    Peran Jaksa Terhadap Asset Recovery Dalam Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang

    Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upayaasset recovery di Indonesia dan bagaimana penanganan serta peran jaksa terhadap asset recovery dalam tindak pidana pencucian uang. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normative, maka dapat disimpulkan: 1. Perkembangan upaya asset recovery di Indonesia dimulai dengan adanya Peraturan Penguasa Perang Pusat No.PRT/PEPERPU/013/1958 dilanjutkan dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 1960, Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 1971, selain itu juga termuat dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara, Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 beserta Perubahannya, dan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010. Selain peraturan Perundang-undangan upaya asset recovery juga dilakukan dengan jalinan kerjasama antara Indonesia dengan StARInitiatives. Upaya penting lainnya yaitu dengan Mutual Legal Assitance untuk membantu asset recovery yang ada di luar negeri. Adapun langkah progresif yang diambil pemerintah Indonesia saat ini terkait dengan asset recovery yaitu adanya RUU Perampasan Aset. 2. Penanganan asset recovery dalam tindak pidana pencucian uang terbagi dalam lima tahapan penting. Asset recovery dalam tindak pidana pencucian uang juga diatur dalam Perma No. 1 Tahun 2013. Jaksa memiliki kewenangan dalam setiap tahapan asset recovery. Dalam KUHAP juga disebutkan tugas jaksa sebagai eksekutor putusan pengadilan. Pada perkembangannya kejaksaan membentuk Pusat Pemulihan Aset (PPA) untuk membantu penanganan asset recovery baik di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri

    FERMENTATION PERIOD EFFECT OF BANANA LEAF IN RATION ON BROILER FEED EFFICIENCY. This study was done to evaluate the fermentation period effect of banana leaf in ration on broiler feed efficiency. Animals used in this study were sixty broilers (Hubbard strain) at the age of three week old. Research was conducted using completely randomized design involving four treatments with five replications in each treatment. Treatments used were as follows: Ration containing banana leaf without fermentation (R0), Ration containing banana leaf fermented at five days (R1), Ration containing banana leaf fermented at ten days (R2), and Ration containing banana leaf fermented at fifteen days (R3). Data were analyzed by variance analysis. Significantly difference treatment effects on variable measures were tested using honestly significant difference (HSD). Variables measured were feed consumption, average daily gain, and feed efficiency. Results showed that that treatments had significantly difference (P<0,01) on feed consumption, average daily gain and feed efficiency. It can be concluded that ration containing banana leaf fermented at ten days produce the best feed efficiency of broilers. Keyword : Fermented banana leaf, feed efficiency, broile

    THE EFFECT OF PARTLY SUBSTITUTION OF DIET WITH WHITE CHINESE CABBAGE (Brasscia pekinensia L) WASTE PRODUCT ON BIOLOGICAL PERFORMANCE OF BROILER CHICKEN The present study was conducted to characterize the effect of white Chinese cabbage (Brasscia pekinensia L) waste product as an alternative feed source for broiler chicken.  The experiment was conducted at Faculty of Animal Husbandry’s experimetal station for 21 days using 60 MB-202 broiler chicken. The experiment was started at 21 days of age and terminated at 42 days of age. Birds were allocated to 20 experimental battery cage, 3 birds in each cage. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications was employed to analyze experimental data. Treatment diets were formulated as follow: R0 = 100% basal diet and 0% white Chinese cabbage waste product; R1 = 95% basal diet and 5% white Chinese cabbage waste product; R2 = 90% basal diet and 10% white Chinese cabbage waste product; R3 = 85% basal diet and 15% white Chinese cabbage waste product; and R4 = 80% basal diet and 20% white Chinese cabbage waste product. Parameters measured were: 1) daily feed consumption; 2) daily gain; and 3) feed conversion ratio (FCR). The results of the study during which feed consumption (138,09-141,57g), weight gain (64,95-68,53g), and feed conversion (2,07-2,12). The results showed that partly substitution (up to 20%) of basal diet with white Chinese cabbage waste product gave non significant (P &gt; 0.05) effect on feed consumption, daily gain, and feed conversion ratio (FCR) of broiler chicken. It can be concluded that white Chinese cabbage waste product can be used up to 20% feed gives good results on broiler performance.     ABSTRACTNITROGEN RETENTION AND METABOLIC ENERGY OF BROILER CHICKEN RATION USING SORGHUM MEAL (Sorghum bicolor (L). moench) AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR CORN. The aims of this study was to determine the value of Nitrogen Rretention (RN) and Nitrogen-Corrected Metabolic Energy (AMEn) rations using sorghum meal as a substitute for corn in broiler chickens. The study was carried out using 20 broiler strain Cobb aged six weeks consisting of six preliminary days and four days of data collection. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used which is consisting of five treatments and four replications. The treatments used are: R0 = substitute 100% corn or sorghum 0%, R1 = substitute 25% corn or sorghum 12.5%, R2 = substitute 50% corn or sorghum 25%, R3 = substitute 75% corn or sorghum 37.5%, and R4 = substitute 100% corn orsorghum 50%. The variables observed were the Nitrogen Retention value (RN) and Nitrogen Corrected Metabolic Energy (AMEn). Study showed that RN value of R0 (63.38%), R1 (65.69%), R2 (70.76%), R3 (70.77%), R4 (68.03%) and AMEn R0 (2417 , 14 Kkl / kg), R1 (2331.17 Kkl / kg), R2 (2157.87 Kkl / kg), R3 (2261.17 Kkl / kg) R4 (2290.02 Kkl / kg). he treatment gave no significant effect (P> 0.05) on RN value and AMEn. Based on this study it can be concluded that sorghum flour can replace corn to 100% or use 50% in broiler ration seen from the N retention value (68.03%) and AMEn value (2290.02 Kkl / kg).Keywords :     Broiler chicken, corn, metabolic energy, nitrogen retention, sorghu

    PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN MOLASES TERHADAP KUALITAS FISIK DAN KIMIA SILASE KULIT PISANG SEPATU (Mussa paradisiaca formatypica)

    EFFECT OF MOLASSES ADDITION ON PHYSICO-CHEMICAL QUALITY OF BANANA PEEL (mussa paradisiaca formatypica) SILAGE. Molasses had been used previously in animal feeds. The present study was conducted to determine physical and chemical composition as affected by the addition of molasses in ensiling process of banana peels. The study was conducted for four weeks at Department of Animal and feed Science Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, University of Sam Ratulangi, Manado. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) arranged by 4x3 factorial with three replications was employed for analysis of varians. The two factors consisted of : A factors (level of molasses addition) were: A0=0%; A1=2%; A2=4%; and A3=6%; and B factors (incubation time) were : B1 = 14 days ; B2 = 21 days; and B3 = 28 days. Tukey’s test was used to analysis treatment differents. Variables measured were : smell, texture, color protein(%) and gross energy (Kcal/kg). The result show that the addition of molasses in ensiling process of banana peels was positively (P0.05) of banana peels silage. The addition of molasses up to 6% with incubation time of 28 days gave an intermediate texture and brown color and these could be a good indication of a good or success ensiling process. The addition of molasses up to 6% with an incubation time of 21 days produced banana peels silage with protein content of 6,77% and addition of molasses up to 4% with incubation time 28 days gave gross energy of 4.390 kcal/kg. It can be concluded that addition of molasses up to 6% with incubation time 21 days produced good quality (physically and Chemically) of banana peels silage.     NITROGEN RETENTION AND METABOLIZABLE ENERGY OF MULBERRY (Morus alba) FRESH LEAVES IN DIET OF BROILERS. The study was determine to evaluate the effect of Mulberry (Morus alba) fresh leaves in diet on nitrogen retention and metabolizable energy corrected for nitrogen of broilers. A total of 20 birds at age of 6 weeks old were used for 7 days of preliminary period and 3 days of data collection period using a completely randomized design with four treatments and five replications. The dietary treatment was including levels of 0, 2, 4, and 6% of fressh mulberry leaves in the diets. The variables were nitrogen retention (NR) and metabolizable energy corrected for nitrogen (AMEn). Results showed that there were significant differences (P˂0.05) among treatments for NR and highly significant differences (P˂0.01) among treatments for AMEn. Analysis of variance for NR showed that there was no significant difference between R0 (89.81%) and R1 (85.97%) of diets. Similarly, there was no significant difference between R1 (85.97), R2 (84.51%) and R3 (84.09%) of diets. The values of AMEn showed that R0 diet had significant difference with those of R1 (3517.80 Kcal/Kg), R2 (3451.73 Kcal/Kg) and R3 (3360.90 Kcal/Kg). However, between R1, R2, and R3 had no significant differences. The results suggested the experiments of mulberry fresh leaves in level up to 6% can be used as an alternatives feedstuff of broiler diet based on nitrogen retention and metabolizable energy corrected for nitrogen.     NITROGEN RETENTION AND METABOLIC ENERGY BROILER RATIONS CONTAINING SILAGE KEPOK BANANA PEEL MEAL. Banana peel is a potential waste used as feed because their numbers are abundant and have the nutrients needed livestock. This study aims to determine the value of nitrogen retention (NR) and nitrogen corrected metabolizable energy value (AMEN) broiler ration containing silage kepok flour banana peel. This study involved 20 birds of broiler strains of Cobb at 6 weeks old. The completely randomized design was applied using four treatments and five replications for each treatment. The treatments were assigned into ration of 55 % corn without peel silage of kepok banana (R0), ration of 46.75% corn with 8.25% peel silage of kepok banana (R1), ration of 38.5% corn with 16.5% peel silage of kepok banana (R2), ration of 30.25% corn with 24.75% peel silage of kepok banana (R3). Variables measured were including nitrogen retention (NR) and nitrogen adjusted metabolic energy (AMEn). Results of analysis of variance showed that treatment significantly different (P <0.05) on nitrogen retention value and highly significant (P <0.01) against the value AMEn. Based on this study it can be concluded that the banana peel silage kepok flour (Musa paradisiaca formatypica)   can be used as one of alternative feed ingredients in the ration of broiler replace up to 30% corn 16.5% in the ration seen from Value Retention N (69.68%) while viewed from the AMEn (2924.92 kcal/kg) reimbursement to 15% or 8.25% in the ration. Key word: Kepok banana peel silage, N retention, metabolizable energy, broilers

    PENGGUNAAN TEPUNG LIMBAH PENGALENGAN IKAN DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP KUALITAS KARKAS BROILER

    USE OF WASTE CANNING MEAL IN THE QUALITY OF CARCASS BROILER RATION. A research evaluating the effects of the utilization of fish meal based on canned fish waste product of fish processing plant in Bitung, Nort Sulawesi. This research used 60 broiler day old chick. The research had been conducted for 42 days. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) will 4 treatments and 5 replications was used the treatments were sereal level of canned fish waste product :R1 = 8%, R2 = 10%, R3 = 12%, R4 ­= 14%. Variables measured was carcass quality crusisting of carcass percentage, abdominal fat percentage, and liver percentage. The results showed that there were no significant differences (P>0.05) on carcass percentage (71,13-72,90%) and liver percentage (1,82-2,22%); Howerer there was significant differences (P<0.05) on abdominal fat. Honestly significant difference (HSD) test  thormed that abdominal fat percentage of broiler fed 8% fish canned fish by product (3,27%) was significanly (P<0.05) higher than broiler fed 10% (2,76%) and 12% (2,75%), there was no significant difference between R2 and R3, However significantly higher than broiler fed 14% canned fish by product (1,84%). It can be concluded that the utilization of canned fish meal by product up to 14% in the ration can produce a good quality carcass.   Key words: Fish meal, canned fish by product, carcass qualit
