Effect of Different Types of Denture Cleansers on Hardliner Surface Roughness
Introduction: Hard liner is a denture relining material which can be used directly at the chairside in brief time. The characteristic of the hardliner is its susceptibility towards porosity which consequently resulting biofilm accumulation and Candida albicans colonization. Thus, there is a need for denture cleaning. Alkaline peroxide is a type of denture cleanser which is widely used, but it could affect the physical properties of hard liner. One of the traditional ingredients that have the potential to be used as an alternative to denture cleanser is cinnamon. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different types of denture cleansers on the surface roughness of hard liner. Method: Twelve cylindrical hard liner specimens (15mm x 10mm, ASTM: D-2240 64T) were divided into three groups: group I (immersed in distilled water), group II (immersed in alkaline peroxide) and group III (immersed in 1.5% extract cinnamon). All specimens were soaked for 15 minutes/day for 7 days. Surface roughness was measured using surface roughness tester (Handysurf E-MC-S24B Japan). Data were analysed using one-way ANOVA and post hoc Bonferroni (α=0.05). Results: The highest average of surface roughness was shown on specimens immersed in alkaline peroxide, followed by specimens immersed in 1.5% cinnamon extract and distilled water, respectively. There were a significant difference in surface roughness values in all groups (p<0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of type of denture cleanser on the surface hardness of hard liner
Hubungan Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Make A Match Pada Minat Belajar Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di MTS Negeri 28 Jakarta
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan dengan Penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Pada Minat Belajar Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di MTS Negeri 28 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTS Negeri 28 Jakarta pada siswa kelas VIII Semester 1 Tahun Ajaran 2019 – 2020, yang dimulai pada bulan September 2019.
Metode penelitian yuang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Korelasional, penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui ada-tidaknya hubungan antara dua atau beberapa variabel pada suatu studi kelompok subjek.
Instrument yang digunakan adalah Angket , Instrumen penelitian ini berupa sistem angket yang berisi butir-butir pernyataan dan pertanyaan untuk diberi tanggapan oleh subjek penelitian. Pengembangan instumen disusun berdasarkan atas deskripsi teoritik yang telah disusun sebelumnya, kemudian dijabarkan ke dalam butir-butir pertanyaan. Skala pengukuran instrumen menggunakan model skala bertingkat (model skala Likert) dengan empat alternatif jawaban, dengan bobot nilai 1, 2, 3, dan 4.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh terdapat Hubungan dengan Penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Pada Minat Belajar Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di MTS Negeri 28 Jakarta. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai r hitung sebesar 0,000, sedangkan harga r tabel sebesar 0,2782 pada taraf siginifikasi 5%. Jadi harga r hitung lebih kecil dari harga r tabel sehingga hubungannya positif dan signifikan. Hal ini berarti Model Pembelajaran Make A Match memberikan dampak positif secara signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa.
Pada hasil penelitian di atas, menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif secara signifikan antara model pembelajaran make a match dengan minat belajar siswa . Kemungkinan ini dapat terjadi karena model pembelajaran make a match yang dicapai siswa tinggi sehingga dapat menyebabkan hubungan minat belajar siswa. Maka, peneltian ini dapat membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Model Pembelajaran Make A Match dengan Minat Belajar Siswa.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the Make A Match type of cooperative learning model with student learning outcomes in Arabic learning at MTS Negeri 28 Jakarta. This research was conducted at MTS Negeri 28 Jakarta in class VIII students in Semester 2, Academic Year 2019 - 2020, which began in June 2020.
The research method used in this study is the Correlational method, research that is intended to determine whether there is a relationship between two or several variables in a subject group study.
The instrument used was the Questionnaire. This research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire system that contained items of statements and questions to be given a response by the research subjects. The development of the instrument is arranged based on the theoretical description that has been compiled before, then translated into question items. The measurement scale of the instrument uses a multilevel scale model (Likert scale model) with four alternative answers, weighing 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Based on the results of this study, there is a relationship between the Make a Match Type Cooperative Learning Model and Student Learning Interest in Arabic Language Learning at MTS Negeri 28 Jakarta. This is indicated by the calculated r value of 0,000, while the r table price of 0.2782 at the 5% significance level So the calculated r value is smaller than the r table price so that the relationship is positive and significant. This means that the Make A Match Learning Model has a significant positive impact on Student Learning Interests.
The results of the research above indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between the make a match learning model and students' interest in learning. This possibility can occur because the make a match learning model achieved by students is high so that it can lead to a relationship between student interest in learning. So, this research can prove that there is a significant positive relationship between the Make A Match Learning Model and Student Learning Interests
Strategi membangun customer loyalty di era e-marketing dalam upaya mempertahankan pelanggan: Studi pada PT. Garuda Indonesia

Perkembangan internet dan teknologi (IT) yang demikian pesat sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan dunia bisnis. IT memberikan peluang baru bagi para pelaku bisnis. Hal ini, membuat setiap perusahaan menginginkan produknya dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Perkembangan information and Communication Technology (ICT) khususnya e-commerce menyebabkan strategi bisnis maupun penjualan sebagai ujung tombak semua bisnis menjadi semakin mengarah kepada penguasaan dan penggunaan teknologi. Hal ini berakibat banyak konsumen yang beralih pada belanja online. Hal ini juga berdampak pada bisnis penerbangan. Banyak industri yang beralih ke internet untuk memasarkan jasanya, termasuk industri penerbangan. E-commerce memimpin industri penerbangan untuk menjelajah ke elektronik ticketing atau e-ticketing. E-ticketing saat ini telah diterapkan oleh berbagai maskapai penerbangan. Bentuk persaingan yang terjadi karena banyaknya maskapai yang telah menerapkan e-marketing sebagai penyempurnaan kualitas pelayanan menjadikan Garuda Indonesia merasa tersaingi. Sehingga Garuda Indonesia dituntut untuk terus mempertahankan pelanggannya di tengah era persaingan berbasis e-marketing saat ini.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi membangun dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan Garuda Indonesia. Paradigma penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara, survei dan observasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi Garuda Indonesia untuk membangun dan mmpertahankan pelanggan adalah dengan program loyalitas berupa adanya kartu GarudaMiles/GFF yang dapat memberikan banyak keuntungan dan kemudahan bagi pelanggan yang beranggotakan kartu tersebut. Selain itu, dalam mempertahankan pelanggan, Garuda Indonesia terus berfokus pada segmen pasarnya yang middle class, sehingga Garuda Indonesia sangat mengoptimalkan full service yang mana tidak dimiliki oleh maskapai lain. Sehingga banyak pelanggan yang mengakui loyal kepada Garuda Indonesia karena pertahanan full service yang diberikan oleh Garuda Indonesia.

The development of the Internet and technology (IT) so rapidly that influence the development of the business world. IT provides new opportunities for businesses. This, every company wants to make its products known by the public. The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), especially the e-commerce business and sales lead strategy as the spearhead of all businesses become increasingly lead to the acquisition and use of technology. This resulted in many consumers are turning to online shopping. It is also an impact on the airline business. Many industries are turning to the internet to market their services, including the aviation industry. E-commerce leads the aviation industry to venture into electronic ticketing or e-ticketing. E-ticketing is now implemented by various airlines. Form of competition that occurs because of the many airlines that have implemented e-marketing as the improvement of service quality makes Garuda Indonesia was unrivaled. So that Garuda Indonesia is required to continue to maintain its customers in the era of competition based e-marketing today.
The purpose of this study was to determine how the strategy to build and maintain customer loyalty Garuda Indonesia. The paradigm of this research is descriptive qualitative research and kauntitatif. The research data was obtained by conducting interviews, surveys and observations.
The results of this study indicate that the strategy to build up and Garuda Indonesia mmpertahankan customer loyalty program is the presence of a card GarudaMiles/GFF which can provide many advantages and convenience for customers who composed the card. Moreover, in keeping customers, Garuda Indonesia continues to focus on the middle class market segment, thus optimizing Garuda Indonesia is a full service which is not owned by another carrier. So many loyal customers who admits to Garuda Indonesia for defense full service provided by Garuda Indonesia
PERENCANAAN PENERAPAN SISTEM DRAINASE BERWAWASAN LINGKUNGAN (EKO-DRAINASE) DI KAWASAN KEC. TALLO
Drainase perkotaan merupakan sarana atau prasarana yang ada di perkotaan yang berfungsi untuk mengalirkan air hujan dari suatu tempat ke tempat yang lain. Untuk menciptakan daerah kawasan layanan yang aman terhadap genangan air, konsep perencanaan bangunan berwawasan lingkungan perlu di perhatikan. Salah satu Kawasan yang sering terjadinya banjir yaitu di Kelurahan Ujung Pandang Baru Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar walaupun beberapa upaya penanganan sering dilakukan karena padatnya penduduk warga dan kurangnya daerah resapan menyebabkan drainase tidak mampu menampung air yang berlebihan pada saat musim hujan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kondisi saluran drainase yang ada di wilayah ini memerlukan rehabilitasi atau perbaikan yang berwawasan lingkungan, karena masih ada saluran yang tidak berfungsi untuk mengalirkan air limpah maupun limpasan air hujan. Perencanaan pengembangan sistem drainase yang berwawasan lingkungan yang direkomendasikan yaitu penerapan metode bioretensi dengan dimensi 2 m × 23,55 m × 1,5 m dengan kapasitas 0,460 m3/detik > 0,138 m3/detik (Q genangan). Sehingga metode bioretensi ini mampu menampung air limpasan yang terjadi
3D Dentobox (Dental Explosion Box 3D) as education media for children caries prevention
Introduction: The most common dental and oral health problem in the world is dental caries. In Indonesia, as many as 89% of children under 12 years old suffered from dental and oral disease. Lack of dental knowledge and awareness can be overcome by conducting intensive dental and health education to the community. 3D Dentobox is a simple three-dimensional game designed to deliver dental and oral health messages, including dental hygiene, ways to overcome dental health problems and some dental games. 3D Dentobox is an educational media prevention of caries in children. Methods: The method used was Quasi experiment with the type of pretest and posttest control group design. The sample of this study was 30 children aged 9-12 years old. The research subjects filled out a questionnaire containing information on the level of knowledge, attitudes, and actions in caries prevention efforts followed by outreaching to the media and 3D props Dentobox and was given back the same questionnaire to be filled. Data were collected and evaluated using Guttman scale and was analyzed by paired T test. Results: The results showed that the average level of knowledge, changing attitudes, and actions before and after use 3D Dentobox increased significantly (p<0.05). Conclusion: 3D Dentobox can be used as a media of education to prevent dental caries in children
