The significance of folklore works for the social development of younger adolescents in the activities of a social pedagogue
The article examines the importance of folklore works for the social development of younger adolescents in the activities of a social teacher. The relevance of the research is due to various social changes that have a direct positive or negative impact on the development of a personality. The most significant period of social development is adolescence, which is sensitive to expanding social space and increasing the number of social contacts of a teenager. In this connection, it is necessary to search for technologies with high pedagogical potential, which have enormous educational, cognitive, social, aesthetic, and developmental significance in the education and upbringing of young adolescents, which have a direct or indirect impact on their social development. The purpose of the research was to study the pedagogical possibilities of folklore works in the social development of younger adolescents in the activities of a social teacher. The author has analyzed the scientific literature on the investigated problem, which became the basis for the methodology of the research. Using theoretical research methods (analytical methods (analysis and synthesis), the method of generalization and structuring of scientific material), the high significance of the use of folklore works in the social development of young adolescents and its high pedagogical potential in the activities of a social teacher have been proven. It has been proved that pedagogical functions of folklore works can be realized, which significantly increases the social competencies of adolescents
Loss of coherence in cavity-polariton condensates: effect of disorder vs. exciton reservoir
The work was supported by the Russian Science Foundation (Grant No. 14-12-01372) and the State of Bavaria.Time evolution of long-range spatial coherence in a freely decaying cavity-polariton condensate excited resonantly in a high-Q GaAs microcavity (MC) is found to be qualitatively different from that in nonresonantly excited condensates. The first-order spatial correlation function g(1)(r1, r2) in response to resonant 1.5 ps pump pulses at normal incidence leaving the exciton reservoir empty is found to be nearly independent of the excitation density. g(1) exceeds 0.7 within the excited spot and decreases very slowly in the decaying and expanding condensate. It remains above 0.5 until the polariton blueshift α|ψ2| gets comparable to the characteristic amplitude of the disorder potential δELP . The disorder is found to reveal itself at α|ψ2| ≤ δELP in fast and short-range phase fluctuations as well as vortex formation. They lead to oscillations in g(1)(t), but have little effect on the overall coherence, which is well reproduced in the framework of the Gross-Pitaevskii equations.PostprintPeer reviewe
Behaviour of the Blazar CTA 102 during two giant outbursts
Blazar CTA 102 underwent exceptional optical and high-energy outbursts in 2012 and 2016-2017. We analyze its behaviour during these events, focusing on polarimetry as a tool that allows us to trace changes in the physical conditions and geometric configuration of the emission source close to the central black hole. We also use Fermi gamma-ray data in conjunction with optical photometry in an effort to localize the origin of the outbursts.AST-1615796 - Boston Universit
Scientific and Professional Degrees in Russia: Developing Traditions into the Future
When studying the history of Russian education, one becomes convinced of the validity of the dialectical principles of spiral development. The period of cyclicality in the history of attestation of scientific personnel is approximately equal to a century. In the first quarter of every century, starting from the time of the tsar Peter the Great, events took place that brought the system to a fundamentally new level. But at the same time, the fundamental foundations laid by the tsar Peter the Great and Lomonosov remain constant. Analyzing the attestation system development spiral, we find ways to solve urgent problems, and the foremost among them is ensuring Russia’s technological sovereignty. A similar problem stood a century ago. It was fully resolved in the USSR, but the foundations for its solution were laid in 1917 in the decree issued by the Russian Provisional Government: “On granting the Petrograd Polytechnic Institute the right to award academic degrees”. In the socioeconomic conditions of the modern Russia, we need new solutions. In this article we offer the
The roles of vitamin D in the prevention and the therapy of male infertility
The results of fundamental and clinical studies show the importance of providing males with vitamin D in order to (1) assist the formation of the testicles, (2) maintain the steroid-synthesizing and other functions of the testicles, (3) maintain the functioning of the spermatozoa and, in general, maintain the male fertility
Near-threshold production of -mesons in and NN collisions and -mixing
We consider near-threshold -meson production in and
collisions. An effective Lagrangian approach with one-pion exchange is applied
to analyze different contributions to the cross section for different isospin
channels. The Reggeon exchange mechanism is also evaluated for comparison. The
results from reactions are used to calculate the contribution of the
meson to the cross sections and invariant mass distributions
of the reactions and . It is found that
the experimental observation of mesons in the reaction is much more promising than the observation of mesons in
the reaction . Effects of isospin violation in the reactions
, , and , which are induced by -- mixing, are also analyzed.Comment: 43 pages, including 16 eps figures, to be bublished in Phys. Atom.

a0+(980)-resonance production in pp->dK+Kbar0 reactions close to threshold
The reaction pp->d K+ Kbar0 has been investigated at an excess energy of Q=46
MeV above the (K+ Kbar0) threshold with ANKE at COSY-Juelich. From the detected
coincident dK+ pairs about 1000 events with a missing Kbar0 were identified,
corresponding to a total cross section of sigma(pp->d K+ Kbar0)=(38 +/- 2(stat)
+/- 14(syst)) nb. Invariant-mass and angular distributions have been jointly
analyzed and reveal s-wave dominance between the two kaons, accompanied by a
p-wave between the deuteron and the kaon system. This is interpreted in terms
of a0+(980)-resonance production.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figures; accepted by Phys. Rev. Let
What Competences Does the Regional Market of IT Specialists Want? Development and Approbation of Technology for Analysis of Current Vacancies in the Labor Market
One of the most dynamically developing industries in Russia is IT industry. The main problem of IT development is the lack of highly qualified specialists. Determining the relevant and in-demand knowledge and skills of specialists is possible on the basis of an analysis of vacancies posted on Internet job search portals. The study is aimed at development and approbation of the technology for analysis of current vacancies for IT specialists for further designing the content of additional vocational educational programs. Modern machine learning techniques such as Natural Language Processing can be used for automatic position selection based on skills in vacancies. K-means method was used in this paper for cluster analysis of hard and soft skills lists from vacancies posted on the HeadHunter website. The most popular skills have been determined such as teamwork skills, knowledge of working with databases and version control systems, as well as proficiency in English. It has been established that in 2021 the most popular programming language is JavaScript. As a result, two variants of programmer specialization were formed, hard and soft skills for each specialization were determined
Analysis and Forecasting Students’ Academic Performance Using a Digital Educational Environment
Analysis and Forecasting Students’ Academic Performance Using a Digital Educational Environment The article discusses technical solutions used at Orenburg State University to organize a digital educational environment. Also, the authors have studied the academic performance of technical and humanities students during the period of face-to-face education and during the lockdown period. The analysis of academic performance shows the absence of significant deviations in one direction or another. The key internal and external factors that influence the students’ academic performance are highlighted. It can be concluded that the use of both internal and external factors gives a high accuracy in predicting the final progress of students
