aim of this study was the development of a method based on the coupling of RP-HPLC and ESI-MS for identifying and quantifying proteins and peptides secreted by human salivary glands in vitro. Salivary gland specimens, obtained from informed patients undergoing surgical resection, were incubated in an optimized medium. Incubation media of glandular specimens, selected on the basis of cytomorphological and ultrastructural analysis, were investigated by HPLC-MS. Several salivary peptides/proteins, previously recognized in human whole saliva, were searched for along the chromatogram by the selected ion monitoring (SIM) strategy. Analysis of the incubation media of parotid glands revealed the presence of basic PRPs PC, PD, PH, IB-1, II-2, and acidic PRP-1 and PRP-3 in all of the investigated samples. Basic PRPs PB and PA, acidic PRPs, and cystatins SN and S1 were detected in all of the incubation media of submandibular glands, whereas histatin 1 was detected in only one sample. Moreover, the method allowed detection of some post-translational derivatives of known salivary proteins, as well as of several previously unidentified small peptides. The present method represents a sensitive and powerful instrument to detect peptides and proteins secreted by human salivary glands in vitro

Electron microscopic immunogold localization of statherin in human minor salivary glands

In this study, which supplements a recent article on the localization of statherin in human major salivary glands, we investigated the intracellular distribution of this peptide in minor salivary glands by immunogold cytochemistry at the electron microscopy level. In the lingual serous glands of von Ebner, gold particles were found in serous granules of all secreting cells, indicating that statherin is released through granule exocytosis. In buccal and labial glands, mostly composed of mucous tubuli, statherin reactivity was detected in the serous element, which represents only a small population of the glandular parenchyma. In these serous cells, however, statherin labeling was absent in secretory granules and restricted to small cytoplasmic vesicles near or partially fused with granules. Vesicle labeling could be related to the occurrence of an alternative secretory pathway for statherin in buccal and labial glands
