Mendidik dengan Sepenuh Hati: Model Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Unggul Asih Putera Kota Cimahi

This research is aimed at acknowledging the breakthroughs and innovations performed by the Asih Putra Islamic Elementary School turning it into a quality and competitive Islamic school. Amidst the Islamic Elementary School education units that are still dealing with various resource limitations, particularly related to the fulfillment of the financing standards as well as facility and infrastructure standards, the Asih Putra Islamic Elementary School has been moving far forwards with various innovative breakthroughs. This research is a qualitative research. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results in finding that breakthroughs have been made by performing reform in management, improvement in teachers\u27 quality and competency as well as administration service, innovation in curriculum, diversification of financing sources, and making innovations to attract stakeholders\u27 support. The Asih Putera Islamic Elementary School has successfully escaped from the problems faced by Islamic schools in general. The Asih Putra Islamic Elementary School has successfully changed its image from a marginalized Islamic school into a superior Islamic school that is attractive to public and able to survive with numerous achievements

Masalah Pembelajaran Pembuktian Matematika Bagi Mahasiswa di Indonesia

Mathematical proof is important for mathematical student at college, but many mathematical student at Indonesian college can't learn mathematical proof well. They feel that mathematical proof is so difficult. The research is focused on looking for the answer of the question “ why Indonesian mathematical college student can't learn mathematical proof well?” and “what is the solution?”. The effort to answer the question have be reported on Indra Siregar's article in 2015 with the title “Mathematical proof learning for beginner”, but the researcher found some new information based on the data in that article. The reseacher found that Indonesian mathematical college student can't learn mathematical proof well not only caused by bad logical mathematic ability and the lack of sources books for beginner, but the lack of experience on handling nonroutine mathematical problem. We have two kinds of solution to solve the problems, that is shortterm solution and long-term solution

Rosa x odorata “viridiflora” (green rose) in Bali Botanical Garden: biological phenology and its propagation

Rosa x odorata “viridiflora” (green rose) was one of rose collection in Bali Botanical Garden. This shrub had shiny, dark green leaves and sprays of rossete-shaped, double flowers, 4-5 cm across, green ageing to purplish green, with narrow petals that resemble sepals. Phenology flower research was begin from the growth phase and the development until the flower was fall, every phase was identified with one or more changing. Vegetative reproduction should take over for propagation purpose. Vegetative propagation was done by cutting about 15 cm long and 0.8-1.0 cm diameter. The study was carried out in the greenhouse of Bali Botanic Garden by using Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments: rootone F powder, atonik 1 mL/L, atonik 2 mL/L, IBA 1 mg/L, NAA 1 mg/L and control. Each treatment was done 3 replication had 5 pieces of cutting. The result of research indicated that cutting more responsive to rootone F with highest cutting persentage (66,67%), highest to buds (25 days after planting) and to fast flowering (147 days after planting). PENGARUH JENIS MEDIA DAN ZAT PENGATUR TUMBUH ATONIK TERHADAP PERKECAMBAHAN SPORA DAN PEMBENTUKAN SPOROFIT

Lygodium circinnatum (Burm.f.) Sw. is a climbing fern (Schizaeaceae) used as a material for handicraft. Recently, supply of raw materials decreased due to declining population of the fern in the wild. This plant is  not cultivated yet, therefore it is necessary to propagate and conserve this plant. The aim of this study is to know the influence of media and Atonik on spore germination and sporophyte formation of L. circinnatum.  Two types of media were tested: a) the mud from rice field and b) mixture of Asplenium nidus roots and brick particles. The study was conducted in a greenhouse and was arranged in completely randomized design. The results showed that mud from rice field significantly support the germination and sporophytes formation, but must be followed with thinning out the sporophytes. When the sporophytes density is high, they inhibit the gametophyte development into sporophyte. The mud from rice field added with Atonik at concentration of 1.5 ml l-1 was recommended for the germination and sporophyte formation of L. circinnatum

Pelatihan Pengembangan Laporan Hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Menjadi Artikel Ilmiah untuk Jurnal Bagi Guru Guru Sekolah Dasar Kota Semarang dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kompetensi Profesional

Penulisan karya ilmiah belum pernah dilakukan. Seorang guru mengetahui bahwa dirinya diharapkan dapat berkomunikasi dengan teman seprofesi tentang berbagai persoalan dan pemecahan yang dihadapinya secara timbal Balik melalui artikel ilmiah yang ditulisnya dan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal. Dengan demikian guru dituntut untuk bisa memperbaiki kualitas profesionalnya agar memiliki kompetensi seperti yang diharapkan. Permasalahan yang dicari pemecahannya adalah memacu kreativitas guru untuk menulis karya ilmiah sebagai aktualisasi bentuk evaluasi, inovasi dan solusi meningkatkan kualitas sebagai pendidik, berbekal pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Tujuannya adalah memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan menumbuhkan kreativitas guru, yang tertuang dalam karya ilmiah hasil penelitian tindakan kelas atau hasil pemikiran/ konseptual yang siap dipublikasikan dalam upaya meningkatkan profesionalismenya. Pelatihan bagi para guru SD di Kota Semarang dilakukan dengan kegiatan Partisipasi Riset Aksi (PRA) dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pelatihan menggunakan metode yang meliputi kegiatan ceramah, diskusi dan praktek atau pemaparan hasil. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil memberdayakan guru-guru SD yang berada di Kota Semarang. Mereka tergabung dalam KKG. Keberhasilan dilihat dari penyerapan hasil pelatihan mencapai sekitar 80% yaitu 30 dari 35 dari peserta hadir dalam pelatihan, dapat merancang penulisan karya ilmiah Peserta pelatihan berjumlah 35 orang, terdiri dari guru SD. Oleh karenanya pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah hasil penelitian dan atau konseptual sangat bervariasi. Pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah bagi para guru SD ini diharapkan dapat mendukung profesionalitas sebagai pendidik

Pasang Surut Peran Politik Masyumi dalam Pemerintahan (1945-1960)

Masyumi Party (Partai Majelis Syuro Muslimin Indonesia) was a major Islamic political party inIndonesia. It was originally established by the occupying Japanese in 1943 in an attempt to control Islam inIndonesia. In 1952, Nahdlatul Ulama seceded from Masyumi and create the new party, based on traditionalsociety. The party came second in the 1955 election with 20.9% of the popular vote. During the period ofliberal democracy era, Masyumi members had seats in parliament and the party supplied prime ministerssuch as Muhammad Natsir and Burhanuddin Harahap. The group’s leaders campaigned for an Islamicstate in the 1950’s not out of a real conviction, but mainly from fear of being outflanked by the largerand more aggressive Masyumi. Under the dictatorships, the group withdrew from partisan politics, butwith the restoration of democracy it formed a new party, National Awakening, open to all religions andcommitted to a secular state. In 1958, some Masyumi members joined the PRRI rebellion against Sukarno.Two years later in 1960, Sukarno banned Masyumi and Socialist Party, and sent Masyumi leaders to jail

Bioakumulasi Kadmium Pada Kerang Hijau (Perna Viridis) Dengan Aplikasi Perunut Radioaktif

Bioacumulation of Cadmium on Green Mussel (Perna viridis) Using Radiotracer. A laboratoryexperiment on the accumulation of Cadmium (Cd) by green mussel (Perna viridis) has beenconducted. Radiotracer 109Cd was applied in the study. The research aimed at evaluating theeffect of salinity, temperature and size on uptake of radiotracer 109Cd by green mussel (Pernaviridis) from dissolved phase. It was found that both salinity and temperature had significanteffect ( P< 0.001) on accumulation rate of 109Cd. The highest concentration factor of Cd (31,23-54,09) was appeared in water salinity of 29% and of water temperature 30oC. At the steady statecondition green mussel accumulated 72,21-107,80 Bq/gr Cd. It revealed that the small Pernaviridis (5.2 cm in length) accumulated 109Cd about 107,80 Bq/gr, whereas the bigger size ofPerna viridis (6.6 cm in length) had an uptake of about 72,21 Bq/gr
