Tanulmányunkban a frissdiplomások munkaerőpiaci elhelyezkedésének nehézségeit, lehetőségeit kívánjuk részletesen feltárni, megvizsgálni. A felmérés elkészítéséhez a Debreceni Egyetemen végzett egészségügyi ápolók körében végeztünk adatgyűjtéseket. Elsődleges célunk a megszerzett végzettség hasznosságának mérése, azaz, a vizsgálat alanyai milyen mértékben tudtak a megszerzett szakképpesítésnek megfelelő munkakört betölteni. A feltevéseinket statisztikai módszerekkel igyekeztünk alátámasztani

Dilemmas in the legal treatment of the status of people living with disabilities

    Get PDF
"The legal treatment of disability affairs carries in itself an inherent contradiction due to the nature of modern society and free-market economy. On the one hand both the historically developed notions of essentialism and on the other the particular-functional definition of manhood drawing its roots from the established democratic order and market economics are present simultaneously. However, within the current order of things there is an unbridgeable divide between them. Nevertheless, with the progression of time there is a slow gradual shift discernible away from the functional definition with the parallel strengthening of the essentialist approach. This shift is further exaggerated by the more widespread acceptance of the rights of self-determination and the provision of opportunities for the disabled, the emergence of social self-determination in case of a population subgroup living under special conditions. For the proper interpretation of the currents in the evolution of legal treatment of disabled people it would be indispensable to institute a proper social-discourse analysis, which, however, exceeds in scope its narrowly defined task.

Signaling components in the cold stress response of barley

    Get PDF
As a consequence of climate change, occurrence of erratic weather conditions is increased generating temperature, drought or osmotic stress for cereals and other cultivated plants causing significant loss of production and decrease of yield. This phenomenon intensified the need for enhanced abiotic stress tolerance in cereals. To improve the adaptation ability of the crop plants, it is very important to understand how these plants are able to percept environmental signals and how these signals are converted to molecular response in the plants. Thus, the investigation of the major signal transduction mechanisms and identification of signaling components involved in abiotic stress tolerance is very important not only in model organisms, but in cultivated plants as well. In the present work components of the phospholipid signaling were identified and investigated in barley and their influence on the cold response was also studied. In details, a phosphatidylinositol transfer protein and a phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase were identified in barley using homology search and their biochemical and cell biological characterization was performed. Moreover, the role of this signaling pathway in the cold regulation of the CBF transcription factors was also studied

Evaporation of liquids from porous films : methodology and analytical possibilities

    Get PDF
The evaporation of liquids from porous films is a very complex phenomenon, which can be followed by simultaneous weight monitoring, electric resistance measurement and infrared imaging. The appropriate evaluation of these measurement results can carry both quantitative and qualitative analytical information. The aim of our recent work is to demonstrate this opportunity through the example of the evaporation of simple solvents from the porous buckypaper prepared from carbon nanotubes
