Aim: To determine the periodontoprotective properties of antidysbiotic means (ADM) at the peroxide periodontitis. Methods: ADM (quertulyn, lequin, lecasil and lysozyme-forte) were used. The peroxide periodontitis was reproduced by peroxide sunflower oil introduction in during 2,5 month. The levels of MDA, elastase, urease, lysozyme, catalase were determined into gum. The levels of alkaline and acid phosphatase, calcium and protein were determined into periodontal bone. Results: The introduction of ADM the reduced the levels of inflammation markers (MDA and elastase) and to the degree of  dysbiosis but raised the levels of lysozyme and catalase into gum. ADM reduced the acid phosphatase activity but raised the alkaline phosphatase into bone. Conclusion: Lequin was more effective means as antiinflammation, quertulyn was more effective means as antidysbiotic action, lysozyme-forte was more effective means mineralization action. The lecitine contents means lequin and lecasil possessed more effective action on the degree mineralization of periodontal bone

Aim. To analyze the prevalence of VNTR-polymorphism intron 4 (4b/4b and 4a/4b) carriage of the gene of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in chronic heart failure patients (CHF) of ischemic origin according to ejection fraction of the left ventricle (LVEF) and the disease stage.Material and methods. Totally, 280 CHF patients studied, selected to groups in accordance with LVEF (by echocardiography) and the disease stage. Then, within the study, genetic test specimens were collected with further typing of the gene alleles 4b/4b and 4a/4b of eNOS gene polymorphism.Results. By the prevalence analysis, 4b/4b and 4a/4b polymorphism of eNOS gene and the rate of various CHF stages in carriers, the predominance was found of 4a/4b carriers in IIА to III stages of the disease in both preserved and low LVEF. The increase of absolute risk was found, and of odds ratio of carriage of genotype 4а/4b in CHF patients with IIB-III stages.Conclusion. Genetically associated predisposition revealed to CHF progression in all patients with 4а/4b polymorphism of eNOS gene carriage and protective role of the carriage of 4b/4b eNOS polymorphism

Epidemiological Analysis of the Incidence of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome in the Jewish Autonomous Region in 2003 - 2016

Retrospective epidemiological analysis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) was performed in the Jewish Autonomous Region based on archival, statistical and operational data of 133 HFRS cases. Total 63 mammal samples were examined by ELISA and RT-PCR. Large-scale flooding in 2013 sharpened the epizootological condition and created the preconditions for epidemiological complications. The high increase in HFRS incidence in 2014 was characterized by the epidemiological process intensity displacement from the southern areas to least affected by flooding northern parts of the region and alteration of the seasonality corresponding to the maximum number of carriers in natural foci. Since 2015 a decrease of morbidity is observing. RNA and antigen of Hantaviruses were found in Apodemus agrarius and Microtus maximowiczii. Sequencing of L-gene fragment (334 bp) of RNA-containing samples showed their taxonomic affiliation to the three Hantaviruses: Khabarovsk, Hantaan and Puumala
