This study describe about the maintain social capital in community vespa uvorable Pekanbaru. Maintaining social capital in the community can be seen through some of the indicators of which is the notion of social capital, social capital in a community, the elements of social capital, the norm in social capital and social networks.The study population was a member of the community joined in uvorable vespa motorcycle community in Pekanbaru. Sampling method used in this study is proportionate stratified sampling techniques and data analysis used is descriptive and qualitative analysis.Data was collected by using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The theory used is the Social Group Theory and Theory of Social Capital. This study aims to determine the history of the formation of uvorable vespa community, to know what their purpose in forming a community of Vespa unvorable well as to determine the existence of a community of Vespa uvorable Results from this study is that the members of the community joined in Pekanbaru uvorable vespa community have one thought and one purpose the same that they vespa motor fans and they do not want the motor vespa they use now become old items no longer used because of the rapid developments in automotive technology. Penerapan Metode Qudwah Dalam Pembelajaran Akhlak

Learning morals in schools is an effort to improve and develop the morals of students in order to have noble morals. Given that morals are not easy to learn by using any learning method, the researcher tries to explain the effectiveness of the application of exemplary methods (qudwah) in moral learning and the impact that accompanies it. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques sourced from research books and journals that are focused on research topics. The results showed that the application of exemplary methods in moral learning is an effective alternative in the moral development of students and the application of this method is a separate driving force for educators to continue to strive to be better in order to improve the quality of moral education, in order to be able to answer the challenges of the times in religious life. , nation and state. Respons Keitt Mangga Buah Terhadap Penggunaan Sun- Blok Untuk Mencegah Cedera Sunburn [Response Keitt Mango Fruit of the Use of Sun-block to Prevent Injury Injury Sunburn]

Keitt mangga (Mangifera indica) pohon disemprot dengan tiga bahan kaolin, magnesium karbonat, dan calamine pada tiga konsentrasi (3, 4, dan 5)% masing-masing untuk mencegah cedera dari sengatan matahari pada buah-buah mangga yang menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi. Semua perawatan yang diterapkan sekali selama musim dua musim panas dalam penelitian ini dan ketiga bahan semprot tersebut dibandingkan dengan kontrol (penyemprotan air saja) untuk mempelajari efek ketiga bahan semprot tersebut terhadap keterbakaran oleh matahari sehingga mengakibatkan penurunan prosentase buah, hasil, dan kualitas buah mangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyemprotan kaolin atau magnesium karbonat 5% memiliki efek positif pada pengurangan daerah kulit yang terbakar sinar matahari dan penurunan prosentase buah. Efek ini jelas terdeteksi dengan kaolin diikuti oleh magnesium karbonat pada kondisi penelitian yang dilakukan

KEPUASAN KARIR: DAMPAK DARI KARIR ORGANISASIONAL

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kebutuhan karyawan terhadap kepuasan karirnya, dimana kepuasan karir dapat dipengaruhi oleh karir organisasional dan didukung oleh organisasi tempat karyawan tersebut bekerja.Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perawat pada Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana.Temuan – Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah karir organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan karir karyawan.Keterbatasan penelitian – Pada penelitian ini kepuasan karir hanya menjadi satu variabel bebas yang terdiri dari beberapa dimensi. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, dimensi-dimensi dari kepuasan karir tersebut dapat dijadikan variabel bebas.Originality/value – Fokus penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan karir perawat di rumah sakit, sedangkan penelitian sebelumnya lebih banyak membahas mengenai pengembangan karir perawat.Keywords: Karir Organisasional, Pengembangan Karir, Kepuasan Karir

ANALISA PERBANDINGAN HAMMER TEST DAN COMPRESSION TESTING MACHINE TERHADAP UJI KUAT TEKAN BETON

Beton merupakan salah satu bahan konstruksi yang telah umum digunakan untuk bangunan gedung, jalan, maupun jembatan,  dan terbuat dari hasil kombinasi antara agregat dan pengikat semen. Seringnya pemeriksaan uji kuat tekan beton di lapangan menggunakan metode non destructive test yang bersifat tidak merusak dengan menggunakan alat hammer karena relatif lebih efisien dari pada harus mengambil sampel beton dan dibawa untuk uji lab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perbandingan antara hammer test dan compression testing machine terhadap uji kuat tekan beton agar dapat menghasilkan kekuatan beton sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Pada penelitian ini benda uji yang digunakan berupa beton berbentuk silinder dengan diameter 150 mm dan tinggi 300 mm, dengan total benda uji sebanyak 15 benda uji. Pengecoran dilakukan 3 gelombang per 5 benda uji untuk uji tekan dan modulus elastisitas hari 28. Dari hasi penelitian didapatkan nilai R2 = 0.0415 yang menunjukan arti bahwa determinasi atau faktor hubungan dari hammer test dan compression test adalah sebesar 4,15%

ANALYZING THE RELIGIOUS PRACTICES AMONG THE ELECTRICAL MOTOR INSTALLATION DEPARTMENT STUDENTS IN SMKN 2 PEURELAK ACEH TIMUR

Education is a conscious effort to create a learning process atmosphere which students actively develop their potential. Religious value education is very closely with humans’ character. The aim of the study was to assess the implementation of religious practice in the SMKN 2 Peurelak. The design of the study is kind of Pre-Experimental design with qualitative approach. The experiment class used was an Electrical Motor Installation Department, class X, XI, and XII. However, for the interview needed, the participants involved were four students from different classes and two teachers. The instrument used in the study was a set of the interview protocol. This qualitative method would be analyzed by encoding the respondents’ initials and their transcripts. The transcript will be analyzed by identifying emerging themes. The finding result showed that the students sensed their spirit and motivation were increased after the implementation of religious activities in their school. They asserted feeling calm in heart, more concentrated on studying and well-disciplined between learning and play
