    Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami perkembangan bentuk ragam hias Pigura daun di kerten , Surakarta, bagaimana mengembangankan bentuk ragam hias pigura daun ketepeng di Kerten, dan bagaimana makna simbolik bentuk ragam hias pigura daun di Kerten..Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan sejarah, sosiologi, dan antropologi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Untuk mengembangkan bentuk ragam hias pigura daun ketepeng di SDN Kerten Surakarta digunakan teori estetika Monroe Breadsley dan Jelantik. Pembuatan sure' dan bentuk ragam hias pigura dibuat atas dasar kreativitas pelajar dari pesanan yang menyesuaikan selera konsumen, tergantung Perubahan era dan kondisi dalam masyarakat.Terjadinya perkembangan bentuk ragam hias pigura karena dua faktor. Faktor internal pada kreativitas pelajar dan lingkungan pendukungnya. Faktor eksternal, yakni pengaruh akulturasi budaya Solo serta pangsa pasar dan budaya konsumen

    This study, using the method of total magnetic field in the area of ​​Central Java Klaten, aims to interpret the subsurface structure of the fault zones surrounding Prambanan, Wedi, and Gantiwarno district that became the suspect of the aftershocks cause occurring on May 27, 2006. The total magnetic field measurements use GSM19T Series magnetometre with the accuracy of ± 0.5 nT which includes 158 points. From the interpretation result using the second vertical derivative analysis, it can be known that there are three fault areas which are categorised as normal faults. The first fault is found in the volcanic rocks composed by the layers of volcanic breccia, lava and tuff. It is characterised by a change in the susceptibility value from 0.3 to 0.2 cgs. The second section is in Kebo Butak rock formation comprising the layers of sandstone, clay, silt, and algomerat. It is characterised by changes on the susceptibility values from 0.126 to 0.007cgs and from 0.33 0.126 cgs. The last fault is located in the Semilir formation consisting of tuff rocks, pumice breccias and tuffaceous sandstone marked by changes on the susceptibility values ​​from 0.25 to 0.1 cgs and from 0.5 to 0.25 cgs

    This study aims at analyzing national export financing transactions carried out by Indonesia Eximbank based on sharia principles. Although the number of sharia financing transactions increased significantly during the last five years, the percentage of sharia financing transactions is sigficantly lower than the conventional ones. As one of the largest moslems populations in the world and due to the global trend of sharia financing, Indonesia Eximbank should improve the quantity as well as the quality of sharia national export financing. This study is a descriptive qualitative study which analyze the sharia financing model conducted by Indonesia Eximbank during recent years. It also explain the variety of sharia agreement implemented by Indonesia Eximbank toward its customers. Based on the discussion results, Indonesia Eximbank should upgraded the sharia financing model from the existing Islamic window into Islamic subsidiary. Indonesia Eximbank also must improve the kind of sharia agreement considering the risks in sharia, legal, and operational aspects

    PREPARATION, CHARACTERIZATION AND FORMULATION OF NANOCOMPOSITE MATRIX Na-MONTMORILLONITE INTERCALATED MEDIUM MOLECULAR WEIGHT CHITOSAN FOR THEOPHYLLINE SUSTAINED RELEASE TABLET

    Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate Na-montmorillonite (Na-MMT) intercalated medium molecular weight (MMW) chitosan as an oral drug delivery vehicle for In Vitro release of theophylline sustained release tablet. Methods: Montmorillonite (MMT) clay were synthesized into Na-MMT and treated with chitosan. Combination becomes synthesis of Na-montmorillonite intercalated MMW chitosan. Parameters tested including MMT characterization as well as already intercalated using XRD, FTIR and SEM. Tablets were prepared using the wet granulation method. The physical properties evaluation was conducted on granules and tablets. Dissolution test used apparatus II USP model with 100 rpm of speed rotation for 6 hours and phosphate buffer pH 7.2 as a medium. Absorbance of the sample was measured on a spectrophotometer. Results: XRD spectra results showed 15.43 Ã… MMT basal spacing. Na-MMT was synthesized and distance between the layers value was 15.225 Ã…, this was because the smaller size of impurity cations than Na+ cation. After intercalation with chitosan, distance between layers became wider to 15.94Ã…. Characterization results with FTIR spectra on MMT intercalated MMW chitosan exposed similarities with Na-MMT, small shift was occurred. This indicated that intercalation with chitosan did not change the structure of Alumina silicate MMT. However, the physical properties of the granule were not affected by any difference of components formula. Tablets physical properties still meet the reference requirements. Tablets with dissolution efficiency has different values with different composition formulas. Conclusion: Characteristics of the MMT, Na-MMT, Na-MMT intercalated MMW chitosan did not change much. The intercalation process of Na-MMT with chitosan further accelerates drug release compared to MMT and exhibited a prolonged release as compared to the pure drug without MMT

    Kajian Model Matematis Koefisien Perpindahan Massa Pada Ekstraksi Inaktivasi Enzim Gaultherase Untuk Produksi Gaultherin Dari Gandapura

    Gandapura merupakan spesies tanaman yang mengandung total salisilat dengan konsentrasi sangat tinggi. Sebagian besar salisilat yang terdapat pada tanaman gandapura berada dalam bentuk aktif yang disebut gaultherin, merupakan konjugasi metil salisilat dengan disakarida. Ketika jaringan tumbuhan tersebut rusak atau terkoyak, gaultherin akan terhidrolisa secara enzimatis oleh enzim gaultherase menjadi metil salisilat dan terlepas. Gaultherin memiliki sifat-sifat yang menjadikannya sebagai kandidat terbaik natural aspirin, anti kanker, anti inflamatory dan cardiopulmonary. Aktivitas gaultherase diyakini dapat terhambat dengan penambahan senyawa polar. Oleh karenanya, perlu menela'ah produksi gaultherin dari tanaman gandapura melalui teknologi bioekstraksi inaktivasi enzim gaultherase dengan pelarut polar. Pelarut polar ini akan berfungsi ganda, yaitu inaktivasi enzim sekaligus mengekstrak gaultherin. Bioekstraksi ini memiliki keunggulan, karena dapat meringkas tiga tahapan proses sekaligus, yaitu proses inaktivasi enzim gaultherase, proses ekstraksi, dan proses dehidrasi osmosis. Namun demikian, keberhasilan proses ini masih bergantung pada laju perpindahan gaultherin ke fasa etanol. Oleh karenanya, perlu menela'ah penyusunan model empirik perpindahan massa solut ke fasa pelarut proses inaktivasi enzim gaultherin.     Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Berbasis Lesson Study untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa

    The purpose of the research is to increase learning activities and learning outcomes students at MTs Sunan Kalijogo. the research is a class action (class action research) were conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings. The samples were students of class VII-A second semester of academic year 2014—2015 MTs Sunan Kalijogo the number of students 25 people. The results showed that the students' learning activeness increased learning from the first cycle to the second cycle. Increased student activity occurs because of the learning by applying the model of project based learning is an active student based lesson study to work on worksheets, preparing and completing project tasks with his group. This shows that the project based learning ability increase learning activities and learning outcomes students.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa di MTs Sunan Kalijogo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan tiap siklus terdiri atas tiga pertemuan. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A semester genap tahun pelajaran 2014—2015 MTs Sunan Kalijogo dengan jumlah siswa 25 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatan keaktifan siswa terjadi karena dalam pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model Project Based Learning berbasis Lesson Study siswa aktif untuk mengerjakan LKS, menyusun dan menyelesaikan tugas proyek bersama kelompoknya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar siswa
