Oppression and Racism Toward Black American in “12 Years a Slave” Movie

The study deals with those oppressions faced by Black American in “12 Years aSlave” movie and what resistances they showed toward those oppressions. Theobjectives of the study are to describe the oppressions faced by the two maincharacters – Platt and Patsey and to explain the resistances they shown in “12Years a Slave” Movie. This research focuses the study merely on oppressionfaced by two main characters; they were Salomon Northup or Platt and Patsey.This research was conducted by using descriptive qualitative design and limitedon two of main characters. The data analysis result was found five kinds ofoppression faced by black American in this film, those were: powerlessness,exploitation, marginalization, culture imperialism and violence. The resistancesshown by American toward those oppressions were revolt, radicalism, asking forhelp and religion or spirituality. The issue of racism with oppression had been thecrucial issue since long time ago which could not be denied that until nowadaysthe issue of racism is still happening though without oppression. The stigma ofBlack was being inferior and white was being superior had driven mind into thedestruction of race relationship between Black and White. However, in this filmwe could see how badly the oppression faced by black American and how theystruggled for fighting toward those oppressions

Based on this research, the system of registering the establishment of a legal entity CV in Padang Class 1A District Court still has many problems, where each time there is a certificate of incorporation of the CV legal entity that is only recorded in the register book that has been provided. So during the recording process data errors often occur, because there is no database as a place to store data registering a good CV legal entity. Pengaruh ROA, ROE, NPM, Dan EPS Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Tercatat Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2021

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of roa, roe, npm, and eps on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This study uses quantitative research methods. For the data to be studied using the purpose sampling technique with the data source used is secondary data. The population used in this study is a food and beverage sub-sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2019 to 2021. The results of this study are 1) ROA has no effect on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. 2) ROE has no effect on stock prices in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. 3) NPM has no effect on stock prices in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. 4) EPS has no effect on stock prices in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021

Determination of Lactic Acid Bacteria Viability in the Small Intestine of Catfish (Pangasius djambal) by Using the 32P Radioisotope

The viability of probiotics is important to be determined, as is its probiotic potency in the small instestine of fish. The result can be used as a basis to determine the feeding frequency of the probiotics to the fish.The aim of this study is to gain information about the viability of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) in the small intestine of fish by using the 32P isotope technique. Catfish (Pangasius djambal) was used as a test fish, and the LAB with the code of P2.1 PTB was the subject of the experiment. Before its viability was tested, the LAB had been labelled with radioisotope 32P, then mixed into catfish feed. Its viability could be determined by counting the activity of 32P. The results showed that the percentage of LAB viability in the small intestine of catfish declined until day 7. The percentage of LAB viability was decreased at an amount of 30% at day 3. There are many business activities in the tourism industries in Indonesia. One of them is the provision of services, specifically in Bali. The tourists, who are traveled to Bali, have a desire to invest. Practically, in the provision of services, there are many variants of the business which are not easy to be categorized as a services trading in tourism. It has been mixed with other business variants beyond the tourism services. One of its variants is the development services and the management of property. It was developed with the business scheme and managed with the management of property scheme. The problem is, the seller or the developer offer a tourism accommodation services. The other problem is that property, which has been developed, financed by the foreign buyer. The property is managed by the developer for the provision of tourism accommodation service purposes. Further, the owner of the property got an income from the property management. The parties of this investment model expect that income as a return of their investment. This business model is usually called the return on investment in the tourist accommodation trading services. The type of this research, which used for this thesis, is normative research. It\u27s researched from The Investment Constitution, the Tourism Constitution, The Construction Services Constitution and some of regulations related with the arrangement of the return on investment. This research was used material sources of law, which are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertier legal material. The result of this research show that the rules about return on investment in the tourist accommodation trading services are not regulated explicitly. The regulation hasn\u27t been reached that return on investment activities. It causes lot of losses for the foreign investor. The government and the society also get same troubles
