Perilaku Struktur Baja Tipe Mrf Dengan Beban Lateral Berdasarkan Sni 1726-2012 Dan Metode Performance Based Plastic Design (Pbpd)
Struktur rangka baja pemikul momen merupakan jenis struktur baja tahan gempa yang populer digunakan. Daktilitas struktur yang tinggi merupakan salah satu keunggulan struktur ini, sehingga mampu menahan deformasi inelastik yang besar. Dalam desain, penggunaan metode desain elastis berupa evaluasi non-linear static (Pushover analysis) maupun evaluasi non-linear analisis (Time History Analysis) masih digunakan sebagai dasar perencanaan meskipun perilaku struktur sebenarnya saat kondisi inelastik tidak dapat digambarkan dengan baik. Metode Performance-Based Plastic Design (PBPD) berkembang untuk melihat perilaku struktur sebenarnya dengan cara menetapkan terlebih dahulu simpangan dan mekanisme leleh struktur sehingga gaya geser dasar yang digunakan adalah sama dengan USAha yang dibutuhkan untuk mendorong struktur hingga tercapai simpangan yang telah direncanakan. Studi dilakukan terhadap struktur baja 5 lantai yang diberi beban gempa berdasarkan SNI 1726, 2012 dan berdasarkan metode PBPD. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa struktur yang diberi gaya gempa berdasarkan metode PBPD mencapai simpangan maksimum sesuai simpangan rencana dan kinerja struktur yang dihasilkan lebih baik
Online Moodle Sebagai E-Learning Bagi Siswa SMK Peserta Praktek Kerja Industri
This study aims to integrate ICT by designing and applying online moodle as an e-learning material for class XII TKR.B students of SMK Negeri 1 Purworejo who undergo On Job Training for three months. In developing the e-learning, researchers use Research and Development method and ADDIE instructional design. Result of this study is the design and implementation of moodle as online learning media for OJT students. Teachers can upload learning modules and provide a test to determine the extent of students' understanding of material provided by the module. Online moodle can be accessed by students anytime and anywhere, either from mobile phone or internet cafes. All facilities provided in online moodle can easily be used as a medium of distance learning
Studi Aplikasi Distribution Resource Planning dalam Pendistribusian Produk Mi Instan pada PT. “X” di Tanjung Morawa
PT. “X” merupakan Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri pembuatan mi instan. PT. “X” memiliki rantai distribusi dari central supply facilities (CSF) di Tanjung Morawa ke distribution center (DC) yang berada di Banda Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Pematang Siantar, Pekanbaru, Padang, dan Palembang. Proses pendistribusian pada PT. “X” mengalami kendala dalam proyeksi permintaan pada masing-masing distribution center (DC) pada masa yang akan datang sebab masih cenderung menggunakan metode trial dan error. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya keterlambatan pengiriman dan kekurangan jumlah produk pada distribution center sehingga tidak terpenuhinya permintaan pelanggan. Penyelesaian permasalahan pendistribusian dilakukan dengan melakukan peramalan data permintaan pada setiap DC, melakukan perhitungan order quantity, perhitungan frekuensi pemesanan, perhitungan safety stock, dan penyusunan DRP Worksheet. Metode DRP memberikan aliran produk dari central supply facilities (CSF) ke setiap DC pada waktu dan jumlah yang sudah terintegrasi, sehingga dapat menjaga kelancaran pengiriman barang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan serta meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan melalui perencanaan pendiristribusian yang memproyeksikan kebutuhan yang akan datang sehingga dapat mengurangi stock out. Penggunaan distribution resource planning (DRP) menyebabkan penurunan frekuensi jumlah pemesanan dari 242 pemesanan menjadi 177 pemesanan dengan persentasi penurunan sebesar 26,86%. Perhitungan safety stock dilakukan sebagai acuan pemesanan kembali pada masing-masing distribution center. Hasil perhitungan safety stock untuk masing-masing distribution center adalah 338 kotak pada distribution center Banda Aceh, 1.219 kotak untuk distribution center Lhokseumawe, 125 kotak untuk distribution center Pematang Siantar, 14 kotak untuk distribution center Pekanbaru, 508 kotak untuk distribution center Padang, 671 kotak untuk distribution center Palembang

Monitoring is an activity to monitor or observe something. Many devices are mostly made in a static or stationary models, so that the monitoring process will be limited. We develop a device that can monitor with a higher mobility or switch positions according to the desired position. Therefore, as the rapid technological developments in the telecommunications sector, we create a monitoring system that has better mobility and user friendly. The control system of SIMORI is based on Android so many people can develop this device and make a better application in monitoring system
Kajian Kesiapan Implementasi Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (Mmt) pada PT. Xyz Berdasarkan European Foundation Quality For Management (Efqm)
PT. XYZ is the manufacturing industry that is engaged in the processing of kitchen utensils. But in running its business, the company is still often face problems relating to the quality of product defects that eventually resulted in the number of requests could not be met. To address the problem of the quality of this, companies need to implement Total Quality Management (TQM). However, need to be examined in advance of accession the application of quality management positions in the company based on European Foundation Quality for Management (EFQM) model. The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of each variable in EFQM in order to determine the company's readiness to implement TQM. A method of analysis in this research is path analysis. Its purpose to explain direct effect and indirect effect from exogenous variable to endogenous variablein EFQM model. The result showed that variable of EFQM, which need to be improved is strategy and planning on process of 14.3%. Effort which need to do by the company to improve the effect of strategy and planning on process are making training knowledge about company's strategy and rules, personal approchment to the employee, and controlling the strategy and rules. Overall, the total score based on self assessment is 787.637 or approximately 78.76%, which indicates that the company is in great shape ready to implement TQM

The use of official vehicles at the Regional Secretariat of Nias District from the administrative observation is viewed as the barometer to be followed by other agencies under the Nias District Government. The use of official vehicles is not in line with the official report because of lack of supervision by the state/regional-owned property management. The official vehicles used by the regional head, regional secretary, agency head, section head, and sections under the Regional Work Unit in the Regional Secretariat of Nias District are provided to aid and support their performances in carrying out their duties and work. The provision of license of official vehicles in the Regional Secretariat of Nias District was found out to be complicated and was inefficient, particularly on the application process for using the official vehicles for the applicants (Civil Servants) because there were so many approvals to get the license to use the official vehicles from the administrative structure of the organization in the Regional Secretariat of Nias District
