    Persepsi Petani terhadap USAhatani Kedelai di Kelurahan Simpang Kecamatan Berbak Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi petani terhadap USAhatani kedelai di Kelurahan Simpang, Kecamatan Berbak, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Daerah penelitian ditentukan secara purposive (sengaja) dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode random sampling. Sampel berjumlah 30 petani. Petani yang menjadi sampel merupakan petani yang mengusahakan USAhatani kedelai. Persepsi petani akan dilihat dengan mengunakan empat aspek yaitu aspek ekonomi, aspek teknis, aspek sosial/jaminan hidup dan aspek kesesuaian lahan. Selanjutnya data dianalis melalui tiga tahapan, 1). Reduksi data, 2). Penyajian data,dan 3) Penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang merupakan sekumpulan informasi tersusun selanjutnya akan dideskripsikan secara naratif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh 4 kesimpulan. Dari aspek teknis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sebagian besar petani yang menjadi responden mempersepsikan USAhatani kedelai dinilai mudah untuk dilakukan. Dari aspek ekonomi ini sebagian besar petani responden mempersepsikan USAhatani kedelai menguntungkan. Dari aspek sosial diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa USAhatani kedelai menjadi USAhatani unggulan dan masih menjamin karena mampu untuk menjadi sumber penghasilan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kehidupan petani dan keluarganya. Dari dari aspek kesesuaian lahan bahwa lahan tempat petani melakukan USAhatani kedelai sangat sesuai untuk aktivitas pengembangan USAhatani kedelai itu sendiri

This study aims to provide an assessment of IT governance that already exist and provide an IT governance model proposed for Senior High School Averus Jakarta by referring to the standard COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) Version 4.0. COBIT is one methodology that provides the basic framework in creating an appropriate information technology with organizational needs while considering other factors that influence. Basically, COBIT was developed to help meet the diverse needs of management by bridging the information gap between business risks, control and engineering problems. COBIT provides a practical step through the domain and framework that describes the IT activity in a structure and process that can be adjusted.     Modeling management of Information Technology (IT) is specific in accordance with the company\u27s strategy and goals. In this study presented a draft model of IT management for Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School by using the COBIT framework (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) version 4.0 in the domain Delivery Support (DS) Monitoring and Evaluation (ME). The design of the model is adapted to the characteristics of the business strategy and objectives of Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School and is expected to be a reference in the management of IT at Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School and other schools. Methodology through an interim analysis of the identification of the vision, mission and goals of the school organization. Next step is the identification of management awareness of the functions of its IT assets in support of the achievement of the vision and mission of the company through a questionnaire. From both these data it can be determined the target maturity (expected maturity level) corresponding to Al Hidayah Islamic Boarding School. Then proceed with assessing the current maturity level through questionnaires and interviews to the respondents related to the management of IT. Follow-up to be being done is by doing recommendation at 16 control objectives at domain DS (Delivery Support) that is DS1, DS2, DS3 up to DS13 and 4 control objectives at domain ME (Monitoring Evaluation) that is ME1, ME2, ME3 & ME

    A case of phenobarbitone induced Stevens-Johnson syndrome-toxic epidermal necrolysis along with its causality assessment

    Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) are severe cutaneous adverse drug reaction, which are mainly caused by drugs; and these are usually associated with high degree of morbidity and mortality. They are characterized by mucocutaneous tenderness and typically haemorrhagic erosions, erythema and more or less severe epidermal detachment as blisters and areas of denuded skin.  High risk drugs for the development of SJS-TEN include phenobarbitone, phenytoin, carbamazepine, lamotrigine, nevirapine, NSAIDs, allopurinol, and cotrimoxazole. A 33 years old female patient came to skin and venereal diseases (VD) outpatient department (OPD) with complaints of painful skin lesions. She was apparently symptom free 15 days back. Then she took tablet phenobarbitone 60 mg, BD as her anti-epileptic treatment. After 12-13 days of taking the drug, she developed erythematous papules associated with itching over her both forearm, face, chest, abdomen, back and lower limbs bilaterally which rapidly progressed to fluid-filled blisters that ruptured to form painful erosions and desquamation of skin all over the body. The patient was managed by withdrawal of phenobarbitone and conservatively, and the patient recovered successfully. The causality of phenobarbitone in this reaction was “probable” as per Naranjo scale. Seriousness of the reaction was “prolonged hospitalization”. Phenobarbitone is one of the most common causative agents of SJS and TEN. The main stay of treatment is immediate withdrawal of causative agent along with supportive care

    DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY COUPLED WITH TANDEM MASS SPECTROMETRY METHOD FOR ESTIMATION OF LENVATINIB IN HUMAN PLASMA

    Objective: This study was to develop and validate a liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) for the quantification of lenvatinib (LT) in human plasma.Methods: A simple, sensitive and specific LC–MS/MS method was developed for quantification of LT in human plasma using LTD4 as internal standard (IS). The analytical method consists of liquid–liquid extraction of plasma sample followed by the determination of LT by a LC–MS/MS. The analyte was separated on a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 (150×4.6 mm, 5 μ) column with an isocratic mobile phase of acetontrile:0.1% formic acid (80:20 v/v) at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/minutes. The protonated ions were formed by a turbolon spray in a positive mode were used to detect analyte and IS. The MS/MS detection was made by monitoring the fragmentation of m/z 427.10→370.10 for LT and m/z 430.30→370.10 for IS on a MS.Result: The method was validated with the correlation coefficients of (r2) ≥0.995 over a linear concentration range of 10.20-501.60 pg/mL. This method demonstrated intra- and inter-day precision within 1.06-2.42% and 0.03-0.55% and accuracy within 95.64-100.08% and 97.16-100.07%.Conclusion: This method is suitable and convenient to pharmacokinetics and bioavailability studies for estimation of LT in biological samples by LC–MS/MS
