Regional aspects of sectoral digitalization : problems and prospects
Purpose: At present, high and sometimes record indicators have been achieved for the individual branches of agricultural production. Further intensive development of agriculture is due to the search for new ways to increase labor productivity and lower production costs which is the main aim of this research. Design/Methodology/Approach: The methodological basis served as a systematic approach, which ensured comprehensiveness and purposefulness. Analytical, abstract-logical, economic-statistical, monographic and experimental research methods were also used in this work to examine problems and prospects of sectoral digitalization. Findings: The agro-industrial complex demonstrates the growth of production indicators and is on the rise. The target indicators, laid down in the Food Security Doctrine, have already been achieved by many indices. To a large extent, it is due to a significant increase in the agro-industrial complex. Practical implications: A proposed platform that would ensure a breakthrough in further technical modernization of production, can be created only if the technologies are improved based on their digitalization and orientation towards a specific consumer. Originality/Value: The pin-point introduction of digital technologies in agricultural production confirms the high efficiency of the full innovative technical modernization. The proposed digital transformation of management in the agro-industrial complex of Russia is the value of this research with its originality compared to other ideas.peer-reviewe
Vortices ans Polynomials: Nonuniqueness of the Adler-Moser polynomials for the Tkachenko equation
Stationary and translating relative equilibria of point vortices in the plane
are studied. It is shown that stationary equilibria of a system containing
point vortices with arbitrary choice of circulations can be described with the
help of the Tkachenko equation. It is obtained that the Adler - Moser
polynomial are not unique polynomial solutions of the Tkachenko equation. A
generalization of the Tkachenko equation to the case of translating relative
equilibria is derived. It is shown that the generalization of the Tkachenko
equation possesses polynomial solutions with degrees that are not triangular
numbers.Comment: 15 pages, 2 figure

Development of Composition and Technologies of Dental Gel of Meloxicam
BACKGROUND: Dental gels have several advantages over other oral dosage forms. Being a viscoplastic dosage form, the gel, when applied to the damaged area of the gum or mucous membrane, creates a protective film, preventing mechanical irritation, and providing a localized effect of the drug components.
AIM: The aim of this work was to develop the composition and technology of the dental gel of meloxicam, the study of the main technological and consumer characteristics, as well as the local irritating effect of the dosage form.
METHODS: Dental gels were prepared using purified water, alcohol, glycerol, and buckthorn oil as solvents, gelling agents used were: Hydroxyethylcellulose Natrosol® 250 HHX Pharm, Carbopol® 974P NF Polymer, and solubilizer Poloxamer 407 (Lutrol® F 127). The bioadhesive component and Noveon® Polycarbophil component were used for dental gel preparation. Aspartame was used as sweetener. Menthol and ascorbic acid were used to correct the organoleptic properties of the pharmaceutical composition. The formulated dental gel of meloxicam at a concentration of 7.5% was evaluated for organoleptic properties, pH, rheological characteristics, bioadhesive properties, and stability under the accelerated aging period. The in vivo local irritant effect was evaluated using ten rabbits by cutaneous, subcutaneous, subconjunctival administration, as well as application to the upper palate.
RESULTS: Based on the results of studying technological and organoleptic properties, the optimal composition based on the Natrosol® 250 HHX hydroxyethylcellulose gelling agent, glycerol solvent, and purified water in the ratio 1/5 was selected, the composition contains Noveon® bioadhesive in an amount of 2%. The composition has good taste, pH close to pH of saliva has high bioadhesive properties, satisfactory rheological characteristics. The shelf life of the experimental series by accelerated aging was 2 years. The selected composition does not have a local irritant effect.
CONCLUSION: A new dosage form of meloxicam was developed – a gel for use in dental practice
Zika virus has an oncolytic activity against human glioblastoma U87 cells
Glioblastoma is a highly lethal brain cancer. Virotherapy with the use of oncolytic viruses has since recently been regarded as a promising approach for the clinic treatment of human glioblastomas. The purpose of this work was to perform a primary evaluation of the Zika virus as a potential oncolytic agent against glioblastomas. In vitro experiments showed that the Zika virus strain MR 766 is able to selectively infect and lyse neoplastic cells of the human glioblastoma cell line U87 MG. The selectivity index (SI, the ratio of infectious titer for tumor cells to titer on normal untransformed cells) was 2·102. The selectivity of the replicative activity of Zika virus in relation to U87 MG glioblastoma cells was additionally confrmed by indirect immunofluorescence. Using the model of immunodefcient SCID mice with subcutaneous xenografts of human glioblastoma U87 MG, a strong antitumor activity of the Zika virus under a course (daily for 4 days) of intratumoral administration of 5·105 TCID50 of Zika virus was shown. Treatment with Zika virus resulted in more than a 10fold reduction in mean volumes of tumors. The tumor growth inhibition index was 92.63 %. Recurrences (metastases) of tumor regrowth were not registered within 64 days of observation. This result demonstrated the prospect of further indepth studies of the Zika virus as a potential oncolytic agent against human glioblastomas
CLINICAL FEATURES OF ANTHRAX MANIFESTATIONS IN YAMALO-NENETS AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT IN 2016
36 cases of human infection with anthrax, manifested in various clinical forms, were registered in the territory of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District in 2016. Cutaneous anthrax was characterized by emergence of carbuncle, however objective difficulties of clinical diagnostics, associated with atypicality of clinical manifestations (erysipeloid form of the disease, crusting) were outlined. Clinical manifestations of oropharyngeal anthrax were severe febrile reaction, intoxication, edema of subcutaneous fat on face and neck, and lesions of mucous membranes. Intestinal anthrax was diagnosed in one patient and characterized by the acute onset followed by faintness, loss of appetite, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Based on the results of carried out investigations, put forward were the measures on optimization of approaches to clinical diagnostics of anthrax
On elliptic solutions of the quintic complex one-dimensional Ginzburg-Landau equation
The Conte-Musette method has been modified for the search of only elliptic
solutions to systems of differential equations. A key idea of this a priory
restriction is to simplify calculations by means of the use of a few Laurent
series solutions instead of one and the use of the residue theorem. The
application of our approach to the quintic complex one-dimensional
Ginzburg-Landau equation (CGLE5) allows to find elliptic solutions in the wave
form. We also find restrictions on coefficients, which are necessary conditions
for the existence of elliptic solutions for the CGLE5. Using the investigation
of the CGLE5 as an example, we demonstrate that to find elliptic solutions the
analysis of a system of differential equations is more preferable than the
analysis of the equivalent single differential equation.Comment: LaTeX, 21 page
Point vortices and classical orthogonal polynomials
Stationary equilibria of point vortices with arbitrary choice of circulations
in a background flow are studied. Differential equations satisfied by
generating polynomials of vortex configurations are derived. It is shown that
these equations can be reduced to a single one. It is found that polynomials
that are Wronskians of classical orthogonal polynomials solve the latter
equation. As a consequence vortex equilibria at a certain choice of background
flows can be described with the help of Wronskians of classical orthogonal
polynomials.Comment: 20 pages, 12 figure
