PELAYANAN KESEHATAN IBU DAN ANAK PADA PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN TEUNOM KABUPATEN ACEH JAYA
In an implementation carried out in the Mother and Child Health Service Description at the Puskesmas Teunom of Aceh Jaya District, to improve the good service it is necessary to do the motivation of health workers, as part of the health service development process that will be given to the community in Aceh Jaya District in health services, especially patients where in a service implementation in providing the best for quality improvement of health personnel is also very important, as for the formulation in this research is (1). How is a Health Care Officer at Teunom Health Center of Aceh Jaya District? (2). How is mother and child at Puskesmas Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya? In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with informant selection done purposively (purposive sampling) on the type and source of data needed. Data collection techniques use (1). Observation (2). Interview (3) Documentation, then analysis is done interactively, while technical process of data analysis in this research is analysis by using interactive model through 3 (three) analysis component, that is data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusion. The informants of the research include Head of Puskesmas Teunom of Aceh Jaya Regency, sub-department of administration, service, support, general practitioner, nurse staff, pharmacy staff, midwife as well as personnel in the research service room showed that (1). The description of Maternal and Child Health Services is not suitable as expected by the organization due to the low level of education. (2). Health workers are less motivated due to lack of consumables and incomplete tools. The conclusion of this research Puskesmas Teunom management tried to motivate health service at Puskesmas Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. However, in the process of providing good and optimal service for the people who are located in Puskesmas Teunom of Aceh Jaya District, in improving an optimal service or performance, motivating health personnel and having an ideal organization at Puskesmas Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya is very important in improving health society especially to mother and childDalam suatu pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam Gambaran Pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak pada Puskesmas Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya, untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang baik maka perlu di lakukan motivasi tenaga kesehatan, sebagai bagian dalam proses peningakatan pelayanan kesehatan yang akan di berikan kepada masyarakat di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya dalam pelayanan kesehatan khususnya pasien dimana dalam suatu pelaksanaan pelayanan dalam memberikan yang terbaik untuk peningkatan kualitas tenaga kesehatan juga sangatlah penting, adapun Rumusan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1). Bagaimana Pelayanan kesehatan pada Puskesmas Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya? (2). Bagaimana ibu dan anak pada Puskesmas Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya? Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan sengaja (purposive sampling) pada jenis dan sumber data yang diperlukan. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan (1). Observasi (2). Wawancara (3) Dokumentasi, selanjutnya analisis dilakukan secara interaktif, sedangkan proses teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dengan mengunakan model interaktif melalui 3 (tiga) komponen analisis, yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun informan penelitian antara lain Kepala Puskesmas Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya, Kasub.bag tata usaha, kasi pelayanan, kasi penunjang, dokter umum, tenaga perawat, tenaga farmasi, tenaga kebidanana serta tenaga yang bertugas diruang pelayanan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Gambaran Pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak belum sesuai seperti yang diharapkan organisasi dikarenakan tingkat pendidikan yang masih rendah. (2). Tenaga kesehatan kurang termotivasi dikarenakan masih kurang barang habis pakai dan alat yang belum lengkap. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini manajemen Puskesmas Teunom berupaya memotivasi Pelayanan kesehatan pada Puskesmas Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Namun demikian dalam proses memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan optimal bagi masyarakat yang berada pada Puskesmas Teunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya, dalam meningkatkan suatu pelayanan atau kinerja yang optimal maka memotivasikan tenaga kesehatan dan memiliki organisasi yang ideal pada PuskesmasTeunom Kabupaten Aceh Jaya sangat lah penting dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat khususnya terhadap Ibu dan Anak
PEMBINAAN PENDIDIKAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN AGAMA BAGI SANTRI PADA DAYAH DARUL ULUM TANOH MIRAH: (Implementasi Qanun Nomor 5 Tahun 2008 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan)
Dayah Darul Ulum Tanoh Mirah Bireuen housed a very strategic place their children in order to gain knowledge of pure religion of Islam. However, in the provision of education and learning not fully in accordance with the Qanun No. 5 of 2008 concerning the provision of education, this can be seen from the increase in the number of students is not significant, the number of teachers who detachment from boarding the famous example of Egypt did not exist at all. Thus, the addition of the religious knowledge of the students is only about the science teachers who are already there. Likewise, the addition of supporting educational facilities is not so prominent. Absorption technology is also not reliable in this dayah, which resulted in a lot of students do not get a new technology that can support the knowledge of the students. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the coaching education and any supporting factors and obstacles to the development of education and learning to improve the religious knowledge for students at Darul Ulum Islamic boarding school Tanoh Mirah Bireuen. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection through interviews, documentation and observation. Mechanical examination of the validity of data using four criteria. The research found that coaching education and learning in Darul Ulum Islamic boarding school environment Tanoh Mirah is done in the classroom and coaching outside of formal learning. Pattern formation is done during the learning process is handled by teaching part, the head of the education unit, and the entire teaching staff. Guidance so that learners do not commit violations, demanding headmaster / principal and pro-active Gure on learners. From the results of this study concluded that the development of education and learning to improve the religious knowledge for students at Darul Ulum Islamic boarding school Tanoh Bireuen Mirah performed does not fully comply Qanun No. 5 of 2008 due to lack of funds and infrastructure

PENINGKATAN KINERJA ANGGOTA POLRI RESERSE KRIMINAL (RESKRIM) POLISI SEKTOR (POLSEK) KRUENG RAYA TERHADAP PENANGGULANGAN KRIMINALITAS
Anggota Polri dalam menangani kriminalitas yang terjadi dalam masyarakat belum secara terutama kemampuan dalam bidang keahlian penyelesaian tindak kriminalitas. Di samping itu pula, anggota Polri juga belum memadainya kemampuan manusia manusiawi terutama dalam bentuk pengalaman kerja. Rumusan masalah adalah kemampuan anggota Polri Reskrim Polsek Krueng Raya dalam menanggulangi kriminalitas pada Polsek Krueng Raya? motivasi anggota Polri Reskrim Polsek Krueng Raya dalam menanggulangi kriminalitas pada Polsek Krueng Raya?. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan kemampuan anggota Polri Reskrim Polsek Krueng Raya dalam menanggulangi kriminalitas pada Polsek Krueng Raya dan mendeskripsikan motivasi anggota Polri Reskrim Polsek Krueng Raya dalam menanggulangi kriminalitas pada Polsek Krueng Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan informan 5 orang ditetapkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan interview. Adapun analisis data digunakan teknik interaktif miles dan huberman dengan empat langkah yaitu reduksi, sajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Kemampuan anggota Polri dalam mengatasi terjadinya kriminalitas di kalangan masyarakat masih belum sepenuhnya berhasil dengan baik. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan oleh pengguna kemampuan teknis yang menyangkut dengan penggunaan metode yang belum maksimal. Motivasi anggota Polsek Krueng Raya dalam menanggulangi kriminalitas di lingkungan masyarakat juga belum mampu ditingkatkan terutama kebutuhan fisiologis yang masih terus kendala pada waktu istirahat sehingga menjadi tidak maksimal dalam menjalankan tugas. Demikian pula halnya dengan kebutuhan rasa aman masih terkendala pada aspek fisik. Kemudian anggota Polsek Raya juga tidak pernah menerima penghargaan eksternal dari pihak yang membutuhkan jaminan keamanan. Dalam hal motivasi aktualisasi diri anggota Polsek Krueng Raya belum mampu melakukan inovasi dengan baik.Members of the National Police in handling crimes that occur in the community have not been particularly capable in the field of crime crime settlement expertise. Salah satu tujuan struktur organisasi yang penting adalah memudahkan proses komunikasi. Fungsi manajer untuk merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, memimpin, dan mengendalikan, hanya dapat dilakukan dengan melalui komunikasi secara aktif. Ketika mengambil keputusan, manajer harus memperoleh dan membagikan informasi. Jadi, komunikasi penting karena pegawai/anggota organisasi jarang bekerja dengan “sesuatu” melainkan dengan “informasi tentang sesuatu.
Licensing Service Efficiency in Bandung City
The public service system is determined by the standardization of public services regulated in laws and regulations. Therefore, a common perception is needed between the bureaucratic apparatus and the community in terms of service delivery, especially in the investment sector in order to improve the performance of investment services both at the central and regional levels. Licensing is an instrument of government policy to control negative externalities that may be caused by social and economic activities. Permits are also an instrument for efficient and fair allocation of public goods, preventing information asymmetry, and legal protection of ownership or operation of activities. As an instrument of control, licensing requires clear rationality and is stated in the form of government policy as a reference. Without rationality and a clear policy design, licensing will lose its meaning as an instrument for defending the interests of the community over individual actions. Problems in the field of licensing in the city of Bandung, namely licensing services in the city of Bandung which have been implemented since 2001 are still considered ineffective, so that the performance of licensing services is still low. The real condition of Kuala Gigieng is a fact in the field, the role of supervision of the DPRK needs to be carried out in order to carry out its duties, authorities, and rights effectively as a legislative institution. The role of supervision is highly dependent on the level of ability of DPRK members of Aceh Besar Regency, so one of the efforts made can be identified with efforts to improve the quality of legislative members as measured by the quality of supervision of the Aceh Besar Regency DPRK. This study aims to describe and analyze To analyze and describe the role of the Aceh Besar District DPRK in terms of monitoring the infrastructure development of the Lambada Lhok TPI, Baitussalam District. The results of this study indicate that the role of the DPRD Secretariat Staff so far is very large, in carrying out their main duties and functions appropriately. Supervision of the infrastructure for the construction of TPI Lambada Lhok, Baitussalam District, is carried out by measuring the results of the work by the volume of work and costs. The bureaucracy is an organ of government that intersects with society because, as a public servant, it meets the community's needs and interests. The conditions and interests of the organization are very dynamic, in line with the development of various dimensions of people's lives. Therefore, the government bureaucracy must be able to keep up with these changes, especially those related to speed and accuracy in the service process. Small and Medium Enterprises Business Model in Indonesia
Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can survive and become the restorer of the Indonesian economy amid the downturn due to the monetary crisis in various economic sectors. MSMEs contribute to Indonesia's gross domestic product of 61.41%, with a labor absorption of 96.71%. Along with the economic growth in the industrial sector, MSMEs, and startups, the creative economy has now developed in Indonesia, especially in the city of Bandung. The number creative industry in Bandung has as many as 2357 people, dominated by the fashion sub-sector (1244 or 52.78%). Furthermore, the craft sector (395 or 16.76%) and culinary (381 or 16.16%). However, there are problems in developing the creative industry in Bandung; namely: there is no accurate data about the picture of the sector, MSMEs, and creative economy. This research is used qualitative research. The method of data analysis uses deductive methods, which are methods used in discussions, departing from knowledge of a general nature and then assessing something of a unique character. The general understanding in this study refers to the analysis of literature on business matching, fair trade, fair show/expo, and related about invertase and capital. Thus, after departing from the general concept that has been generalized, then interpreted with existing theories and reference sources, the result is strategic business matching models to bring inventiveness that can be implemented in the city of Bandung
